I was in town visiting and in need of a car wash. Harbor car wash did an exceptional job. I was greeted by Alex who was very helpful & friendly. He assured me they would do a great job at washing my car and it would be well cared for. This is a 100% hand wash facility; they are efficient and left my car spotless. Alex checked with me at the end to make sure the staff met my standards & they did. I will definitely visit this car was again. Thank Alex!

I got The Works done to my car and the exterior was done OK. When I got inside my car, they had taken out all of my change I had and it is nowhere to be found. They did not wipe down my side view mirrors, there was bird poop on my door, and the front wind shield had a streak across it. I will not be coming back to this car wash.

I would give this place 0 stars. After coming here for years, today a car wash employee decided to steal our auxiliary cord and head phones out of our closed front center console. We Told them and the "boss" proceeded to tell me that those cords are only about $6 or $7 dollars, like it was no big deal. I asked him if he had ever had anything stolen from him, he said no. I told him, it's a horrible, violating feeling, no matter the value of the item. They proceeded to call this gangster that drives the cars into the car wash who, of course, said they don't steal there. As he's wearing headphones...... Hhmmmmm They even looked through our car. I left, pissed, after the $6 comment. I said, it's super bad business to except that their employees steal and they are okay with it. He said they have never had this problem in 15 years, then I read these reviews. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! YOUR THINGS ARE NOT SAFE!!! And beings that we have 5 cars, I think they are the biggest losers. I've never had anything missing from the car wash on Commonwealth and Euclid.....

I asked for the basic price wash but on the receipt he charged me $2.00 over. I asked the girl about it when I went to pay and she adjusted the price and apologized but it didn’t seem like it was unusual. I wonder if they just hope people don’t notice. Just something to think about if you go there...

I won't be back here. I should have looked at the car before I left. I am pretty confident that the attendant did not clean the windows or even wipe on the passenger side of the car. THE WHOLE SIDE, because I saw a dirt smudge that just came off with a swipe of a finger. It has been at least two years since I have been to this place and I figured, why not, maybe they have gotten better. I was not satisfied in the past, but decided to give it another shot. BAD IDEA. I really wish I had looked before I left. Today is September 20, 2014, I was there just 20 minutes ago.

Read the good and bad reviews and decided to try this place. One person was right when she said they steal the change out of your car, I wonder what else they took. The wash it's self was just ok. I won't be coming back here. The search for a good car wash continues.

We went there for the Early Bird Special from 8-10am Mon-Wed. The banner displays the price at 7.99. The car cash ticket write up person said there is a 2.00 extra for tire dressing. We took him to the banner advertised the early bird special and showed him that there is nothing there saying the extra charge for tire dressing. He told me they are in business for 10-15 years and they always charge extra for tire dressing. Then we pointed the person to another sign that said free tire dressing with any carwash and he said nothing. We got the car wash for 7.99 without the tire dressing. We felted cheated by the car wash place. We thought Early Bird means same service but at a discount. Obviously the place misunderstood that catch phase.

Paid 31.99 for a low quality car wash. After I got home I had to spend close to another hour finishing up my car myself. At least all visible painted surfaces should be clean, that is what I expect of a car wash. I only posted two pics but the year window was covered with water spots as well. Lastly, the cashier woman does not greet you in or out, she is too concentrated on her cell phone. I had to tell her 'Have a great day' after I paid. Should have been the other way around. She was so distracted with her cell phone that she even forgot to give me the laminated card to give to the person that gives you your keys. Wont be coming back unfortunately. They need to step up their game in both washing cars and customer service. Put a cashier person that is attentive or at the very least greets you when you walk by.

Yesterday I took my car to this car wash to get a "luxury wash" for $18.99 (+tip) because the business was close to where I work. They were slow getting my car started through the wash. Both workers were on their cell phones texting. One was actually sitting down texting on his phone. It took a long time to get my car even started through the wash. I watched as they barely scrubbed my car clean missing various areas of the car. The one worker on my driver's side barely even touched my car on that side or the back. They didn't even clean the top of the car. The worker who dried my car was pretty fast but when I looked at my car it still had bird poop spots all over it because they didn't scrub the car well and my windows were smeared and still had spots on them. The vacuum job wasn't all that great either. It seems like it is difficult to find a good car wash anymore and I may just have to find time to do it myself if I expect it to be done right. I rarely comment on businesses or restaurants because I don't like to complain and it doesn't seem to get you anywhere anyway, but I have to say that this was certainly NOT a "luxury wash" and I am tired of spending my hard earned money on mediocrity. I also have to comment on the cashier who was on a personal call when I was paying for my wash. I am disappointed in the dissatisfactory services because it is so close to my work and I can go on my lunch break, but not anymore.

Absolutely awful, I just got back from this place and saw that I have a giant scratch along the side of my car, I know getting an oil change takes time as well, but to take well over an hour for my car to STILL be dirty and get scratched!? I watched the man take forever to wipe down my car and it's still really bad. I got there at 3:30 and no one came up to give me a ticket or explain to me what I needed to do and it took quite some time. I ended up leaving at 5:15. Wth.

