I just moved to the area and this place seemed the closest car wash to my new place. I was in a rush and ask how long it will take and it took exactly double the time I was informed it will. Very sloppy work. The glass was not even see-through. I mentioned that and the grumpy attendant tried to wipe (only) one window again but either the glass cleaning solution was diluted or his glass cleaning clothes was dirty. Seeing that kind of work and attitude is definitely a turn off.

They spend the most time vacuuming and hand washing the cars, they are a little short staffed sometimes, sometimes only 1 person is cleaning instead of 2 but it's better than anywhere else.

Bought a Groupon for this place. Went for the first time. The guy tried to up sale us. Talking about new solvent solution cleaning to remove hard water stain. tried to explain the science behind what he was talking about but basically he was just going to blast the car harder with soap water. So I was like ok sure get the upgrade wash let see how good it is. And he said it came with a car air freshener. So they started working on the car. Once done. I lift the trunk to put my stuff back and it was still messy they didn't vacuum the trunk. And the car came out with more scratches and there were still dirt stain on the car. Told the guy who sold us this package and he took the car to finish the vacuum but nothing about the stain. Also didn't come with an air freshener. Told him about that and he said the package didn't include and I reminded him he said he would include that. Here is what he did got car cleaner soap and sprayed it under the get rug. I didn't want to say anything more and just left because the service was just real bad. I even upgraded the package. Which cost more than the Groupon. Never going there again.

Worst experience I've ever had at any business. I paid over a 100 dollars for a detail and my car wasn't even fully cleaned on the inside. They didn't clean many obvious parts and when I showed them they were rude and very reluctant to help... I was disrespected and was apologized to by the lady at the cash register named Maria because she witnessed how rude the manager was to me. She and another gentlemen who helped get me setup where very understanding and kind but the so called manager is very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever I waited close to 4 hours to have my car not fully vacuumed or cleaned in the cup holders and throughout many numerous places which I was told would be done with a detail. I literally had to start cleaning it myself. When I addressed the issue I was disrespected by the manager and when I asked for the owners information, he refused and said " I don't get paid for free." No apparently the manager gets paid to disrespect customers. The gentlemen running the place is extremely rude and literally set my keys down on my seat Asked me if I had time? Asked me how much I paid? Didn't even offer to fix the clear mistakes but instead asked me if I had time? Time for what? I said time for what and he set my keys on the seat and walked away and said I can't deal with customers like you! I honestly asked him a question and wanted my car fixed and he asked me if I had time? After over 3 hours I couldn't believe it! I will never go to this car wash again and if someone gets that manager sorry but the owner should not let people like that run his business into the ground. Hands down worst experience I have ever had at any business. Also this is my first bad comment of any business but I had to warn people don't get your car detailed here not worth the hassle.

For the price of this car wash, I'd like to think they would pay more attention to details. My windows had streaks on them, they forgot to shine up my tires and I'm missing my back floor mat. Did they take it or forget to put it back in after vaccuming? Will not be returning for services

The worse car wash I've ever had and not just this one. When I realized this I was too far to turn around and complain if I noticed it after I got in the car while I was still there I would have complained and had it redone. It literally looked like they didn't vacuum the inside of my car at all there was debris dirt tiny rocks all on the sides of my chairs down by my feet around the mats it was horrible.

A complete detail for $150 and they can't even hose down the bed of a truck? I can nitpick about other things, but that's too glaring. Especially waiting over 2-1/2 hours. Maybe some like this place, but not going back. There are too many places where you could go instead.

I paid $50 for a full wash and detail and they messed up so bad. they missed a bunch of spots they didn’t even clean the screen for the radio. The vacuum job is terrible. Still dirt on the side of my car. The car is not clear that’s for sure. I would not go here!! Never again

I like getting my truck washed the people are cool. However, they're closed entirely too much. They close if it's a cloud in the sky! They also close if rain is forecasted. I'm not understanding the decision making!

I have a new car. A Honda. Apparently the guys don't know how to open the hatch and grab it by the handle. They pulled up on the handle and pulled up on the backup camera. I can tell they knew they did it because the screws to the panel that access the camera was shiney and missing paint. The only thing ever done to my car was 2 oil changes. What bothers me is they just tried to hide it. It was dangling when I got home from the wash. He said he'd take care of me. He took care me alright. And the backup camera. Not cool guys. You need to slow down and pay attention to detail. I also saw a guy hanging on the door while driving into the track. I noticed small things when bringing it in before, so I watched how they work. They charge way too much to be breaking things.

They messed up the passenger seat mechanism!!! I had to wait till they fixed it. They're obviously rough on your vehicle. I guess I won't come back ever.

