I recieved the Full Service car was and am not satisfied. I normally wash my car at home but figured I would give this place a try since I have not had time to clean my car recently. Granted, I have had my dog in my car a lot recently so there was dog hair in my car ... but they did not get any of it out!! They vacuumed my car for less than 2 minutes and did a terrible job. Needless to say, I will continue to wash my car at home from now on.

Cannot believe how horrible this car wash is. How do they even call what they do a detail? They barely wiped anything down inside let alone used any cleaner. It wasn’t even busy when I went. I will absolutely never go back there and will make sure everyone I know takes their business elsewhere.

We have the unlimited car wash plan. The guys are attentive and fast. Place is clean inside and children like to watch the car go through the machine from the windows inside. If you have an issue, just tell them and they will take care of it.

First of all let me start off by saying I reviewed the RANCHO CARWASH WEBSITE just to make sure what I was being told was the truth. I also read all the reviews prior to my post. I also made an attempt to contact the owner/Mgr before I took to social media just to see if I was the person missing something here. Well after all my research I realized that it wasn't just me who received horrible service from the top down from this establishment. I am a former Auto Detailer with 7 years of ownership and management experience in the industry so I'm very much aware of the car wash industry. I have 3 different vehicles that have taken to this place and I'm truly not pleased with how they handled me as a customer. I understand that you may miss a spot or two or even get mixed up when as to who did what. I'm a very understanding person because I've been on both sides. 5/21/16 I take my car to get washed. I get there and I was greeted politely and was even offered to join a 35.00 per month program to keep my cars clean. I declined stating I normally do it myself unless I just don't have the time. Due to being on a hurry I didn't do a once over to make sure the vehicle was cleaned. I went hm and woke up on Sunday to go to church and pulled the vehicle out and noticed my wheels were only partially cleaned. It was very noticeable due to the amount of break dust that's was left. I began to wipe thinking oh well they missed one wheel maybe due to the rotation of the wheel. No big deal it has happened to me plenty of times. After wiping one with my shirt and tie on I then looked at the rest and they all were undone. When I ran my shop I we made sure to move the car 1 tire rotation to avoid this issue. Again no big deal I'll just take it by after church and get it redone. I pull in like a regular customer and was greeted politely again and was asked how can I help you. I didn't say anything except look at my car and tell what can you do for me. He didn't realize I was the same person he greeted the day before and went into the full sales pitch again I asked him what's included in the basic wash he told me and wiping the wheels clean was included. At that point I said if that's included then why was my wheels not done the day before? First he said we don't clean wheels because the employees could hurt their handsThen he stated well if you want your wheels done then it will be another $20.00 to do that. So I asked if I want a basic wash that includes wiping the wheels it's gonna cost $37.99? He says yes. I said that's crazy and who will pay that just for a basic car wash? At that point they call a So-called MGR to assist me. They didn't offer to clean the wheels or assist me at all. Actually the so called Mgr asked for my keys and moved my car out of the line. At that point I was furious and demanded my money back. He stated WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS AND YOU MUST LEAVE OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU. My mouth dropped. I've never in my life at any establishment been treated so rudely. As a former owner I then said I need to talk to the owner and tell him what was happening. I was given a phone number to call and after my wife spoke with him, she received the same type of response. If you don't like it you can take your business elsewhere. So at that point I decided I will tell all and everyone about my experience. It would have taken 5 mins to wipe the wheels off and I would have been satisfied. On the phone he stated they wheels should have been wiped off and there is nothing on the website that stated the wheels were not wiped off. With social media word travels really fast. I will do my part to make sure everyone knows about how poorly I was treated.

Cost $100 for a full "inside" and they didn't even vacuum/clean the entire back of the cab. Asked for a refund, didn't get it, any of it. If the manager wasn't incompetent he would understand how much money he has just lost as I come to this car wash and tip a couple times a month. Definitely will be going out of my way to do business elsewhere from now on, which is unfortunate since i've been coming here for a long time. Wouldn't recommend these guys as they obviously have no loyalty to their customers.

I paid $185 to clean my carpets, my seats and to express wax the outside and clean the whole thing... remove dirt from the vehicle... I got it back with still dirt everywhere after 2.4 hours and I asked the manager if this is what it was supposed to look like, he said no, and has his guys trying to fix it now. Very unperfessional they broke my key to my truck and didnt care, argued with me instead of trying to resolve the problem. They also scratched the side of my truck on my passenger door really bad and there is no care in the world I spoke with the general manager and he just said what do you want me to do. I would suggest to never go to this place.

