Rip off for a car wash. This place could be so much better if ran correctly. If I owned it I would be open at 5am so people can get gas and a cup of coffee on there way to work. They are missing the boat here!! Money maker if they had someone who cared. I will not he going here for gas anymore. USA gas for me.

My car looks as good as the day I bought it! Eduardo dried and wiped every inch of my car. My windows are spotless, the frame on my doors, every inch of my car was cleaned perfectly. I've never had a better carwash. I am not related to anyone at this carwash, I just am so happy after sooo many substandard washes at other places to find a carwash I can feel great about. Thank you Eduardo!

I was looking for a place to get my car waxed but I checked all around until I remembered these folks. I had used them in the past and loved them then. I had my car cleaned (inside and out. Clay cleaned and then waxed. Smooth as silk and looking GREAT! I would say to anyone 'Give them a try, you won't be disappointed".

They have terrible customer service and management. I just called to ask what time they will close and the employee said he doesn't, because they weren't busy. He said they were open right now, but the manager didn't know what time they would close. I asked if I drove there now if they would wash my car. He said if they were still open. I asked, "so you can't even tell me if you will be open in the next 10-15 minutes?" Then he hung up on me. I get that he's probably not the most intelligent person, but how difficult would it be get a straight answer from the manager. They would either stay open long enough for me to drive there, or they wouldn't.

Come for the gas, stay for the greeting cards. And for the staff - they work their ass off. Don’t see anyone else there on their hands and knees scrubbing the pretentiousness off the 80,000$!rims. They are washing your car for you, not because you can’t physically do it - we are all just too lazy to wash our own cars. Those who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw shammys.

I paid extra for a hand wash the manager said they used soft water, when I got home I had water spots everywhere... go anywhere but here.. the manager did nothing about it....

I saw quite a few people just goofing off. There was barely any other cars being done but that doesn't mean I get out quicker. I posted a pic of a guy who started working on a car then picked up his phone and started texting. 3 stars because the other hard workers actually did a good job. Half of the people here need to be fired, the other half given a raise.

I paid 100 something dollars for a wash and a wax. I noticed when I got home, which was immediately after the wax, that there were wax spots all over my car. When I talked to the general manager he said I needed the receipt. I didnt have it. When I said he should have it on file he notified me that they only keep receipts for a week. When other companies keep receipts on file for 5-7 years. I asked for his bosses name and he said he couldn't give it to me, I said he can it's not against the law to give it to me. He didnt want to give me the name because he knows he's in the wrong and he even said he could see the wax. And then after repeating asking for his boss's name he said he couldn't reimburse for the wash and wax unless I have my receipt. He said I went somewhere else for my wash and was, but I've only had my car for a couple of months and only have gotten it washed at this place. This guy RUBEN was very rude and doesnt care about anyone but himself.

This place is hit and miss. Where is management/owner on property? When i have an issue everyone shrugs their shoulders. Don't take your car during weekday, not staffed properly and wait for is twice as long because workers are in back for lunch at the same time

I always bring my truck here. The prices are fair and the job is usually well done. They often have specials for a wash and mini detail or spray wax. I would expect to spend between 20-45$ depending on what you want. I would say you will probably be there from 40 mins to an hour.

Thir was 3 cars 3 cars only and one was mine I couldn't drive at all spotted up and they just took their sweet ass time drying car not cool my car just as important important just as much to have it washed. Don't bring your car here especially if you're not busy

Had 2 vehicles washed and waxed today. The young man waxing my vehicle didn’t touch the roof at all on one if them. Asked my nephew to go speak to him about it(my nephew speaks and understands Mexican).The young man admitted to not touching my roof. Another young man walked up and began arguing with him about it. Mt nephew explained doesn’t matter what he thinks I paid to have my whole vehicle waxed and it needs to be done completely. Needless to say they have list my families business we will be going elsewhere from now on. So disappointed in them. I feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me. I should have paid attention to the other reviews about this place. They used too be such a good place to go.

After not coming here for awhile because of their rotation of vehicles waiting I decided to give them another try. Well, it proved to be the same game. My truck is a crew cab full size. It once again sat in the waiting line while 3 other cars went before me. The fourth vehicle that just pulled in was going ahead when I brought it to their attention. After giving me lame excuses for not keeping a semblance of order , in went my truck. Now, the wipers gravitate to the high dollar cars and will bypass ones that will take longer,ie, my crew cab. I paid for a car wash and paid a upgrade because of its size.i expect to be treated fairly, that’s all. The cashier thinks it’s funny if you ask questions about their procedures, she needs customer service training. So, after giving them another try I once again will avoid this business as will my family. They just don’t get it.

Wash is average.... Friendly staff....employees drying cars were slow and they had many cars to finish. They seemed like young men who should have been moving alot faster. Water was drying on the cars before they got to them and there was no one managing the workload. I used to go here all the time and they did a great job but I don't think so anymore.

We have been there twice and both times got the Silver package. And both times they didn't turn on the wax that we had paid for. If we wouldn't have been there watching no one would have said a thing. They did run it through a second time. But I'm not sure I would go back for a third time.

I’ve been going to this place for 7 years with my truck no problems. TODAY!!! I got the worst wash and customer experience ever !!! I was told not to bring my 2015 F250 to get washed any more. (Its to heavy he said) Dude must have been hungover or something. WELL GUYS ,,, you just lost my $500 a month I spend on gas And I will not have my wife bring her car there once a week for gas and wash . OH AND THE $10 I tip the guys .... Adios mofo’s

I asked if they would vacuum all floor mats and the suv trunk area and he said yes but would charge more. I agreed and payed the extra and they did not follow through. They also left the trash in the car the said they would dispose for me. They also did not clean the back seat windows from the inside. This place is very inconsistent.
