A friend recommended & they lived up to it. Fabulous customer service from staff, fast, courteous and concerned. The manager is wonderful and wants you to be happy & satisfied! More than I can say about most establishments these days. The place is clean & tidy. I highly recommend this car wash!! Great value for the money.

My third time here and need to reconsider this place. $25 is a bit steep but they do a good job. The thing that irritated me today is the wash came to 25 so I asked the clerk to run my debit card for 30 so I can tip the guy. Sorry, its against "policy". What?!? Im not asking you to launder money for the drug cartels here, I just want to leave the poor guy a friggen tip. Its over 100° outside! A stone faced "NO". What BS.. now Im embarrassed and have to drive to an ATM and come back. What a complete lack of business acumen on the owners part to be so out of touch with customers and employees. Make it hard for me to do a SIMPLE transaction, guess what, I wont be back.

***Lock your glove compartment and/or remove any valuables***. "Someone" stole my portable Magellan GPS Nav display from my glove compartment. They left the case so I wouldn't notice it until I went to use it ... which was today as I was preparing for a trip. I know, I was "stupid" leaving it in the car, but I did not think they would do this .... :-(

Staff was absolutely OK with all the dirt and crumbs they left in my car. I paid $30 for "The Works" but it's clear the only thing that got worked is me. Sad. If I pay for a service, I have the right to expect it to be done properly. Here's a few pics in snapped with the wash attendant right next me. I asked him to please redo and he didn't understand what I was saying because he only spoke Spanish. Attached are pics of all the dirty stuff left in my truck. I made sure to put the receipt there so you guys can see I'm telling the truth

I brought my truck in to get detailed and have some spray over of white paint removed. They priced me $199 for the paint removel and $150 for full detailing. The first day they did a great job but still had areas to clean. They asked for me to come back on the 5th of July. I live in 29 Palms and I come down here from time to time. I was down here for the 4th of july and decided to see if they were open. I let them take my truck to finish up. They told me they would call me when the truck was done. I waited till 4pm and never got a call. So I got dropped off and was told it was done. As i walked around i immediately saw a chunk of paint removed down to bare metal on my fender. I asked about it and he said it was there before hand. It wasn't there the last time. I understand accidents happen but when you lie about it makes it 10 times worse. Jasmine the manager argued with me telling me i cant prove they did it. They refused to refund my money. July 10th: So they said send a response to the email below so I did. Got a reply stating someone would get back with me within 48 hours. Haven't heard a thing from anyone yet.

We got our new car washed and notice a scratch that was not there that we know for a fact was not there so I went in to talk to the manager Jeniffer (I believe was her name or something with a like that) she was really rude getting loud on us saying we can’t prove they did that that they did not do it she was really rude about it. Never coming back here again she has no social skills at all and new my new car is scratched up by the Quinta car wash. Do not recommend they will not own up to there mistakes and will be rude about it on top of that with no help at all.

First and last time going to this car wash! The staff at the time of leaving my car was great and offered the works and shampooing so I agreed for $130. At the time of pick up(3hrs later) I was asked if I spoke Spanish and then I received complaints from the guy cleaning my car that it was too filthy and that that was the reason they took long. Hello that’s why I took my car to get cleaned, because it was filthy! Anyway my car was the same as when I took it and the front of the exterior wasn’t ever washed at all, mosquitos still stuck on my license plates and entire front, did they even wet it??? Interior... don’t even get me started! Oil dripping from every corner and seats dry and dirty (like never shampooed) I’m so disappointed and above all it wasn’t even vacuumed. $130 down the drain!! People, DO NOT GET UR CAR DETAILED or Washed HERE !!!

I've had questionable service here from the management in the past but decided to come back only to burn the balance on a gift card I was given. Pulled into their driveway to discuss upholstery shampooing. Found a middle range option at $65 for all seats, carpet, floor mats and door panels on my Honda Civic, no other cleaning. Two hours later, I returned to dirty water stains on the upholstery (where they clearly didn't completely clean) and obvious soiled areas that also went untouched by their "cleaning". DO NOT drive off their property without fully inspecting the work done. I spent another hour waiting for them to redo the work that should have been done to begin with. I'll never come back to LQ Car Wash, just not a fan of wasting my time or money.

My 2nd visit here at La Quinta Car Wash and it was disappointing. The first one was okay, maybe they missed some details. But now, I told them to throw the thrash on my car and ask them to vacuum the back because there are sands. To my dismay, when I checked, thrash is still there and they didn't vacuum the interior. I pay the works, and the front was not even dry enough.

