Go here often. Very respectful and quick team for being a hand wash station. Regular washes also get the interior cleaned out (vacuum, window and dashboard wipe down). Usually try to leave a tip with the workers instead of the manager..still skeptical of him.

I made appt for detail via phone Friday. Told open 7 days a week. Got there next day and was CLOSED. It was noon. Used to go there 6 mos ago for wash and was good. Quoted $69 for internal cleaning w carpet and seats shampooed. Went back Monday and lady told me $99.

i had a waxing done to my truck and the compound they put on the top of the bed ended up getting on my actual paint job. that ruined the top of the paint to the point to where it looks like someone went at it with a sander. very unprofessional.

This is one of the worst car washes ever one week I go in get my car washed the machine literally rips my rear bumper off and peels of my paint and all the mananger says we can’t take reponsiblity for it and then my brother in law takes in his Hummer and the people drying it grabs the mirror to dry the roof top and he brakes the mirror completely come on really!!

I'd poop my pants, literally, if my car didn't come out perfect. I'm putting my instinct on the line here and writing my review before they have even washed my car. I'll bet you anything this place does a great job. I've never, ever, eeeeeevvvveerrrrr been to a car wash that was clean inside, let alone spotless. Terrible job, water spots all over the car, cup holders just folded up instead of cleaning, splattered bugs on front of car and dirt still in my car. Save yourself the extra work of cleaning your own car after your "car wash" and drive a little further

I had been going to this car wash for the last 2-3 years, brought my BMWs there, and had been pleased with the hand wash and wax done there. Don't get me wrong; I still think they do a good job, especially Mike who does the work on my cars. However, this review is a warning: DO NOT BRING YOUR HIGH END CARS THERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD INSURANCE. On June 1, 2019, my wife brought her 2019 BMW there after having it for 3 weeks. No mechanical problem with it. Hand wash and wax done. When she received it back, indicator lights showed the chassis was unstable, and she could barely steer it on the grounds of the car wash. It was taken to BMW. They assessed over $5,000 of under chassis damage, including a bent driver side steering fork. I had an independent assessor come to look a the car at BMW. Both assessors agreed the damage happened that day at the car wash. To further back that opinion, the BMW online computer and GPS determined the exact time and place the damage occurred, which was at the car wash before the car went to BMW. Further, one of the employees told me he saw one of the new "kids" drive it up on something. I spoke to the owner/manager Fernando in person and showed him photos of the damage I took with the car on the lift at BMW. He said he would get back to me. Instead, he has ignored calls from me and from my insurance company. He obviously disavows any responsibility for this incredible damage to a fantastic car. How arrogant and irresponsible. My guess is that they have NO insurance. So now, my insurance company is unable to subrogate for the repair expenses, and it counts as a "ding" against my wife as an "accident" despite the proof. So, readers, caution with bringing your trusted vehicle to Opal Street Car Wash; you may have a clean car but be unable to drive it safely once it is returned to you.

I come here every Tuesday for their special! Nothing beats a car wash and vacuum for 13 bucks! Staff is nothing but great as well as they have a car where you get free stuff after a certain amount of car washes. They are also very fast I’m in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Went to this establishment today to have my truck washed. First they left stuff all over the carpet despite paying to have it vacuumed, second I had removed my American flag from the back of the truck to have the truck washed, had it rolled neatly and respectfully placed it in a safe place in the back seat, not only did these people move the flag but they had it wadded up on the seat. Now had they needed to move it to clean the least they could have done was returned it to the place it was in the condition it was. They had no care or remorse for what the way they had left it. When I mentioned the situation the man pretty much placed blame else where saying he wasn't even in the back cleaning it and didn't even apologize seeing I was upset. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

I've been going here for awhile now and been happy with the work especially with the older guys. But lately it been alot of younger guys being hired my car hasn't been up to the expectation as before. Today July 4 2019 I took my car to get cleaned and I'm watching the guys take my car threw the washer idk what the problem was but for some reason the couldn't get my car to catch to roll threw. So one of the kids got in and decided to drive it threw he went through so fast the front of my car didn't even get wash. So I ask could they run back threw because of it. I was told I would be charged again. So of course I didn't but after everything I come home water spot was all over my car the front bumper was still filthy like it never got wash. Just so disappointed bring the older gents back.
