Went for the first time yesterday. It’s a nice facility and well maintained. All the chemicals and soaps were in stock and the place was clean. Couple complaints; $3 gets you 4 1/2 minutes but I spent around $10 in quarters and felt rushed the whole time. Not long enough to do a good job on a dirty car. The blow dry was a new feature for me but didn’t blow near strong enough to dry a car and was pointless. Also the spot free rinse was awful. Left water spots all over and you know how hard those are to get out. Overall I’d come back but be prepared to spend more and hand dry.

A little pricey ..what i like about this place is they have a blower that you can dry your car with instead of drying with towles... i have chronic aneima so im always tired no energy to hand towel dry my car...I was born and raised here. and the dirt/dust , bird poop, and sap from the trees my car needs to be washed often .

Quarter self-serve car wash with option to use a card. Reasonable rates. Make sure to go early in the mornings or late afternoon to get a spot, as I believe there's only 5 car bays. Place has vacuums, too.

There was a problem with the automatic wash and it took me paying twice for a $12 wash. No issues, I thought, because the customer service office on site stated it was open. After wash is finished, I go to the customer service office, it's completely empty with only a sign that says call this # for whatever (not exact verbage). I call the number, no one answers, I leave a message with name, #, reason, and receipt #. No response. Did that again later in the day. No response. This happened on a Thrusday. Today, the following Tuesday, I call the number again from my work number, which has the same name as a gov't agency. Goes to voicemail and while I'm leaving a message, I see a number on call waiting and send it to voicemail. Well, it was Casey w/orbit, the same person I'd left 2 messages for, she stated "I just got a call from this number, I'm not sure who is trying to reach me, they didn't leave a message (I was leaving one but she called back so quickly I wasn't finished yet) but I'm on my cell phone right now and I'll call you back when __?____ in about 20 minutes". That was an hour ago. So, Casey, if you read this, I am following through with what I said in my message. I am giving YOU a, deserved, bad review. The actual wash was satifactory.

Vacuum times are short.... the "high pressure" rinse takes forever. The credit card payment system just randomly decides what you want. Just a typical nickel and dime rip you off every chance they can.

Overpriced, small stalls. You can't just add another quarter to extend your time, you must pay another dollar. While most self car washes are $2 for 4 minutes, expect to pay $3 due to their fancy diamond plating everywhere. But great location to say the least.

I've never been to a car washed that i paid money to use and while I'm getting the water drops off my car on a friday morning with no one at the wash save 1 person the short male kid with the black hair tells me i have to leave my 5 minute time limit is up. Funny i was just talking to the owner and he said it was cool cause they weren't busy. So after how rude he was and i said i paid money, washed my car, been there several times to the over priced place with crappy vacuums. So this kids says don't come back then... Really??? I liked the automatic car wash they have here because I'm actually too lazy to do it by hand. The vacuum here does suck if you were wondering, plus they charge 1.00. But I like it because it's close to my house. Step your car wash accessories game up. For example have a vending machine that sells window Cleaner, Armor All. Those tree deodorizers something!!! But besides that it's cool if you're not near a quick quack

First off I will start by saying I have spent a good couple hundred dollars on driving through this car wash until I pulled up to the hand wash stalls and was throwing some trash out of my car when the owner of this place came up to me with his phone out taking pictures of my car screaming about this is not a dump when I thought it was a car wash and I can clean my vehicle here so without asking me if I had went through the carwash and paid $12 for the premium wash and then wanted to throw out my fast food wrappers she just ran out and started snapping pictures and told me to get off of his property this man is racist and unfair I wish I would have never spent any money here I can tell you for a fact we did not leave any trash anywhere I even pulled the trash can up next to my car. We left the place cleaner then it was when we got there. We were profiled immediately and you know exactly who I am because you decided to take pictures like I was doing something wrong. I even came one time on my bike to put air in my tire and the owner came out and act like I was trying to break into his coin machine because I had to get a token for the air hose to work to fill my tire and I was told to get out of there he's trying to run a business. I won't argue or do this anymore because what I said is the truth and people will be able to see for themselves but I am just letting you know this man is racist.