Took my car there a total of 5 times. I wanted to like this place, but just like most other car wash places, they are motivated by recommending high priced washes when you don't need it. The 1st time I asked which wash would clean the brake dust of the rims, and I was recommended an "add on" that was 5 or $6 more. Then I found out they would clean my rims with any wash. I gave them another chance, came back 4 more times. Sometimes the work was satisfactory and sometimes I had to ask them to get spots that was missed (the workers never look happy when I point it out). Then the 5th time, one of the managers said "sorry we can't take your car through the wash tunnel because it is lowered, you have to get it hand-washed". I said wait a sec the previous times it went through the car tunnel no problem. But he insisted they didn't really put it through, they just gave me complimentary hand-wash, which was an obvious lie because i watched my car through the tunnel all the other times. The hand-wash was more expensive, and I felt cheated. They lost a potential long-term customer

Exterior detail was a little disappointing quality wise (paid for the top option), failed to vacuum the interior adequately (crumbs and simple stuff everywhere). Gave me a tough time when I asked them to vacuum the inside a second time. Misrepresented the details of their Groupon. Will not go again.

I really wanted to like this place and it has been my go to spot in upland for the last year but within the last 2 months I have been so unhappy and I mention it as to not per say complain and they only give me excuses. As a paying package customer I was treated well and I tipped based on the work done which was always up to par for me on the interior. But I bought the Groupon and now I'm charged for the Suv, when never charged before and and I do not have a LARGE SUV, or I wouldn't mind paying an additional 3.00 but since I seem to get a Groupon rate it's like hit them with more to get our money back. So the Groupon I believe may have been the worst part of all this because it's like they forgot about all the customer service and treat me differently. I don't like change and I don't want to try and find another place but after these next 3 washes I will not be back again and they have lost my business. There is nothing like being treated like I am NOT WORTH the 3.00 savings when that's all I'm asking for and I am not rude or disrespectful and I am still treated like they could take me or leave me, so I'm gone!!

For the price and time, you could have a personal service regularly clean your car while you are at home or work, which would take away the time annoyance!

The wash itself was horrible i brought my new car here since its handwash carwash but the amount of spots missed and the price was not fair at all . My car is still dirty inside and out . Floor couldve used more vaccum, they did not even wipe down my dashboard or cup holder , outside still had dirt on the side of my car and my headlight had dirty spot. I went with my friend and her car was also still dirty on the inside none of the inside was wiped or even touched.She also said it looked like they didnt vaccum . I now have to go look for another place to re wash my car . Although they are really nice people i will not be coming back due to the wash. Dont waste your money here .they will leave your car dirty . 2 stars due to service not cleaning .

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to! Bought the works wash $25.95 + $3.00 for an Avalanche. Exterior treatment was sloppy, residue left all over paint. Alloy wheels weren’t touched, we still black with dirt all over. Windows were done with a dirty towel, swirl marks all over, and floor mats weren’t cleaned. Will never recommend or come back!

I have to say, I've been to few different car wash/detail spots, & Upland Car Wash is by far, The Best! Tenn, & Vanessa greet you with A Smile! You can tell they really Love working here. Customer Service showed by these two ladies is Amazing! This is the main reason why I keep returning. The crew outside is also Amazing, from the guy that writes you the ticket. He always remembers which wash I get. To the guys inside the tunnel soaping down the cars. Last but not least the guys working in the hot sun drying the cars off. They always compliment me on how nice my car is. I Love this place. I highly recommend Upland Car Wash for anyone looking for a Good place to take your car. Thanks Again

They are closed most of the time these days even when it’s not raining day!!!!! I am so shocked how they find an excuse to close immediately!! Me and my husband are paying at least 80$ a month to get unlimited car wash but basically every time when we come in different times we find them close! So frustrating we lose gas to get there every time. I will cut off my ownership, they are the worst ever.

We've been coming here for years and they've done a great job. But now on 2 occasions when they are busy the wash is very sloppy. Today they left marks on my hood and didn't clean the interior properly, left crumbs in the cupholders and didn't wipe the dash at all. It wasn't worth the money. Once is ok but now twice, not going back.

Below average. There are far better local options for washing or detailing a car. Very long wait times when busy. My car didn't come properly clean, they broke part of my mirror and there is now a scratch in my door that I'm 99% sure wasn't there when I brought it in. The manager didn't seem willing to make it right. I won't be coming back.

Just got truck washed. None of the seats looked vacuumed, the floor barely vacuumed. Tar flecks from road still stuck on rear bed. Truck looks basically liked it was washed 2 weeks ago, not 5 minutes ago. I paid for the diamond wash and got the worst wash ever. Since it was near closing time, everybody ran away and left me hanging. I will NEVER come back. This place has steadily gone down hill.

Not the best of washes. It's more of an express wash rather than car wash & detailing. I paid almost $18.00 for a decent good car wash, however it appeared instead that I paid for a basix $7.00 car wash. My car was done in less that 15 minutes and dry shampoo spots were all over my windows.
