Grate employees~ free vacuum's. There is an issue with the wash not removeing ALOT of dirt on parts of vehicle that it should ie: the trunk and doors but the worst are the dryers. They dont properly dry vehicles~ after every wash i myself (also evey car befor me) have to pull ove and DRY my vehicle..in places where the dryers SHOULD DRY,they dont properly dry the sides,hood or rear of vehicles

Dear new management and ownership of prime shine. I am a little disappointed that you guys want to put the new barcode on the windshield of our cars. I tried to keep the windshield nice and clean with no stickers. I've been a prime shine membership holder since 2015 and I've had no issues having the sticker tucked in on the door. Please reconsider the placing of the sticker on the windshield. Thank you from a long membership holder.

I've always liked this Prime Shine, but within the past two months that has changed. The blowers aren't removing the water and my car comes out with water spots all over. My car comes out with the tire shine all over my rims and in only certain spots on the tire. The vacuums are rarely all working and I find myself moving to find a working vacuum almost every time.

After 1000 mile road trip through Oregon bug storm and 90+ degree valley heat, front end of car was coated with baked on red/brown bug carcasses. The customer service at Prime Shine was perfect. First I went through wash twice, but remaining 10 percent of bug remains only resolved with personal hand cleaning. Kimberly was great, wouldn't accept a well-deserved tip, but did guarantee that I will be back. Awesome customer service!

I've been a customer of prime shine since 2015... a fe months ago I was involved in a 5 vehicle accident inside of the prime shine car wash... 1 person decided to hit there brakes while inside the car wash causing the track to jump and as a result cause 5 car to collide with each other... yes I have insurance and I was not found at fault but prime shine refuses to help pay for any of the damages... are they responsible? Absolutely! They continuously pack cars into the car wash bumper to bumper.. 1.) Had they left a fair amount of space between the vehicles they would not collide so quickly. 2.) The sign says you are responsible for keeping your foot off the brake.. which I never touched my brakes while inside the car wash... there should be some type of relay that shuts down the car wash when the tracks jump like this... I've reached out several times to prime shine to at least have them cover my deductible but they do not respond.. yes I followed all the necessary steps in filing a claim but did not get anywhere....

I've been using Prime Shine car wash since 2012 and it's great for that weekly car wash but I don't suggest taking your car there if you have tons of bugs and dried caked-on mud it may not get rid of all of it. Priced right, but the wait and if you vacuumed your car first, it's a nightmare to back out and be in line to wash. This location was not set-up efficiently. My first time there and WOW the language you hear and the fingers flying.. In 5min I saw almost 10 accidents and almost got hit. If I could have safely made a u-turn I would have left.. But after all that the actual car was was ok.. I could have done better, but since I didn't want to, it worked. I still had bugs on my windshield and head lights. Car wash ripped my front license plate off and bracket. Got all the way home and seen it. Drove all the way back and the employees acted like I was bothering them. She finally went to go look for my plate and brought it to me. I told her there is a bracket for my plate. She said she didn’t see anything. I told her I need my bracket because I can’t put my plate back on without it. She went back a second time and got it. Poor customer service never got an apology. Love that if your car doesn't get completely clean or clean to your standards you can go through the wash again at no extra charge.
