Madrona Car Wash is combined with a Chevron Gas and if you purchase a car wash, the gas is substantially discounted. Both the inside and the outside of the car is cleaned well, but what I appreciate is the fact that they use air hoses to remove the water stuck in the trunk, bumper and door crevices. They appear to do a good job in staffing as they have quite a few people working on days that they surge.

Scratched the glass on my radio and denied that his workers did it . I went there yesterday morning with no scratch and then had to come back a second time as the person cleaning my car didn’t clean it fully and left animal hair on it and crumbs and didn’t give me the air freshener I had paid for . The Latino guys who detail the cars are always drunk. I've seen them get beer and walk behind the grocery store and drink. They always leave beer bottles on the ground when I walk by. These guys are drunks!

I'm am seriously in love with Madrona Car Wash in Torrance! Not only are they eco-friendly but they have this AMAZING Unlimited Wash program which not only saves you money but keeps your car clean all month long. They've been running this online special for the program so it's on $25 for the first month which is unbelievable! The team of people at Madrona are fast, efficient, and very friendly. I'm always driving to South Bay so when I can I stop at Madrona Car Wash - the best place to get your car cleaned in Southern California. Check them out!

Best carwash on Madrona and Sepulveda. Nice people, they do a great job. I'm concerned though because the guy with the 1980's mullet hasn't been there the last couple times I went. Hope he's ok.

Exterior wash is really good, but when it came to cleaning the interior windows of my car it was rushed and not properly cleaned I saw streak marks everywhere. I had to clean my windows afterwards. The spray they used felt greasy and hard to clean off with regular windex.

Ok.. I have been in Torrance my whole life and haven't been coming here since they opened auto spa on Pch and that has been the best car wash for years but unfortunately there quality has declined and prices sky sky rocketed to $20 bucks - I came here so I was looking for another car wash spot and noticed the unlimited wash club $40 per month billed to my card monthly with gas discounts! Tire dressing! Its a major savings for me since I wash at least twice a week - pays off just after 2 washes.. I go now 2-3 times a week and its a good wash for what I'm paying but I just wish they put a little effort in the interior vacuum/dash cleaning.. I mean an extra meaningful 2 mins would do major justice but I'm afraid to complain lol I don't wanna lose my unlimited wash haha

I was recently visiting my friend and I told her I really needed to get my car washed before we went out, (kinda crazy about it) and she recommended that we go here. I was nervous to let a stranger wash my car but I’m so happy that I did! I had to tell my regular guy time three times to pay attention to detail when they would do the interior of my car, but I didn’t make a peep after they were done. The car scent is still fresh, and it reminds me how impressed I was. Even though I probably won’t drive all the way to Torrance to get my car washed, I thought they deserved a nice shout out!

I've been getting my car washed here for years, because they usually do a great job. However, the past couple of times I've noticed a decline in the quality of service... The other day, when I got home, I had to Windex my own rear view mirror, because they forgot to clean it. I hope they up their game soon or I'll have to find another car wash!

I won't ever go back there again. They washeded my car and pulled it out in the sun and let set there for a good 10 to 12 minutes before they even started cleaning my car. The water dried up . I have a brand new car and its black. I have water spots because they let it bake in the sun. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! Won't recommend this place ever. I asked for 20.99 special and he wrote it for 29.99 but he fixed it. But the quality of the cleaning it really sucks!!!!!

CAR WASHERS BE WARNED - absolutely positively do NOT utilize this car wash and/or any of its extended facilities MAJOR DAMAGE TO WINDSHIELD - and they won't take any responsibility or proper actions to correct the issue. LET ME BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR - I am NOT one that regularly writes online review. I love reading them but actually putting pen to paper to either applaud or criticize a business is not on my daily agenda of priorities. But at this point I want to utilize all of my resources available to present a wrong that the community must be made aware of. I've filed a BBB complaint, even YELPed about it and plan on moving forward with legal action if this situation is not resolved. I do NOT look for free hand outs. All I expect is honest service where service providers are forthcoming, straight forward and responsible. Errors occur everyday and I understand that. But take responsibility and be accountable for wrong doings. Anybody with a complaint against this institution I highly recommend you file a formal claim as well

I've been coming to this car wash for a few years now, and lately, I have to say, it's declined in quality. Will be finding a new car wash from now on. Paid close to $100 to get the interior cleaned up as well, and it looks like someone sprayed some greasy solution everywhere and forgot to wipe it down.

Why didn't anyone mention this is a $50 carwash? Well that's including the wax- it's pretty much double. $30 for a wash no wax seems steep. We ended up down to 45 w/ the cheapest wash and a "$2 discount." With a cranky kid in the back and driving around for 10mins bc there are no u-turns east/northbound, we got the carwash. It's a standard carwash and wax. There were still water streaks on the window and bird poop on a couple spots. Oh well, can't win 'em all! If you're okay with the cost, they're not bad.

I’m a surfer so I’m constantly tracking wet sand and horrible smelling saltwater through my car. After a weekend at the beach, my car is all but destroyed. The guys at Madrona are a lifesaver. For like $30 they get my car looking and feeling brand new inside and out. Since I use my car for work, I have higher expectations for what I consider to be “clean”, but these guys really provide top notch service. After trying out a more than a few different places, I’m sticking with these guys, can’t recommend them highly enough!

Love this place! I take my car here now and then when I am up in the LA area and it never fails me. It costs me either $9.99 or $14.99 depending on which day I come (this is for a wash and wax) and it is all by hand. It is a great deal considering most places cost up to 30.00+ for a hand washing. My car is pretty filthy by the time it comes around here and it is spotless when I leave. As a pet owner, I have pug hair all over my car, in every nook and cranny, but somehow they manage to get it all out. They hand wash/dry and vacuum out the inside of the car then wax afterwards for a total of 30-45 minutes, so bring something to do with you. It can be busy, especially after work hours so be prepared to wait a little bit if you come during a peak time. I like that they recycle their water, it is not a huge deal, but I think it is a nice aspect that they are eco friendly.