I just got a basic wash to get the light dirt and pollen dots off of the outside of the car. When the guy called me over to get my car, the dots were still all over the car. The "supervisor" that I pointed it out to tried to tell me that it was because my car needed to be waxed. Nice upsell. If that's the case then how do you account for the dots that were still on the GLASS? I could have gone through the $5 car wash down the street and got the same result on the outside. Sorry guys no tip for this one I'll keep the fiver and pay myself with it when I wash the car at home myself tonight. Go somewhere else. This used to be a great car wash.

Such a huge waste of money and time. 30 dollars for a car wash I wish I never spent. They didn't even vacuum the back and there was still bugs and marks all over my car from poor cleaning. They didn't do the windows either. Also they didn't dry the mirrors or front end so when I left and got on the freeway the excess water sprayed all over my windows. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

While I haven't found any car washes in Murrieta or Temecula that does a great job, I have discovered the worst car wash, Rancho Car Wash. I paid $35 and when they turned the car over to me, most of the body was covered in dirt and water spots. Do they dry cars with wet dirty towels? Won't ever be back. Terrible, sloppy job.

They are awesome at cleaning your vehicle, but I dropped my truck off for a detail at 12:30, 4 and a half hours before they closed and told me it wouldn't be ready until 12 the next day, my truck wasn't ready until 4. Good at cleaning but terrible service. Really annoyed because me and my family have gone to them for years.

Dave, the manager actually argued with us and told us straight up that we could not prove it was broken by them! Really horrible cleaning job on top of the fact that they caused damage to my car. Been getting my car washes here and the occasional oil change or waxing for over the past 14 years. Have noticed a decline in services over the last few years or so and have finally had enough. Was told my oil change/wash would take 30 minutes. Asked if it would be okay if I went and grabbed lunch, they said no problem and that my vehicle would be waiting for me when I was done. Fast forward an hour later, they have washed my car but no oil change was done. They rush to get my vehicle into the maintenance area and 30 minutes later, my oil change is finished. I irritably go and pay for my services. When I get into my vehicle, I see that there is areas of my car unwashed, unscrubbed, not vacuumed and overall done completely below par. I ask to speak to a manger who basically tells me, " the wash I paid for does not include these things and that if I wanted my car cleaned well, I would have to pay for the SUPER WASH". Never returning, never recommending, telling my wife to never go here again and will let my friends and family know to not go to Rancho Car Wash.

Worst service ever. We came back from the mountains, and we needed to get our car washed and vacuumed, we upgraded the standard price and paid $23 , but the service we received was for $3. When we get the car done, we asked to vacuum again, because there were sand and hair all over the seats. Also,inside of the doors frames were very durty. The service we received was not what we paid for. At home I had to do it myself.

Detailed my car here. They did a good job with the car and got all the water spots out. Had a small problem where they called me back and said it was going to cost more to get the water spots out because it's harder than they originally thought. I protested because the guy that wrote me up spent a lot of time looking the car over before he gave me the quote. I wouldn't have left the car if it was going to be that much. They put the manager on the phone and we worked it out for just a little bit more, not as much more as they were initially asking. Great work and the car turned out gorgeous; but the whole price thing was unprofessional.

This is the 2nd time I have paid $30.00 for a car wash they left dirt on the seats didn’t wipe down the interior. When I talked to the manager he said that is all they do. I will never go back. I will pay $10 at a drive through and do the rest myself or find a quality car wash. They used to be a great place but not any more.

Used to be a regular I have been going there for well over 2 years after today I will not be back I absolutely got the worst service and the general manager was there and he basically blew me off I highly do not recommend this place anymore cuz they have gone downhill I was there two and a half hours to get my truck washed oil change truck detailed when I was watching them detail my truck they weren't even putting wax on it I talked to two different assistant managers and they said don't worry I continue to watch and never once did he put wax on the pad talk to the general manager he told me I should have told him before they were finished I looked at him and said they aren't finished and I'm still here he then walked away so I cancelled my Monthly prescription with them

Some of the best service I've recieced from a car wash. With a very helpful, diverse, and clean cut crew they got my car done in less then 15 minutes. The device writers are really friendly and don't over sell or gimic you. I have two vehicles that I get washed weekly and I've recently switched from hospitality car wash to here. OTHER GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE BOGUS!!! obviously you wash your car once a year and expect a 23 dollar wash to be a detail. If the employees ever miss anything. Just point it out and they will fix it with a smile. Lastly, people need to understand that working in the hot son is HARD WORK.

Don't go to this place. I had a little mud in my 4x4. Dude tells me "dis won is going to be $140 because dey have to wurk hoda." I told him he's crazy. Drove down to hospitality car wash; by Wincos and they did it for $45. I added another $45 and they conditioned my leather. This place changes prices like the wind blows. Rip offs is what they are.

