The place is not trustworthy I took my Buick Enclave for oil change (have the records). The person in charge did not know what kind of oil to use. He did not even know that the oil cap has the type and SAE printed on. I did not see him checking transmission fluid. After I proved he had not checked it, he reluctantly pulled out the deep gage and said it was fine. I asked him if he knew that the trans fluid must be checked with engin running he argued that the check must be done with engin off. After I insisted he turned the engine on and still said it was fine. I showed him that the gage indicated the need to top off. As he was arguing a guy showed up in my face and argued that if he tops it off he must post a note on my bill that they advised not to. At this time I said no thanks I will do it myself but like to report to the owner. The guy very rudly said that he was the owner. I asked him if he beleived it was a common practice of handling an oil service. He claimed that I told his worker to Shut up. I knew he was making a case. I told him I never use foul language and I was not trying to even disrespect the worker. Then he told me that I had to leave my vehicle and wait in the office. I asked him if there was any sign posted restricting a customers to avoid seeing the oil service. He responded he will post a sign. I will never again do business with Grand Car Wash and their oil change. The are the worst. All they care is to drain the oil they even don’t bother checking tires or topping off your windshield wiper fluid. Shame

Left my exhaust pipe caked in mud, I paid for the second to most expensive wash they offered and they couldnt wax my tires properly. could do a better shine at my house. I chose the black ice perfume for the vehicle and im assuming they ran out and instead of letting me know so i could select a new scent they simply decided not to perfume it at all. Totally disappointed. Paid for car to be Perfumed and did not receive the service.

The management is not on the same page sometimes. One time I pulled up to the vacuums and the gentleman who helped me said I get $2 off my car wash and when I went inside to pay for it, the gentlemen at the register insisted that it was not the day they offer the discount. After going back and forth with him he finally gave it to me. That was good; however, management should’ve been on the same page to begin with. Other than that, they do a good job washing vehicles.

My husband took his car here to get it fully detailed so he could sell it. Unfortunately I don't have before pictures but just keep in mind that it looked and smelled horrible because he used to use it to deliver pizzas 6 nights a week. So it had black grime all over the seats and smelled like a terrible combination of pizza, sweat and who knows what else. The guy that detailed it did an amazing job! Unfortunately I can't remember his name but he is a true professional at what he does! The car was only there for 1 day and he got it looking and smelling almost new! It was totally worth the $175 I paid. Definitely take your car here. You won't regret it!

Comfort and convenience all in one. A free car wash with your oil change. You can upgrade your car washes by paying the difference, and then, while your car is being washed, you can sit in a massaging chair or play arcade games. I won’t be going anywhere else from here on out!

Avoid this place if you have other things to do that day. You can come here in the middle of day on a weekday and it will still be a 35+ minute wait. After your car goes throug the car wash it will sit 10 or 15 minutes before one of the workers start on the interior and drying. What’s worse is after waiting so long, you get in and it’s only a mediocre wash. So far, Alamo Car Wash in Walnut is the best I’ve been to in my area.

I went to Grand Car Wash because because it was closer than my usual car wash. My car was also telling me that I was overdue for an oil change and that was going to be my next stop. I didn’t realize that I could get both tasks accomplished at Grand Car Wash until the cashier presented me with a coupon. So in an unbelievably short time, my car NEVER looked better after a wash and the oil/lube was amazingly fast and efficient. GCW is now my new favorite place for car services. Reasonable, professional and friendly!