The pricing on the signage is very misleading. You can tell them what you want and they will add on a bunch of stuff until you end up paying 105$ minimum for basic interior and exterior cleaning. It’s ridiculous. Why can’t they just post specific accurate services and prices on their signage so there is no confusion and no fast talking employee trying to con you out of all your money. I wish someone would open a car wash near there with better services,fair pricing,honesty,and awesome friendly employees. As for your response saying it’s only 14$ for basic interior and exterior wash that is far from the truth I have experienced. I won’t be back no matter how nicely you word your responses

I was in Torrance this past weekend to try out Maruhide Uni Club (a dining recommendation embedded within this review of a car wash!) and just happened to end up at Madrona Car Wash and Detail Center. I drive a Honda Civic, so I don't need anything too fancy, but I do like to get my car spic and span, inside and out, every so often. I liked Madrona because my car came out very clean (they even vacuumed the crumb-laden crevices in my car, evidence of my cookie habit) in a short amount of time.

Took my small SUV here for a quick simple wash. When checking in the guy didn't speak english and appeared determined to sell the higher dollar package to my son. My son was clear on what we wanted. When paying for the services the close was over $70. Granted my son should have asked for a refund or cleared up any confusion. When calling back to speak with Ghandi, asking for the difference in what we originally requested he stated NO you already had the work done and didn't want to work with us. Now calling credit card company to report an unauthorized charge. If you decide to come here. Don't let them talk you into something that is way overpriced. Or stay away

I got the Super Express wash for $26. Totally worth it. They spent extra time getting my rims and tires perfect. They spent enough time doing a great job but also were quick enough to where I didn't feel like I was there all day. Also the air freshner and vaccum job on the inside were great. Definitely no complaints, had myself a soda while I waited.... really convenient location as well. Highly recommend

Unacceptable, I asked for helping filling out my tax forms and no one reminded or came to actually help I would have never signed up for that many taxes being taken out of my check. The tax attorney I am talking to right now says that it's illegal for them to even pay me til I fill that out. I require half the money taken out of my taxes or I will be filing a law suit, not to mention I've seen things while I worked there that will get the place shut down. Horrible ownership and I will have my attorney call you guys real soon. He told me only half of what was taken out of my taxes should have been taken out. They are stealing money they are rude they are un fair with everything. And when you need help while working there people disappear, I'm going to also talk to a lawyer about being laid off for that reason. You cannot fire someone for misleading accusations. That's discrimination without proof. The low register thing makes sense but you guys lay people off like nothing. You think I'm not gonna take legal action, I will just to get the rest of my check back.

Great car wash, fast service provided if you don't come during peak hours. I asked repeatedly for the cheapest wash (my car was clean) and I was billed for the wheel express. My wheels collect brake dust and I was essentially forced to pay $7 plus tax. Not that this is a big amount of money but imagine how much extra dough they're taking in with forced upselling. DON’T GO HERE. THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU THINGS YOU DON’T NEED. EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY TOLD THEM CLEARLY AND EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. I got there and was greeted by one of their employees. When he proceeded to ask me what I wanted I told him I wanted the Carpet Express. (I had already done my research and my friend goes there all the time). The price of the Wheel Express jumped from $24.99 to $85. I asked why and he said they were going to clean the dashboard, do the vacuum. I said NO I just want whatever comes in the Wheel Express, no more no less. It should be $24.99 (With monthly pass) plus tax and tip. He proceeded to say okay, we will swipe the plastic and vacuum the seats. So I asked again how much will that be? He said $65. Again I told him I only want want what comes in the Carpet Express. At the bottom on their website it says all washes come with vacuuming, windows, dashboard...etc I told him I only wanted the Wheel Express no more, no less. Needless to say I wasted my time and left. I would had not been so mad if I did not had to drive from San Pedro just get my damn wash.

I recently took my car here to be detailed and interior shampoo from a used car that had a funky smell in it. The guy who sold me the service said it was possible that whatever the smell came from is in the padding and won't some out. They handled the treatment within 2 and half hours. I am so happy with the results. The funk was gone! Thank you Madrona car wash I could not live with that smell!

Never will I return, I went to have my car washed , told the person who writes the tickets just wanted simple car wash, he was pushing to sell an upgrade because he noticed my chrome wheels were dirty , I said no thanks the guys will clean them , long story short he kept pressing me , told him what your calling me is a cheap skate , told him I was going to talk to his boss , don't let them fool you about chemical cleaning for chrome wheels I've owned 26 cars , the management needs to stop pushing upgrades the consumers if they want the extras they will ask for them.., so you want a good customer service car wash there are several near bye.

BEWARE: Normally i don't bother with 1 to 2 star reviews, however, this is an exception with the 4 things went wrong today with this experience. (1-Argued) Arguing with the employee about my car not being and SUV (Never have I been charged as an SUV anywhere else with my Mazda CX5.) Because I continued to persist and said the price is too high, he said he would knock money off.(2- Lied) He downgraded the wash and didn't provided a discount. The $60 fee went to $55, (3-Expensive) Although the cost was high, I decided to proceed due to shop at target and save time. I hoped the value would be equal to the cost when it was finished. When I returned and my car was finished, I decided to give my standard $5 tip and leave without inspection because I didn't feel like having another irritating interaction. (4- Dirty) Got home looked at the back of my CX5 and the top was still dirty, as if, no effort at all was applied to wipe along the topside of the hatchback. This place failed!