The automatic car wash left chip's in my hood! I cancelled my service and they still charged me the next month! Before I noticed all of this, I inadvertently subscribed to the monthly wash. When I called the manager to request a refund he was not in the office. I left a message and waited 3 businesses for no call back. I happened to be in the area of the car wash and stopped in and the manager on duty gave me cash as my refund. Additionally the girl behind the counter was rude as well when I initially began this nightmare.

The car washes were fine and we even signed up for 2 monthly memberships for my husband and myself. Today, my husband brought in his truck and the receptionist asked if he was being charged for an oversize truck. He said no, he has always paid the rate he was originally given for 4 months. This is the same vehicle he has had since starting the membership. After his truck was washed, the receptionist called him and informed him she changed his monthly rate...didn't ask, just changed it. So he cancelled his membership. While he was still talking she hung up on him. He then called back and cancelled our 2nd membership. customer service is key and unfortunately the receptionist proved that the customer is not important. We will take our business elsewhere.

Brought our Honda here on sat. June 30th and the service was super fast and very clean!! We were very pleased and will definitely be back. They were having a sale on their car wash plus full service so we only paid (almost half) price. They vacuumed, cleaned interior, tires, windows, door jams, and we left with a clean, fresh, shiny car! Wait time was only about 10 minutes and it was during a "busy weekend rush". Drove up to a line of cars and got pulled thru it very quickly!

Staff was friendly to me but the crew drying and cleaning the cars after the wash was pretty bad. Streak marks all over my windshield and hood. Dirt and dust still on the grill and both front and rear bumpers when it only takes a little extra time to leave it some what decently presentable for the customer. I just know if these guys took a little more time on the cars they might have the time to actually clean the car and not just dry it off. I don’t say all of this to be rude but for your staff (drying/ cleaning the cars) to realize that they can do a better job to satisfy customers taking into account how much we pay to have a nice clean car.

THEY DONT DO THERE JOB! I wanted to start off by saying their extremely pricy. I asked for a wax, which I get could cost a buck, but they charged me 110$. They added a fee for “Large Vehicle” but I drive a two door Jeep Wrangler. That doesn’t make sense? They made me wait for an hour and 45 min, and when they finish they don’t bother to call you over or honk your horn at least. So I think I was sitting there for about 20 extra min. As I was approaching my car I noticed they didn’t even wax it, if anyone knows, but keep have plastic bumpers and roof you can take off, and they didn’t even do the job I paid for, so I approached the manager and asked the reason of why they didn’t and he replied with a “I did, the car was left out in the sun for too long that it probably dried up” which I get is posible but I didn’t even see cloth marks on it to believe him. But once I get in my car, I still see trash in it. And please don’t call me messy, but I still had pistachio shells on the floor of my car and crumbs under my seat. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Please save yourself a buck and consider a different place to go,

Yesterday was my third time into Rancho car wash since signing up for the monthly deal on the 29th of August. Usually I'm in and out in about 10 minutes, with a decently cleaned vehicle. Yesterday, I was there for an hour. Luckily, my children and I were watching the car go through the wash and were inside starring out their huge window watching it being dried. The four seats outside were taken, I'm 9 months pregnant, so we continued to sit inside, watching out the window. I watched out the window as their employee, Able, opened the rear hatch of my new Chevy suburban. After I told the men at the front not to worry about it, due to the items possibly falling out when opening it. I watched their employee, Able, drying the inside, watched his towel catch and break the inside tab for my rear defroster off of my window. He looked over to the four seats outside and didn't see any of those people stand up to confront him. He closed the hatch and walked around to the left back side of car and continued to dry it like nothing ever happened. I walked out side, walked straight to the hatch, opened it, and he grabbed his supervisor, Roberto, immediately and spoke in Spanish to him so I wasnt able to understand. I stated I was in the window watching him break it and close it and act like nothing happened. I went around and around with Roberto yesterday trying to get a statement filled out and after an hour he finally offered me incident report. Roberto stated that, Dave the GM, was not in today and to call tomorrow. Roberto handed me a piece of paper with a local shop name on it and no other info. No phone number or address. He said they do all of their "repairs". I asked him to call the shop and let them know what had happened and that I was on my way. When I got to the local shop, the owner had received the call and said he would take a look. I asked him what Roberto had told him, he said he really couldn't understand his accent, and doesn't speak Spanish. The owner looked at my back window and stated the correct way to repair it would be a new back window, that he wouldn't touch it, and it will never be the same, and referred me to Chevy. I left there and drove to Chevy for a quote, after two hours drove back to Rancho car wash and had Roberto make a copy of my quote for Dave. This morning, Friday, I received Dave's phone call after I had to request several times for some sort of info stating this situation took place. Roberto had no contact info to give me for a manager or owner of any sort for the issue on Thursday. Dave called to my surprise, he stated that he wanted to super glue the piece back into place, so I immediately handed the phone over to my husband. Dave basically called me a liar to my husband stating that the employee said it was already broken. My husband told him they need to fix it properly and not "lick and stick it, so that when it breaks again in a month due to them, it would be on us". Nothing has been resolved, my back window is over 600$ to replace and now I have a cord hanging down my back window in my mirror, on my month old car. We are so disappointed, we understand accidents happen, but this was not our fault. We want it fixed properly and it looks like all they want to do is Jerry rig it. On top of all of that, since they freaked about the incident they NEVER FINISHED DRYING MY CAR, I have over spray all over the Windows that Roberto said wouldn't come off. We will definitely be canceling our monthly membership. Thanks for NOTHING!

