We have frequented this car wash for years. They do a pretty good job for my picky husband. But today one of the employees stole an iPod and cash out of his vehicle. It was quite a violation with not even an ounce of sympathy from the manager. We will not be back! Watch your possessions!

With a rating of 2.5 on Yelp and 3.2 on Google, I should have known better. I spent $150 on a interior detail and car wash but I might have as well paid $10 at the drive through car wash next door. My favorite part was when the guy who sold me the detail told me to ignore the prices listed on the signs because they were going up. Then, he started bargaining with me on the price when I told him I didn't want to pay $189 to get my carpets cleaned. After the car wash, I noticed the seats weren't cleaned, the center console didn't even appear to be wiped down and the inside of the car was as dusty as it was going in. If that wasn't bad enough they returned the wrong floor mats. I didn't see them in my trunk until I got home. When they called me to collect the door mats they had erroneously placed in my car, they didn't ONCE mentioned my door mats. I'm going to guess the owner of those floor mats wasn't happy either. What is going on here? Get it together.

Got an oil change here. Prices on the sign indicated a normal $40 to $50 price. On checkout it was $100! For an oil change!

I paid $56.... they did NOT vacuum out the back of the car and they did not clean the back seats, even though I paid an additional $20 to have the interior cleaned better than normal. The rest of the car was done well, but I won't be back to get my other 2 cars cleaned here.

Mon - Thurs they have the early bird special from 8-10 and happy hour 4-6. The coupons found at Ralphs (your receipt) are great deals. People are kind and hard working. The only times it's not open during regular hours are on HOLIDAYS. If you have any real issues the staff is happy to help.

Absolute worst car wash job today!! It doesn't even look like they vacuumed the inside and there was very obvious dirt left on the exterior! They've never done a great job but usually pretty good, today was a serious low! I can't believe I paid money for this!

Today monday November 28th I took my car to Ortega Carwash and they Either stole or vaccumed up a piece that was an insert in the console of my Hyundai, they proceeded to tell me They would look for it in vaccum collection & took my ph #, how could someone suck up an item as big as a pill bottle & not know it, seriously black rubber insert just disappeared, they didn't even offer me Free carwashes, crappy vaccum job

Inside of the car is still filthy. Dirt still all-over the passenger seat. Actually they didn't even open the passenger door to clean that side of the car. Complete waste of my time!!! Now I have to do it myself.

Paid $22 with tax to just have the basic wash done. They ended up charging me $103. Not that big of a deal unless it doesn’t get reimbursed when you point it out to them which I’ve done. I’ve gone in there multiple times now and they just stare at me like a deer in headlights when I ask them to reimburse me. If I heard him right he said the owner is in Europe and won’t be back for a week and that I need to talk to him. Why do I need to talk to the owner? This was the worse car wash I have ever received. The place is so small, that it took forever to get through, after the car was washed it took forever to get dried, and then when I inspected the car before leaving, there was still soap spots all over the back of the car. My 12 year old son could have done a better job on cleaning the windows (inside and out.) They didn't do a very good job vacuuming the inside, and then to top it off, when we left, water flew all over my windows, and I had to re-clean most of my windows when I got home, along with the soap spots on the back of the car. It wouldn't even be worth it if you had a discount coupon. Don't waste your money here, there are much better places elsewhere.

When we lived out in LA, I loved this car wash. I would actually wait to wash my car if I knew we were going to Ortega that weekend, just so I could go here. The car was always really clean, vacuumed and the staff is friendly. The owner has a warm smile and has always treated us great. This is the car wash I miss the most now that we have moved out east.

This was the worst wash I've had on my car. The guys at the vacuums rushed and missed half of each floorboard. The guys at the finish didn't wipe the interior so my puppys prints were still on the doors in dust. They supposedly upgraded me to the VIP wash too. I give them 2 thumbs down.

I agree; this is the worst car wash I have ever received. I pulled in around 5:30PM and asked the manager how much it would cost to have my car washed and rims and tires cleaned; he replied $18.95. I agreed and had it washed. I then went to pay and the girl collecting money tried to charge me $21.95 and I had to correct her. In less than 20 minutes I was told the car was done. When I looked at the car it was still dirty and the rims were still covered in dirt. I then told the person who washed it that the rims were still dirty and he told me to go to the manager to ask for the special cream, which I did. the manager then looked at my car and told me that he did not know the rims were dirty but unless I paid $5.00 per rim he was refusing to clean them. Funny thing, when I looked online the cost for "wheel" service with the car wash is only $24.99, which is only $6.00 more and not the $20.00 he was trying to charge me. I also pointed out the car was still dirty and he walked off. Funny thing, as I was waiting for the car to be washed and was sitting in an outside chair with shade the workers grabbed everything around me to include the umbrella that was providing shade. So it made sense that they treated me like garbage, attempted to charge me a different price on two occasions, and refused to do the job they were paid to do.......they were closing and they could have cared less. Message to owner, contact me before I take my complaint and the photos of the car to the Better Business Bureau. Long and short, I want a refund!

Always great people serving at David. I always forget to NOT go here during peak times because you will get a half-butt wash and clean. Not because they can't it's because of the volume of patrons they get at a certain time. Not an excuse but it is what it is. Go here during weird hours and you'll get a good clean.
