BUYER BEWARE. Here is what will happen if MobileWash damages your car. They will take zero responsibility for the contractor they lease vans to or their employees.
MobileWash damaged the interior in my one and half year old car last week. They have absolutely no interest in fixing it or making it right. Rather the manager Adrian has lied and tried to get me to say it happened the last time they washed my car. In addition they won't give me the name of owner or the owner's phone number. Rather they are saying I lied. The photos attached are very real and the damage is caused by their "quality control" employee Daniel who detailed my car last week.
This past week I ordered detail through their MobileWash app. They sent a washer who could not understand any English and simple question regarding cleaning my car.
They then sent one of their "quality control" employees, Daniel, who detailed the car, never bothered to ask whether or not I wanted Armor-all etc and who scratched the whole bottom back of hatch with a hard tool- either the vacuum head or something else.
When I reached out to MobileWash and sent these photos of damage to MobileWash, Adrian and Daniel then lied about what had been done and tried to pin it on his washer from the MobileWash before, saying the only thing Daniel used was a latex glove. However, I remember the employee distinctly using a vacuum and attachment. MobileWash is the only company that has cleaned the interior of my car. Shouldn't they be concerned about all work they do?
I will be taking this up with BBB. As I said buyer beware. It is a major cause for concern when a owner remains anonymous, hides behind their independent contractors that lease their vehicles, won't contact you, lies in an answer to review and has no interest in helping.
BTW: The first washer had his wife and child in the MobileWash van with NO seat for the child. Under CA law, how does MobileWash consider this an acceptable use of their leased company vans or contractor's vans? What is the washer going to do with the child in 90 degree weather while he washes my car?....leave the child in the van?
