Cruz thru was awesone... Mister wash is just a faceless money grubbing corporation. Carwash is way overpriced.

I used to come here frequently before they switched owners and brand names from Cruz Thru. Since Mister has taken over, there isn't as much time spent brushing the cars before they go through the wash. Additionally, my front license plate holder broke as it went through and my license plate is bent now. I guess I understand the risk, I just don't understand how this was never a problem with Cruz Thru.

I’ve had my membership for about two weeks this is my first time using the downtown location my car came out with a brush scratch like it was buff too hard I came back up there and asked them to ask them about it and showed him where I made the market because it’s never been there and he made it seem like I was trying to do fraud this is the worst car wash ever and it sucks that I still have two weeks of this membership because

Best to get the membership 29.99 faster, and visit as often as you like. I visit 5 times a week I love it, oh and it does a good job on the car and always a smile on everyone face good suction on the vacumes

It a good car wash for a quick wash. The drying part of the wash is not the best so take a few rags to dry wet spots on the car. If you get the lava cruz you get a 50 percent off coupon for your next wash within a week.

They are getting worse over time last time I went the tracks knocked my hub cap off but they had no intention of telling me I was lucky enough to be looking in my side view mirror and noticed the attendant quickly pick it up and throw it in an utility room on the side I had to go in to get it also last time I noticed there where no soap suds on the windshield as one would expect when going through a car wash, I believe thaat is because they are using very little soap. If you don't go often you will need to go through 2 or three times.

Would give it 4 stars if it was still the original Cruz thru, but since its become a mister car wash, it's a 1 star. Lets start with no more bags unless asked. No more air freshener unless asked. No more buying cleaning products from the staff, you now have to use vending machines. First, fewer people now a way carry cash, so I used to love being able to buy the stuff with my credit card. Also, be careful about using the vending machines are they will have a good chance of not giving you your item. Second, the vacuums are awful here. The one on olive drive has much better ones. The actual wash cleaned my car okay, left the back dripping wet and not being able to buy towels anymore, it stayed that way. I continued to come here even after they raised the prices, but if I have to carry cash around for the stuff, I might as well go to Sparkling image down the road for a few more bucks and get a better clean and use the cash for the tip. I didnt like sparkling image because they dont give cash back there to tip the workers. I can tell they are trying to make them all into a turn key operation and lessen the amount of workers. That's fine, but you have all this fancy tech in the front but, you still make us use vending machines and carry paper currency around. Pick a side.

It has been sold. Soap still on windows. They don't use brush on lights to loosen bugs anymore. Offered to reclean car before I went through it. No free air freshner for a.c. vent either. I used to go on Sunday's before church. I'm sorry to say. I won't be back

Downtown is the best Cruz Thru. Car always get washed completely and I don't have to contemplate being "That Guy" and asking to go through again because I see spots that weren't washed. And the staff is great. They always draw a cartoon for my kid on the back window.