Some issues I went there before I went to work. I got the 49.99 wax special and got the 10.00 for them to do the inside and shine it nice. Well they left the front passenger fender with wax not rubbed off. The inside of my Jeep Compass smelt like a dirty rag. My front windshield had some kind of wax on it that when the sun hit it when I was going home made it very hard to see. When I got home it took me two hours just to get it off the inside of my windshield. I paid 60.00 bucks for have a** work. Well I learned I will just take it through a drive through and pay 10 bucks max. It was not worth 60 bucks at all. I was very disappointed, I was looking for a car wash I could go to more often while I was at work. I guess I will keep looking.

The ratings suggest they're the best option in my area, I have to beg to differ. I just purchased a vehicle (2005 Dodge Neon) and after comparing prices and reading reviews I chose Rancho Car Wash to get my car washed and detailed. They wanted $65 to wash the outside, vacuum, and clean cupholders/dash. They were specific about this. I considered that decent since the previous owner had left a mess. They told me it would take about an hour, after about 45 minutes we no longer saw anyone working on my car but had not been told it was finished. We waited and after about 15 minutes of no one touching my car I asked the lady up front who said she would ask the men If they were done. After a few minutes of waiting I decided to just ask the closest worker and he grabbed the keys and said it was done. I drive off and later that night when I picked up a passenger, she asked if they had done the back. I looked and there was still stuff on the floors and seats like they hadn't vacuumed at all in the back and as their chemicals dried I could see spots they missed on the dash and outside of the car. The cup holders hadn't been touched and the places they used a cleaner on the inside were very oily and slick for days. Since the car had sat before I purchased it there were also leaves inside, also supposed to be taken care of, but were not removed. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here if you want it to be cleaned. If you're looking to be overcharged and have almost nothing done, then this is the place for you. Don't be like me, always check your vehicle before you leave, I made the mistake of trusting that they did what they said and that was a lesson I learned the hard way

Are used to work at this place the people are all great there are some familiar faces and some new faces I give it 4 stars because some of the great people that used to work there are still there and the service is always great specifically the oil changes always get attention looks clean and it looks like they take care of you but the car wash has definitely lost its luster when I used to work there I didn't care about the car wash but now that I'm a customer the carwash definitely needs to be more detailed I know it's only a $20 Car Wash but will you can go down the street and get a car wash for for $10 and it's exactly the same it's kind of sad but I give it 4 stars because the people there are always awesome they will take care of you if you tell them that the car wash was poor but that's all it needs a great great car wash

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE -- ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I took a perfectly good vehicle there for a wash and came out with a HUGE crack down the middle of my windshield. General Manager says, "Yes, we have liability insurance, but it would not be good business practice or good customer service for us to use it...then they will raise our rates" OMG. JUST DON'T DO IT - TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Horrible job. I did a basic car wash with an upgraded service for $25.99 and got horrible quality I would value at $5. I have a midsize crossover car... Nothing special about its size or shape. Fortunately for this company I had to leave right away and couldn't inspect their work. The entire back looks like it had not been touched by their washing services or their hand dry services. I say this because it means that a physical person completely did not look at the back side of the car when they were drying. The driver side window still has a big "S" from when they marked it when I was selecting my service. I saw them clean that window so I was very surprised to see that when I got home. I was hoping to find a new place to frequent that was more local to me and my activities. I read good things about them. But I didn't get anything remotely what I paid for. A gas station wash has done a better job.

