Seriously doesn't even deserve 1 star I have gone here twice & the first time I went the wash was alright but they took 45 mins! And this second time I went it was an hour wait for a simple car wash and they cracked my windshield. I talked to the " manager" about it and he refused to pay for it & complained it was not them! But they also scratched the top of my BRAND NEW CAR! Not worth it all. I would not recommend them waste of time and money!

Had my wife's car washed there on mother's day. She was returning to work Monday after 3 months of medical leave. Got the silver package, the was was fine, but the vacuuming and Windows were done vary poorly. I live in LB and stopped going here a few years ago due to poor service and decided to give them another try... My mistake... I'll never go back

I am sorry that I have to give this place a one star I went there and requested a hand wash and my car was still dirty when they finished I had accidentally left a coin purse with quarters in it in my car on the door and many of the quarters were missing I confronted the owner about the missing quarters and there was no resolution to the problem I will never go back to this place again

Took my honda to get hand washed and when they gave me the keys and made sure it was cleaned i noticed the paint looked faded from the hood, so i told the manager about it and all hes said was that it was not ther fault that it was the clear code that was fading, so i took it to a bodyshop and i showed them and they told me that they left the bug wash on there for a long time and since the bugwash has acid that thats why it had messed up my paint, im trying to get ahold of the main corporate if someone has information or the number please let me know.

Decent service, make sure you get there early as things get backed up quickly. $20 gets your car vacuumed, windows washed. I was disappointed that service has gone down over the years. They didn't wipe down dashboard/cup holders/etc like they used to

I have been taking my vehicles here for over twenty years. I have always had wonderful customer serivce! Also I do lots of traveling and I have taken my car to many different car washes but I always come back to Los Banos Car Wash for a complete deep cleaning at affordable prices. This is the only place I trust to get the best care and family service. It you want a place you can trust on all levels them bring your vehicles in and be sure to tell Oswaldo that I sent you =)

I have always preferred coming to this place. I always loved this place that I spoke highly of it, saying how the employees there were great and how they really did an awesome job in cleaning cars. Something happened in the last two years, ‘cause the quality of their work has dropped. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have always asked for the car wash through their car wash system, but then somebody recommended that I ask for the hand wash service. I did, with the addition of a scent. When my car was done, it was not as clean. They didn’t even take the scent wafers out of their packages. When I got home, I had to clean the missing spots myself. When I go to other car wash businesses in Los Banos, their service and rates have the LB Car Wash beat. I’m sorry to say that I will no longer be a customer here and will take my business somewhere else.

Average car wash that does a average job. Example: one Person is drying the vehicle, the other person is putting Armor All on the tires, the person putting on the (AA)on tires has it all over his hands and when he places his hand on vehicle, he leaves his oil based hand print on car, and he doesn't wipe it away. So i end up doing the work myself to clean up a mess he made to my car. This isn't the first time this happens. Normally I'd wash and wax myself but was running a lillte late. So if you want an average job this place will be ok. Otherwise better to do it yourself, or wait till you go to San Jose and go to Classic Car Wash Almaden Exp and Cherry ave. Now that's a great place to have a car wash. Professional and very detailed. You never have to do the work yourself.
