Amazing! and take great pride in their work. you can get a full service car wash that comes with hand wash, tire dressing, cleaning of the windows, and vacuum.

The place I usually go to get an exterior wash is 10 miles from work. This place is only a couple of miles away. So after I checked out the prices in their website I went there earlier today. When I got there I noticed the basic exterior wash is $14.99 instead of the $11.99 in their website. But since I was already here I got the exterior washed. Later, I noticed that they did not dry the outside well and some bird dumps were not removed. I will not go back to this place again. Expensive and did not do a good job!

It was my very first time using auto car wash and even though I informed the boy about it, he was rude and made faces and was murmuring stuff when I (naturally) was asking questions. The car wash as such was not bad and the location very convenient so I'd say go if you don't have a need for human support.

This place is where I always went to. Hard working staff earlier. The last time I visited my rear window shield wasn't even cleaned. I had to go back and get that done. Then there was another place which needed cleaning and the guy was like this needs to be detailed and he can't clean it. I cleaned it myself once I got back. Not going here again.

Sales Rep Julio at the front line is the man. This was only the third time someone pitched the monthly special to me and I've been coming to MSpa for 3 years. The first two times I couldn't understand the guy, though he was a nice guy and always took care of our cars. I thought I was getting a great deal at 18.95 for a basic wash and vacuum. But then: the month special is 6 premium washes for $99.99! The math comes out to $16.67 for a PREMIUM WASH. Great special guys. You should make it a regular thing. Props for getting a bi-lingual rep up in front who engaged with me at a human level: asked me how I was doing, listened when I answered, and answered me when I ask him how his day was going" - it was beautiful. Julio deserves a raise and more responsibility. People go gett'm. Crazy good deal. Horrible experience, The guy name SERGIO was so rude, we paid $65 for two cars and service was so awful and they didn’t even wash the cars properly. We have to ask multiple times to clean the bumper and window glass. I don’t recommend anyone to go there for car wash.

Rating is for the car wash service specifically. Most of the time they do a very good job inside and out for a reasonable price. They'll even fix a missed spot or two if you ask- no problem. Only one caveat; make sure to mention any coupons or deals before they print your receipt. There was a "managers special" sign out front with a discounted rate for the service I requested, but I was charged the regular/full price. Could have been a misunderstanding but always good to double check.

Wish I could give this place zero star. They literally asked me for 8 dollars more because I had some bird poop on my car?!!!? Seriously...isn’t that exactly why we need car wash?!!!! And they weren’t even busy at all.

Worst car wash I've been to in a long time. After paying for the highest end package there were visible spots all over the car. The windshield was smudged and not clean at all. For 40$ I expect a semi clean car. Inside was still all kinds of dust and dirt on my console when I looked after I got home. Do not recommend at all.

Not worth it. Took Groupon for auto detailing and got to know that Honda odessey is an oversized vehicle so ended up paying 20 dollars more. Than on top, I was told that car seats won't be shampooed and will cost $70 dollars more. Outer wax didn't even remove minor scratches. Overall experience was bad.

Horrible experience with front line staff. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The staff continued to ask me to get closer to the car behind me then when I refused to move closer because I knew the truck in front of me was going to have to go in reverse to adjust. I stayed were I was and the truck moved in reverse. As the truck moved in reverse the front line staff decided to cut me off and move in front of me. In addition I did not get my car vacuumed even after I got the full service experience. The backline staff experience was much better.

I pulled up and there was maybe 2-3 cars there, mind you there are 3 lanes so clearly they were not busy. They took over 10 mins to greet me, I actually had to step out of my car so they could see me. I then discovered the only package that included interior was like $40 plus. I asked if how much it would be to add vacuuming and they said $10, which was ok too me. I purchased the most basic car wash which was $15 plus the $10 add only for a total of $25. It took them 30 mins to finish my car and as soon as I drive off I noticed they didn’t even vacuum smh I would of turned around but I was on my lunch break. Please save your time and money, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

The wait on Friday at lunch is long. The quality of the wash is a 6.5/10. As soon as I got in my car, I noticed some still-wet spots as well as undried soapy water under the door. Attention to detail is lacking but overall a decent wash. There is limited indoor seating and copious outdoor seating

My husband and I took our cars there a couple of weeks to get it detailed. We live in Mountain View but drove to Milipitas for this- and it was worth it. Our cars were just transferred here from a different state so it was looking very disgusting. The staff here did an excellent job- went the extra mile to explain the process, did it on our time table, and even kept an eye on our belongings while we were away. Truly enjoyed the experience and will go back again.

Even on their super busy days they do a much better job, than a bunch of other places I've tried! & even though it's a little farther than other places I could go to, I keep coming back to this one! Worst place to come for a car wash.If you want to get in an accident in their parking lot go here otherwise find another place -they have not thought thru how cars will line up for wash. - there will be traffic jam between cars coming in for car wash and cars arriving for gas fill up - the attend think he owns the place and trys to direct the traffic but he does not know what he is doing.. there are no go signs or arrows on which line to get in and if by mistake you got in a line, the attend will make you move - very rude. - I will never come here again.