*** DON’T COME HERE *** I came on 4/14/17 for a simple car wash, I haven’t been here before but since it is close to home I thought I would try it. BIG mistake not only did they do a horrible job with the interior still dirty but they STOLE!!! My money. I couldn’t believe it I have been having my car washed for a long time and this is the first time this has happened. I went back and looked at the reviews of this place and noticed that Daiman K. the owner said that this has happened and they got rid of the person doing it well that was months ago and it’s still happening so that was a lie. So not only did I have to go through this but then I speak to the manager (SAM) and explain to him what happen and he proceeds to tell me that since there is so many guys touching the car that he wouldn’t be able to tell who did it, I told him that is unacceptable he proceeds to tell me that maybe I should hide my valuables which is completely absurd how about you don’t hire shady people. If you wish to leave with the things you came with DON’T COME HERE this obviously happens a lot here and management does not care.

Would not honor special pricing for Monday-Wednesday! I've come to this location for years with mixed results. I have continued to come because I want to support local businesses and the adequate car wash seems worth the times that were less than impressive. Today's the final straw though. I came in midday on a Monday because signage indicates that the give a special. When checking out, I was informed that they no longer honor the special. My car was already being washed, so no way to leave without paying. I won't be back. This is illegal and not very good customer service for a long time patron.

This is the most inefficient car wash I have ever been to. One hour to do a basic wash of my car! There were enough staff and there was nothing wrong with the machine. No one seemed to want to put the cars through the machine! If you value your time don't go here!

Alex, assistant manager... promised a fabulous job on my mom's car .....it had been sitting in the way of her sprinklers while she was gone for 4 weeks..hard water so bad you could barely see out the windows... It was beyond fabulous The two guys who worked on it... sorry didn't get their names... did a AWESOME job.. I plan to take my cars there from now on.

First time here, went because of a sign that said special $7.95 wash. That price is only for cleaning the outside of car. I paid $35 for the works. The man who was checked my car at vacuum area said it's the best deal. That my car will look excellent. I thought wow very expensive!! But it needed it. So when they finished my car looked like it wasn't even vacuumed, or wiped down inside at all. The outside still had water marks on windows and dirt spots. I showed the man who checked my car in, he tried to tell me that I wanted my car detailed. I wiped some dirt marks that were on the back of my passenger seat from the shoes of my son with my hand. I said look if it were wiped this would have came off. I also showed him the dirty floors and seats. He looked at me like I was dumb, says in Spanish to another worker not knowing I'm Hispanic and fluent Spanish. "Its because she's white and expects it perfect". I responded to him in Spanish, the look on his face was the best part of this whole experience. He then said I will get you my manager. Yes please do cause I had had it with this man. The manager was super nice, apologetic and very respectful. He was even embarrassed and finished cleaning my car himself. I can't believe the experience I had after paying $35 for a simple wash. I don't even care about the wash, the comment the man made is why I decided to write this review. I can only imagine what other things are said about "white" people who go there and don't understand Spanish. For this reason is why I will never go back. I posted some photos of my car after it was washed.

With that said all the bad ratings I seeon this place been coming here for five years NO PROBLEM, if they missed a spot just let them kno they will clean it. Highly recommend

The guys try to get cars out fast and they dont dry or clean the cars right specially on the right side of the car where the driver wont notices it. I would say they clean the car only 50% of the car. I wont be coming back. I been there about 10 times. If you complain they'll wash it again but they get really mad

Don’t go here. I’ve been a customer for twenty years and through ten owners. This is th worst it’s ever been. I wanted a car wash and clean floor mats at 4:00. Not enuf time to do a detailing.? Detailing?? Since when is a car wash detailing?. So I call and ask for a manager. The manager might be here on Friday but maybe Saturday worst case Sunday. If not Sunday then Monday. Are you kidding me? No manager means not worthy of spending my money. There are two car wash operators not far away on imperial in Brea that wash cars at 4:00. These guys are just not truthful. That an owner or manager is not available tells me that you are about to be jammed. Be very careful with these guys.

Poor customer experience here. I'll preface saying it did not happen on my vehicle but I noticed there was an issue on another customers vehicle while waiting. Everyone, including the manager on duty, seemed to just blow them off and not help to resolve the issue.

Great experience - closest I've had to the La Habra car wash on Whittier and Beach that was closed several years ago. They have competitive hand wash prices but also offer high-end detailing. The inside of the wash allows you to check your car's journey and grab refreshments while kicking back in a nice chair. They also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the staff are very friendly. The prices can be expensive if you're use to getting a wash at the gas station, but I like the experience of a clean, fresh-smelling car (they put in special scents, which is like how the La Habra car wash use to). If you go online, you can get coupons as well!

Great experience! Friendly and thorough. I brought a FILTHY car that had just driven 1700 miles down the coast, completely encrusted in bugs and it came out sparkling! $17 including interior vacuum. Also a great lounge area, snacks, car products, etc. Highly recommended!

Best 1st tier inexpensive car wash I've ever gotten. At least as far as the finish / touch up went. Dude spent way longer than I expected based on many, many other experiences. Essentially streak free glass all around, bone dry door sills/jams, bone dry trunk lid. I'm impressed. I only had a few singles on me and felt like a dick not handin' the guy a fiver. I don't know what people tip on the reg, but he deserved a $5 tip min.