I paid $45 for a wash and wax When the work was done my cat still had bugs in the grill and windshield,the wheels were still dirty and the vacuum person missed alot of areas Tried telling someone about it but nobody came over after over an hour of waiting for my car we left Not going back unless its to get my money back

Two stars only because the truck was washed. I was the only car that pulled up and it took 10 minutes to even have it get in. I spent an hour there. 20 minutes watching the truck sit there after it was washed. I got home and had to wipe the water spots off of the chrome. No spray bottles at all while wiping anything down. (Including the windows) I removed the change, but the dust is still in the holders. Poor job for 25 bucks.

Tried to get our Subaru washed & waxed today, bought the "Hand Wax" option. Seemed very fast, maybe 45-50 min, I was expecting at least an hour. It was also being worked on in direct sunlight, I would expect waxing in the shade. When called for my car, I asked the lady if it had been hand waxed it? She looked away as she said yes. After driving home and suspicious, I noticed some road dirt on the paint, checking more closely it moved easily by hand. Thinking it was partially hand waxed, I drove back to the car wash and asked the tech about it, who said that they cannot rub any harder than a wipe. I asked how that would be a "hand wax"? When I hand wax a car I rub the wax on and rub dried wax off. Obviously some dirt only comes off with very hard scrubbing, but most of this dirt was moving just by touch. Tech strongly disagreed and didn't seem to want to talk about it, I simply ended up leaving with no further help or resolution. I do not recommend this car wash !!

These guys are highly unprofessional. The staff and management can compete for being more unprofessional, however, except for the poor hardworking illegal underpaid workers. They are responsible for extensive damage on my 100,000 dollar Escalade and refused to own up to it. Luckily I have the best lawyers and will settle this the only way, at the courthouse.

Paid $130 for a detail with buffing, Horrible job. Residue left behind (paint chipped off). It shouldn't matter what yr your vehicle is they should treat it as if it was new if you're spending that much money it should be done right the 1st time! I called to complain they gave me two receipts I only found one and it said $20, why not give 1 receipt with one price. I told them I would take in monthly statement to prove I paid $130 management was supposed to call. I never got a call back. It was a 3hr job. So not worth the time or money.

I went here many times and it was okay. On my last visit one of the staff broke an a/c vent handle. Instead of admitting it and trying to make the situation better, they tried to fix it for 30 minutes and told me essentially too bad after they couldnot fix it. I was told I could call the owner during the week, but only during certain hours and he could not call me. No thanks.

I checked the reviews and thought I'd give the place a chance based on the comvience of location to my residence. Please pay attn to the bas reviews. My runner boards are still filthy windows are disgusting. They were left streaked and when I asked the guy to wipe them clean he acted like I was crazy. I watched him wipe the windows with a wet towel and fail to use any kind of glass cleaner whatsoever. Now did he wipe his filthy foot prints out of the bed of my truck. I asked the people up fro t to please vacuum the seat and their best attempt was a pitiful few swipes across the bench. I don't feel I should perch over someone to ensure their job is being done correctly and with integrity which obviously their employees lack. This is the first time I've gotten into my vehicle leaving a car wash insisting they get their rags off my trucks and drivimy away without tipping. I've never been so furious in my life with a service

Today was my 2nd visit to LQ Car Wash. My first car wash was less than stellar but I gave LQCW another try for convenience sake. My husband ordered "The Works" for $25.99, and gave the attendant a generous tip.Since we were pressed for time we didn't inspect the car before leaving. When I got to my hotel I noticed the numerous oversights. None of the inside door panels were wiped down and were just as dirty as when I brought the car in, the attendant did a poor job vacuuming the car, sections of the car hood, car door and mags weren't wiped down , and streaking all over the car. I brought the car back and spoke to Madeline who, after speaking to her boss first, offered a redo at no cost and 3 free paper air freshners for the inconvenience. The redo was a fast wipe over, I tipped the attendant, again, got in the car confident all the oversights would have been addressed...nope. Instead of getting "the works" I got "the shaft". Needless to say I won't be returning.

Love the monthly plan...if you wash your car more than 3 times a month it's worth it. They clean inside and out for $45/mo unlimited visits. They have a comfortable waiting room both inside and out with lots of things to buy including ice cream. Only complaint is that while the deal supposedly includes cleaning the wheels, they have never really gotten them clean. Even when I paid for tire dressing they still didn't clean the spokes well. So I usually spend another 10 minutes cleaning them myself.
