This car was was straight trash. My car looked gold under their tent. But when I pulled it into the sun I saw all types of streaks and swirls. So glad I didn’t include a tip for these clowns. Ugh.

So disappointed. There goes $200 for nothing. Thinking this over priced ticket would be high end quality. These people kept my car from 1 PM to closing hours of 6 PM. They did this because they know they did such a terrible job on the outside and waited for night fall so u cant see anything cause trust me they make sur enot to have any lights displaying. They took of my carmax sticker what I wanted but left all the residue. What's the point. Looks worse now. Those black plastic things on top and on ur windows are all white now because they didnt watch when they were waxing the car. My car is all black.. THIERS ACTUALLY A TON OF SCRATCHES NOW. Like u will see for urself when u do it I'm sure I'll read ur reviews. If u want a basic wash go for it but if ur planning on detailing go somewhere else . I'm scared to see it doing the day light. Shampoo doesnt do anything all the spots are still there and they were minor spots I keep my car very clean and as a christmas gift to myself wanted to make my car look like the new shine but it's so much smudged and the wax or clay is all over the hood like they dont know how to rub it in right in circular motion. I hate this place . I'll drive to the further ones from now on. Well to update just read some of these reviews my fault I guess I should have read the reviews theirs many disappointed people even with pics.

I had to give 1 star in order to write this review. However, If I could I would give Plaza Hand Car Wash a negative 10. I came here this past Saturday to have my ride washed and waxed. I was on my lunch break they washed and waxed my ride. I got to wk and noticed an indentation on the passenger side that was not there prior to me going to Plaza Hand Car Wash. I thought whatever. I can't prove it. I will just have my auto body dude fix it for me. I leave work and get off the freeway to go home and this dude is like roll your window down. Your rear tire is on a flat. I make it home on the bad tire and get out my car to look at it and my rear passenger tire is punctured on the side. I am not sure if it was intentional but whatever happened I am sure they were aware that they ran my car against something. I will never take my car here again as I feel they are dishonest and figured I would not notice this until it was too late. I will also tell everyone that I know that resides in this area or conducts business in Noho to NOT take their car to Plaza Hand Car wash as they are capable of ruining your car. Furthermore their wash and wax was certainly NOT worth the $40 that I paid. I pay $18 at my spot in Boyle Heights and their work far exceeds that of Plaza Hand Car Wash on Laurel Canyon Blvd. The lady in the shop where you pay in no way displayed a friendly disposition. It was dark in the cashiers shop and she had a very dark energy as well. If u love your ride like I love mine. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT patronize this lame car wash.

2nd time here with my SUV (white leather). Cheap, and quick car wash. Easy and nice people. No forceful up selling. There are many luxury brand cards here to get washed. Cashier always have a big smile. Great sitting / waiting area. Come here every weekend.

Is a good place to wash your car but not for them to do the vacuum well I always Go here an even once I did it my self to pass the vacuum by my self because the guy who passes the vacuum he does not pass it well enough so I have to todo it after him only why I go here is they wash my car well with there microfiber sheets

Long waiting time to get your car wash. The car was sitting (2nd in line) for a good 30 minutes before someone got to it and another 35 by the time it was ready. Very detailed cleaning but not worth the wait. My first and last time, sorry.

I went to this car wash July 14 2013. I asked them how long it would take. They said 20 minutes. It took over an hour. Then, in the middle of drying, I noticed that one of the workers was looking at my windshield wiper strangely. He noticed me and avoided eye contact. I walked up and asked if there was something wrong with my windshield wiper. He said, "No, nothing wrong." The next morning I noticed my windshield wiper was torn beyond repair. The other review on here shows that they are also thieves. All-in-all, these people lack integrity and consideration, and it's overpriced. IT IS THE WORST CAR WASH EVER.
