If I could give no stars I would. Had my car washed and detailed while I shopped at Costco. When I received my car back the brackets that hold the screen in my dash were broken. Spoke to the manager and he said take it to the dealership and get an estimate for repair. Got the estimate called him drove an HOUR back to the car wash to bring it to him. When I got there he said we know someone that will fix it for $60 you can take it there. Then he proceeded to tell me that the owner doesn't have to pay for anything technically and they were doing ME a favor!? Then the manager stated that the person who washed my car when it was broken told him it was already broken when he was wiping it down. I will never recommend this place.

I was a loyal customer before, and after the remodel. Until recently, when a very un-customer service like employee, brought it all down. My debit card for the monthly service had been changed, so I parked in front of the building, where the cash register is, yes there is sign that said "no parking", but I was literally the only person there. they had ZERO customers. And no one in sight. I get approached by the person who hands out wash tickets and told to move my car. I literally looked around and looked back at him. And still I was told again to move my car. I am your only customer there and you're asking me to move. I was going inside to try to give you money. It would have taken less than a min. Well needless to say I did move my car. But to another car wash. I'd rather drive further than deal with bad service. This is the 3rd time I received bad customer service there, I give everybody three chances and that's it. I'm sorry but this is not the place I will take my vehicle anymore.

Just about a week ago I took my car in to Grand Prix car wash I had some water based paints on It, Anyway I have them detail my car they used clay to get out scratches and swirl marks They did a fabulous job I'm going to bring my car and this morning they get washed very friendly great place I'm very courteous. If you get in the express lane and get a wash, you will get through the car wash part fast. The guy at the exit of the wash will quickly towel dry your car. You can take your time with vacuuming and self drying your car. I would rate this a 5 for speed, convenience, and cost. But if you have them do your car, you will have to wait and wait and will have to check your car before leaving to make sure you are happy with everything. This rating is a 2. Over all it is a 3.

The place is high-end very expensive compared to other car washes and be prepared for a very long wait from the minute you pull up to the minute the car goes through until it is dried it is a very long time I only go here because it's conveniently close. The wash is very good they do a good job but it is very expensive like I said and takes a long time from the minute you get out of your car until it is finally dried By Hand by one of the people who work there

Don’t even go to this car wash until you have at least 90+minutes to spend on the most basic wash possible. Who has that kind of time to spend on the car wash lobby watching realty tv.. YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BEEN ALERTED. Good luck if you have the time to waste.. unfortunately I did not and do not have the time to spend in the car wash lobby

Best carwash in the area, they really do a good job, if you are not happy with something they will fix it right away! They dont over use cleaning products, so you car wont be all oily and stuff!

The people working there are very friendly and pay attention to detail. You don't have to worry about anything when you take your car to the Grand Prix Car Wash!! The owners always come out to say hello and want to make sure you have a good experience while there!

I’m a long-time customer of Grand Prix, but no more. Surprised to discover that they’ve raised the price of a hand wash for the second time, and without warning. It’s now 60% higher than it was before the first raise. And, they no longer apply a discount coupon to hand washes that they used to give regular customers—not a policy that is likely to retain regular customers like me. Sorry, folks. The hand wash just isn’t worth the $40 they now charge.

Great wash equipment, poor customer service. More expensive as compared to others in the area. As an example, this morning was the second car in line when they opened. There have now been 7 cars come through the wash and mine is still sitting waiting for the vacuuming because staff are disorganized or have a lazy individual working my lane. I have lived in the area 20 years and this USED to be a good car wash but the last year or two the service has been bad.

They dont open on time. Also waited 10 minutes and backed out of the wash. If your going, dont go first thing in the morning. Customer service is horrible!

This place is convenient as it’s right in front of Costco. Over the last few weeks it’s been a real hassle to get the $2 off with any of the coupons they offer. When you take three cars every two weeks to get washed those $2 coupons add up. It’d be nice if they fixed their coupon scanning machine. I’ll update this review to 4 stars once they fix this. This place also offers a membership for car washes. We did the math and you’d have to bring a vehicle once every week for it to be worth the cost. The $11 Diamond wash (using $2 coupon) is a good value if you wash your car every two weeks or so. They shine your tires too! **They fixed their coupon machine. Since then I got an unlimited diamond wash account on my pick up truck since it has to be parked outside. I would recommend it, but you’d have to get a car wash at least once a week to make it worthwhile.**

The worst service ever!!!!! They didn't clean or vacuum the inside. It's not the first time. I had agreed with my husband that we were not coming back but I wanted to give it one my try since it's so convenient. It gets wash and clean while I shop at Costco. This time I complained and they are cleaning the inside while I wait with all my groceries

This place is the best! Not only does the car wash clean your car perfectly, it's also affordable. No one beats their self service vacuums. The vacuums are strong and do not clog easily. You also have the option of having your car cleaned for you.

Honestly I've been going there for a year and it's been amazing there's a guy that I talk to you about football he make sure my car is done on point ( he usually does it) it's a brand new car I plan on trading it in so I go there monthly to keep it detailed not just a regular car wash. However today was a whole different experience I'm not a picky person and normally I would not leave a review if when I call twice we could resolve this. I paid for the mini detail car wash you can tell where he stopped conditioning because on my dashboard it's two different colors, on my door I still have spots all over it majority of my door is plastic or whatever so you can tell it wasn't even wipe down, I still have rings in my cup holder from my drinks, when you lift the center console it is full of dust dirt and I bet it wasn't even lifted. If it was just a simple spot I would have went home and got it myself not a big deal but I just happened to think of all these things that didn't get done and decided to lift up my carpet and realize it is not vacuumed as well as my trunk in the backseat it is not even conditioned but under those mats it is vacuumed. I guess I just don't understand yeah I came in with a semi-decent clean car because it's new and I keep it clean because I want to trade it in that doesn't mean that you can't do your job and clean it that's the whole point of keeping it clean and why it stays majority clean cuz I don't wait till the last minute to work so damn dirty. I called to dispute the issue only to be put on dead air forever just for me to hang up to call back again to raise the issue to a different person to be hung up on again. Maybe if I didn't have to start a brand new job tomorrow that consisted of people entering into my car I would have given you another chance I didn't get a chance to come back as I had other errands to run and start dinner so I couldn't come back all the way from Palm Springs which I pass a million car washes just to go to yours in particular thank you so much for the ruined evening.

Pricey, but good. This was my first time here (killing time for Costco to open). They did a good job of cleaning both inside and out for the low-end full service wash, including inside windows of my SUV. Spent much more time on it than most other places. This was on a slow Sunday morning. The only reason for one star off was due to price and no detailed list of services until you choose a lane and drive in. Had to drive around again to get in a different lane.

When you pay $26 for a car wash, is it really that unreasonable to expect them to wipe the dirt off? My daughter told me she didn't like this place because they don't do a good job. She's coming home tonite from traveling and wanted to do this for her, but they did a really poor job of cleaning today. Floor mats not even vacuumed, cup holders not wiped out, back floor mat not even put back properly. I won't be back.

Oh man, I’ve been wanting to get my mud soaked car detailed all summer but I finally bit the bullet when I drove into town and Grand Prix had a mini-detail option for $60. I can’t imagine what a full detail would do, because my car looked brand new when I left

Things have been running better these days. I get an unlimited monthly wash and it is only $20 a month. It seems like they are running the buisness much better these days and they have made a few upgrades. I'm changing my review and rating because this buisness has improved since I orginally wrote it. Keep up the good work!
