They put too much armor all tire shine so once you start driving it starts to spread everywhere and end up on the car... I reccomend going to the car wash on southgate there platinum is 15$ and at jacks its 15 for the basic wash... There employees are really nice though i tip them well!

I wish I could give them a Zero star. I left my car at 10AM to get the inside shampooed, the lady said it should be done at 5. However, I needed my car so I show up at 3 with the mentality that it’s probably gonna be damp and I’ll let dry when I get to my destination. But when I show up I see that the car has had nothing done to it except had the seat covers removed. What the hell were they doing for 5 hours!!! Then they ask me to leave it over night, are you kidding me? They just returned my money and didn’t even put anything back on. So now I lost a day, I have to waste more time to put everything back on, and I have nothing to show for it. I will never ever go back here and I will tell everyone about your terrible service.

Dont take your car there. They rushed the car wash. What usually takes other places at least 30 to 45 min. It took this place about 10 to 15 min. When I got into car I had to have them vacuum my traverse a second time because it looked like they had just gone over it quickly. Dust on the seats and under the mats. Had an appointment so I hurried out of there. When I got home they didnt clean the inside. It looked like they had just wiped it off with q dust rag. There was finger prints still on my doors. Never again. They charged me $22.00 and that was with a $2.00 discount. Beware this was my 1st time there and my last.

i tried this carwash out a few times and it did not impress me. for one the sides of my car which is a WHITE 99 honda civic, the grease was left on the sides of the car next to the rims all around. i was called over that my car was done and i see that and i had to ask for a rag to clean it myself and instead they did it but with attitude. today i went in last minute and i come into my car and theres a puddle of some liquid on the leather part of my shifter, and my door panels are dusty and have some drops of some liquid spray. i stop to wonder if my car is left half washed several times because it is not a new sports car or because you guys are in a rush? im not completey satisfied with this service offered because i paid the deluxe packet and i still find bit of wrappers in the car when it was supposebly vacuumed and cleaned. i will not be coming to this carwash any more.

Just went to this place and it sucks. Paid $35 for a car wash and didn't even get armeral on the outside didn't get my plastic rugs washed,. They also left water spots on my new 2016 car and the back trunk door still had dirt close to the window and plates. Never going there again. Waste of money.