I just got my car washed by Orbit Wash in Sacramento Ca, and I am happy to say that I am very pleased with their service. My car looks spectacular. The one thing that also struck me about this business is everyone is so friendly and its managed by the owner. The price is reasonable. I would highly recommend all to check this business out. This is a good place to handwash cars and make sure your car gets the added bonus. I will advise not to wear any clothes you're not in the mood to get wet. Read over the instructions on the wall carefully, and check the knobs if you're moving from pre-wash to wax, because they're close and it'll mess up your routine a little.

Lately I have been going there. Like it there becoz u can don't need to wait in line, you wash ur car on your own the way you want it plus it's cheaper than anywhere else. You get wash it for 5 bucks if u wash it fast but I usually spend about 8 bucks on my mini SUV. They do u have drying options on their machine but it takes forever so I just bring my own towels . Also they do have vacuum area after u finished washing your car.

Paid $12 for wash, got nothing. Just to be clear, I paid to get my car washed and literally did NOT get my car washed. Then, I exited my car to maybe get this settled with an employee, come to find out NO EMPLOYEE. By this time I'm starting to lose it so I think maybe I should call them. I call them 7 times...no answer. And the worst part isn't that they didn't answer, but that they didn't even have a god forsaken voicemail or answering machine! MORAL OF THE STORY: NEVER GO TO A PLACE THAT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE EMPLOYEES (I do understand that it's a self service wash, but not even answering a damn phone call from a customer...these guys must be pretty confident about their business)

Best self carwash in Sacramento. They accept credit/debit cards which is rare and ultra convenient for those of us that never carry cash. The wash system offers settings not found at other similar carwashes, like warm water to help remove sap, tar, and bug guts. In addition to being a self carwash, they also offer a regular drive thru carwash. They seem to be a bit more expensive than others but, I think They are worth the additional cost.

First lane I went to had its coin receiver jam up halfway through cleaning and the credit card slider didnt work. Had to move my foam covered car to another stall. Pink foam soap stained my white t-shirt, had to toss. Still though, nice foamy brushes and good cleaning power. Decent vacuums but they aren't on for very long before having to put more coinage in. Be prepared to bust your butt to clean in time.

Have used this car wash many times and yes it is a bit pricey. I go when it is slow because I take longer because I don't like using the brush on my paint, I will on the tires but just use the soap spray to blow off the sticky bits. This last time though as I was using the brush I looked down and realized the hose was cracked and had literally covered my right side in pink foam, it was everywhere! I couldn't rinse it off because the water spray is too hard. I did my best and my shirt and jeans were drying into iridescent patterns of green and fushia. I went to talk to someone (I had seen someone inside as I pulled in) but it was locked up tight. I called and no one EVER returned my call. So shady. So, although it has always worked ok even though it costs me about $15 I can't say I can recommend them. When something does go wrong you won't get any help or response. My clothes did come clean but it made for a long afternoon of strange looks.

The credit card machine charges you twice even if you just want to extend your time. The soapy water is cold and doesn't remove dirt. The blow dryer is a nice touch but pointless since as you blow off the car water from the hoses above drip more water onto your car. This place is twice the price as my normal car wash and is significantly worse.

Clean self wash stations with air dryers as well to get rid of water spots on your car! Super cheap , $5 for 7 minutes at self wash bays and only $2 for 5-7 minute vacuum time. Also have air pumos for tire pressure as well!

Do not come here to wash your car. Not only did the machine not take process the tokens/coins I put in, but the coins did not come back out from the coin return slot. But of course the Bill to Token Changer was working perfectly to take my money. Great example of a business that guarantees taking your money, but doesn't care to have its services working properly. Oh let me also note that I called in to get assistance and the most they could tell me was that someone will call me back within 24 hours. Avoid at all costs. Follow up: Right before I left, I was fortunate enough to come across a worker named Lane who just walked up before I left. I told him what happened and he opened the coin machine and was able to give my tokens back for me to use at another machine. Usually there are no workers here so I was very fortunate to have been helped.

You can use the easy self service car wash station to wash your car for $5 (debit cards accepted). Bring a couple of dollars to vacuum and you will be all set. There is never a wait!