This is a decent place in the fact that it is always very clean & they have a good selection. On the other hand I cannot understand why everybody that works in the tech hub (Milpitas) buys gas here! It is at least a full dollar more here, plus every night from 5:00-8:00 this place is a madhouse with people getting off work & pulling in to fill up their tank. Why these people don't fill up closer to home where I'm sure even begin getting in and out of here at 6 Monday through Friday is worse driving conditions than any freeway you've ever driven

I've been a customer for almost 5 years. Unfortunately, in the past year or so the quality of the car wash has hit rock bottom. Very sloppy wash, cup holders still dirty, windshield is wiped from the inside in only two spots (not the whole thing), poor vacuum job with lots of debris remaining, nobody wipes mirrors, nobody cleans off bugs. I was a loyal customer for 5 years, so I kept buying the packaged deal. At this point I have no trust left in this car wash. I'm going to throw away my hundred dollars left on my card and won't come back here again, until I hear that the management changed or actually started caring about their business all of a sudden... very very disappointed no-longer-returning no-longer-loyal old customer.

$45 ”hand wash" means EXTERIOR ONLY. They didn't bother even vacuuming inside. When I pointed this out, they stated that I need to pay for the shampoo treatment and they already vacuum as best they could. I took a rubber floor mat out and shook it in front of them, TONS of crap flew out on to ground. He just starred silently for a moment. Then said they could do a better job it would just take more time. I had already left it there for 1hr, so I declined and left. When ordering hand wash I expected interior, be warned, they do not vacuum, shake floor mats, or wash seats with that package.

Keep in mind that is place is more a gas station and convenience store. They are NOT specialized in Car Detailing. I made a BIG MISTAKE. 75 minutes total time - 1 person.. NOT 2-3 Hours that was claimed in the Groupon. They charged me extra $20 for SUV. I went on Wednesday to avoid the crowd... My expectation was a reasonable quality since this was Groupon. Instead, I got a Terrible quality of work. EXTERIOR - It was OK, I still can see a lot of areas that need more attention. I feel this nothing more than a regular wash with wax coded. INTERIOR - This was THE WORST. All my interior areas.. center console, dash board, seats and steering wheel was SOAKED with Armorall. My whole interior were so greasy when it leaves finger marks everywhere!!... This person even Armorall my rear-view mirror with it... I don't expect perfection but I do expect common sense. If I park my car in the sun, the Armorall would evoporate the greasy to my windows and windshield... Also, my windows got lints all over. This guy did NOT even clean off drink stains off my cup holders... He just Armorall over the stains!!! Gosh, I don't what else to say here!! -- I just expect them to use some common sense here!!! I went straight back home and spent an hour using micro fiber towels to remove the Armorall off my center console, dash board, steering wheels, seats,...etc. I used about 10 towels to remove the Armorall. This review is only on Car Detailing service they provide. I DO NOT recommend this place for Car Detailing.

If I can give this place a zero, I would love to. I got a goupon deal for $129 for a full detail and I called to schedule an appt. The lady that picked up the phone said that you don't need an appt so I drove 30 miles the next mothing and the manager Rodriguez said that he can't take me because they're fully booked. Had the lady told me prior that I should call before hand, I would've done so. I told them that they should inform customers before hand that it gets booked easily and should call ahead, would've prevented me driving all that way with a baby in the car. This place has a bad business process and the staff were rude. When I called back to talk to the higher ups, a guy name Julio said that he was in charge and that I can only speak to him. The owner doesn't want to give his information out. This place definitely don't want their customers to return.

Our truck had a good bit of spots left over on the paint. The worst thing that happened was wax was put onto all the black plastic! That is the first rule about waxing your car, don't get wax on the black plastic because it will be almost impossible to get it off. Great wash for 40$ but I wouldn't go back.

Don't expect an incredibly shiny car. Just an okay car wash. In my case for example windows were not cleaned properly from inside, air freshener also barely sensible. Used an Executive option with a 66% discount coupon. Wouldn't return to pay full price.

Windshield still had dead bug on it and vehicle was still wet Should’ve just had my fiancé do it for me for free he’s done a more hard working professional job . Lol won’t be going there anymore. I recommend the shell on Calaveras for around 22$ I get so much more done on and in my car and a fragrance of my choice . I guess it’s true this place here must not want customers to return lol. Had to say the truth though and what a waste of my money

I ask the manager to help clean it, he told me "if you want your car to be cleaned, you have to pay extra". LMAO. They had one job, and they can't do it right, just take your money and do the very minimum of work. If you go there, you wouldn't have your car cleaned, you will have your day ruined.

These people doesn’t have any responsibility. The are all like we want money so we work. That’s it. I have been here more than four times as it is very near and convenient for me. There is no onetime that I am satisfied with their job. They don’t vacuum perfectly, they don’t wipe the interior cleanly and moreover my car always got a small spot like paint is gone or a scratch every single time. I am not going here anymore.

This is the best carwash spot in the San Jose area. I've been to Sunnyvale Car Wash and Gas, that was great but so expensive! Milpitas Auto Spa is actually well-priced and they don't ding you for a bazillion add-ons. They allow tipping which I appreciate. Staff is hardworking and the facilities there (waiting, food, lotto, drinks) are awesome.

I guess I expect to much if a pay30+ (executive) car wash. Car had dirt patches on the out side. Inside the dust towel miss some spot. The person helping me got upset because I was dropping off my car and not driving it thru the car wash. 2 cars before me were asked what scent airfreshener they wanted in their car and they left to the restausrant on the side. The same person didn't ask me what scent airfreshener I wanted. I also forgot to tell him. I did not get one. I used the 5 coupon provided online.

The workers who is working on final cleaning and handover is not treating us good. Yesterday I paid for Express super wash which cost around 17.99 and when they handed over the car to me without Tire dressing. I asked them repeatedly why its left without it. And they replied we are not aware and finally after repeated argument they applied tire dressing but not done good. They immersed the brush one time and applied on all four tires and the three of my tires not applied properly. And also quality of cleaning not good when I compared from previous time. Not sure If I need to provide additional 10 dollar as tips to make the workers clean my car well.
