As soon as we drove in the man was very rude telling us to move out of the lane. Once of the car he pretty much screamed at us what do you want. Once the car was done there was stains on door, wax left unspread out all over, windows not dried all the way.

Brought my truck in to be cleaned they failed to clean the rear mirror on the inside of the truck that Clay did not clean the back window on the inside they did not clean the back window on the outside they did not take and clean the front bumper areas from the bug and other things not really worth the money.

I came in for a HAND wash and it was terrible. My car only gets hand washes weekly and it wasn't overly dirty. Not only did they rev my car unnecessarily, there were smudges, not all windows were cleaned, he was leaning and rubbing his clothes against my car (I have a small car!) he was wearing a chain on his neck (seriously?). At the end he didnt even take time with the wheels, he tried to play it off by appearing to wipe and spend 5 seconds in each wheel. (I was watching!). All in all the place is understaffed, workers are not very skilled, the lobby was dirty, the toilet didn't flush at all, there was no one at the front counter and had to wait 10 minutes to give them my money. I WILL NOT COME BACK and will spread the word to everyone I know.

New owner is making a difference! Theater style seating inside the lobby in front of a large TV makes the well worth it wait seem short. Waiting room is super clean and well stocked with car accessories and soft drinks. Great job on my 2 cars.