Worst car wash I've ever been to. They knocked off and threw away the fuse panel cover in my car, left soap caked on the seats, and then were incredibly rude when I tried to talk to the manager about it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Worst $40 ever spent. Requested "the works" car wash didnt realize it meant "the worst" car wash. Dont even know how this place is still in business. When they tell u, they claim to detail your interior, they really mean a quick vacuum and wipe down. My cup holders are still full of dirt and hair, windows look worse than when I took it in sticky stuff still on my back passenger door. I've seen teenage kids do better with dawn dish soap. Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! And while we were there watched a car roll out of the carwash with nobody behind the wheel multiple people had to run and try to stop it from crashing into other cars. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

For the second time in less than a month, I was extremely disappointed with the results I received.. The Windows looked like a child did them, there was still water in the door jambs and unclean areas on the exterior. This used to be the place to go, not anymore..

Paid $116 to get my vehicle hand washed and waxed. I admit I had heavy dirt on my Jeep. However, there is no excuse other than laziness for them to wax in dirt into my paint. That was uncalled for and is ridiculous. They decided to pump my Jeep out by the numbers and not care for what they are doing. I would disregard all of their certs on the wall knowing they do this kind of work. I’m now going to only use mobile detailers that have ownership in their own company as maybe they might be the only people in the industry that actually care about the quality they produce in their labor. Sad to see a company that has been around for decades go down hill. I used to come here regularly. We will no longer use this place. And I do not recommend ever using them. Go ahead and use the self washes and maybe go through the gas station car wash before having them hand wash and wax your vehicle.

Paid $30 because it’s a Tesla, so apparently they can’t do a little research to properly run it through the car wash, and had to hand wash it. Paying $30 wasn’t even the bad part! They pour some water on it, with a little bit of soap, and dry it off... my windows were streaked, dirt left on the body in various places, and the interior wasn’t at the least wiped down. My car left in worse condition than when I arrived. Sad! ☹️

Bought the top tier wash. Exterior of car was still covered in dirt, spotted and streaky dripping with water and dirty wheels when finished. Interior looked like it hadn't been vacumed or wiped down. Dust and dirt on surfaces. I've had better results at a drive through gas station car wash. When I pointed out the unsatisfactory results they just tried to upsell me a detail. Save your time and money go someplace else.

For California, I would say this place is really good. I say "for California" because I've seen other car washes that are much more expensive for the same service. I have been here a few times and the staff is always friendly and I get a basic wash vacuum and towel dry for under $20, plus it has always taken under 20 minutes. I would recommend to friends.

Worst $30 car wash ever. Just went today, got home to notice the front bumper is filthy, the wheel well trim was not even wiped, rubber floor mats were barely vacuumed and not wiped. Had I known I was going to pay $30 for "the works" I would've gotten the same thing at chevron for $6

Ordered "The Works" car wash and it was a half assed job. Disspointing when the was is over $30. There was still break dust on every wheel. Unacceptable. Will not be going back here or recommending anyone.

My truck went through the car wash and ripped off my trim bending it and snapping all the clips off. I confronted the people at the car wash and they said not our problem we have a police. Its 168 dollars to buy another trim.

Been going here for years. Entire family has gone here for years. Last 3 visits have been terrible. Almost as if they have forgotten how to wash cars. On a positive note the oil change service is always great. Oil change techs are fantastic.

Poor quality washes, bad customer service by the guys that check u in. My windows are never done, I have to call someone over to clean them, and the vacuum job is really bad--lazy, I always have stuff still on my seats or carpet. Too expensive for the quality.v

I left my car in the morning today and asked the guy if it would be ready by 12 since I was going to be at church across the street. He said after one since I wanted it to be detailed I told him that was fine. I went at 12:30 to find it closed. I called a the guy and he said he tried to call me to let me know that due to rain they closed. I asked for the managers number and he said no one has it and there is nothing he could do.

Up until today I have had great car washes. They forgot to take my antenna off and it got sheered off in the washing process. I asked the manager on duty if there was anything he could do for me and all he said was "didn't you read the notice in the front office stating you (meaning me) was responsible for taking my own antenna off. In my 35 years of going to car washes I have never been responsible for removing my own antenna. I get it that I did not read "that I, the customer, is responsible for antenna damage" but it was the attitude of the manager that makes me give a 1 out of a 5 star rating. He did not apologize or offer me a free car wash in the future. Instead he was hinting that it was 100% my fault. Left me in a horrible mood for the rest of the day. Joanne J.

This business is not thorough when detailing a vehicle. My carpets and floor mats should be gray but are still dirty. Plus the mats were still wet when we left. I spent good money for a very poor job. I will not be back. Very unprofessional.
