This car wash is one of the best short of the ones where people get inside and vacuum or wipe down for you. They have free vac's with the use of the car wash. They track you by your license plate number so after 10 washes you get one for free. There is always a guy waiting at the exit to help dry off the vehicle with a rag. They give you a towel to wipe down your interior and provide cleaner in a spray bottle. My vehicle always seems to come out cleaner here and they have a time guarantee for each different wash on how long the car will stay clean.

Folks, the only thing I can say here is make sure you are getting what you pay for. When this car wash first opened, their level of service was outstanding and you got what you were paying for; a clean ride! Apparently, now the motto is not the quality but the quantity of cars they can possibly run thru their machine is just a short amount of time. Seriously, we paid for the most expensive wash and when our car entered the wash area, I felt like they had the machine turned up way too fast. Cars were moving through the wash at a good clip. Then we get to the guys on the outside drying the car. They started to run rags all over the car as it appeared they were in fact drying it. Unfortunately when we pulled over to the vacuum area, we discovered their car wash left a huge amount of road grime on the car, front to back. To add "insult to injury", the dryers didn't even say a thing to catch the problem, just wiped the car down by smearing the road grime everywhere. Also, the tire dressing was running down from the tires onto the polished wheels like motor oil! Again, very obvious to see but nothing was said. When we brought this to the manager, his answer to the problem was to come out with rags and try and rub all the dirt and tire dressing off of the car. Are you kidding me? Sure, let's cause more damage to the paint by rubbing dirt all around on it. My wife insisted they redo the wash, but this time slow the wash down. So they complied and amazingly the car came out clean. Needless to say, I do not suggest folks go to this car wash. Save yourself the headache experience.

I Went threw the cash wash in Madera,Ca at 11:50am on 02/15/2018 . After vacuuming I noticed that once again I paid for them to wash my car and it isn't washed properly I then ask to speak to a manager which took 20 minutes. I told him I have been going there for years with all of my cars and since I have started bringing my new car there for the past year service had been horrible I showed him all the bugs left on my car and dirty areas ge then said that I can go threw the cash wash again and they would re wash it for free, I have done with several times now I figure the last couple times were Becuz they were busy or just an off day for everyone. But today they were not busy and I pointed out what needed to be cleaned. After I went threw the second time my car was still not cleaned I called for the manager again and showed him again but instead of trying to help her argued with me about how there wasn't bugs on my car and tried to quickly wipe them off I wish I would have taken pictures each time but I thought this was a business that was trying to scam or cheat people. Like I told the manager I could have taken my money and bought soap and done a better job, but I chose to come to your business and pay and I still couldn't get them to understand I asked for a refund and he refused. I was treated horribly and for that reason I want my refund and I will not be returning to this location anymore longer after 5 years of service I am done with it I was treated like I was nothing which shouldn't have happened.

It's a convenient car wash that's open early and fairly late, but their staff is usually pretty rude and they don't have enough areas for people to vacuum their cars out. Usually the areas are full so I'm paying for a car wash and I don't even get the use of the vacuums unless I want to wait who knows how long for one to free up.

Sometimes have to go thru twice. Wish they would do better pre washing before running you through wash. Very few brushes inside wash also. But they hand dry you off after so that's a plus.

I want to thank Alexis and Daniel who dried my car this afternoon. These two gentlemen noticed my vehicle had a lot of bugs on the front end (I hadn’t washed the car in literally months so it was expected) and took the time to ask me what car wash I had purchased. After I told them, they knew my car wash included bug removal and kindly let me know I could go through the car wash again for free. So I proceeded to get back in line and without hassle my vehicle got washed again, even getting more focus on the front end which made a significant difference. I had to get their names and write this review; I appreciated the helpful suggestion that these two young men had given me. Customer service is everything, and I will continue to choose Fast Track Car Wash and speak highly of it. Great work guys and thank you!

First time I used it one of the letters on the back of my car showing its "make" was left hanging by a thread and the plastic cap at the base of my rear wiper was lifted. Not sure if machine or drier staff was at fault.

They have zero effort to clean your car at the manual station. A half hearted swipe with the soapy brush across your window once. And definitely check your receipt to make sure they put in the correct license plate for your 11th wash free. Seems more like a $4 carwash since the only stuff that comes off your car here is dust. Don't bother trying to ask them to get the bigs off the front bumper. They'll take paint off with the pressure washer .

Considering I have pearlesant paint, it is very easy to see where they missed. Water still all over my car, rims didn't even get touched, & before they changed equipment, one of their old belts even damaged my other car. After I go through I literally had to park, get out & do a better job myself. Not worth the price.

Have never had a problem here. After so many car washes you get a free one . Every car wash purchase comes with a free vacuum . They dry the windows as you come out of the car wash . The only con is the line can be long, but that also shows how popular this place is.

Very convenient, after wash and dry a hand dry. They give you damp towel for self wipe down then vacuum with two nozzles for carpet and one for creves. Bottle of glass cleaner available. Love it!

My car is a 2015 Nissan Altima. My car still looks shiny,but I have to wipe it down after them to make sure no spots get missed, and keep my chrome shiny. Sometimes there is a pretty long line. At that time it'll take you bout 20 min.

Fairly good serivce! I went through and they were friendly. After going through, there are a few guys usually that dry off the vehical. This time there was only one and I was a little bit disappointed that there were a few spots that weren't dried too well, so they left marks (washable of course). I think since it was only one guy, he was a little rushed with a vehical coming out behind me, soon.

Unfortunately the only game in town with decent equipment and they maintain the facility impeccably. However, they have sped up the machine so fast that the guys never have time to finish pressure washing my vehicle ( let alone scrub it) before they send it in. I would be willing to pay twice the amount to not have to re-wash my vehicle again once I get home. Please consider offering a $14.00-$20.00 wash where your employees have enough time to do their job. Thanks

Man idk if its cause i went right when they opened but i got the 14 dollar wash and the guy didnt even scrub the whole car just one half . I showed him my car was still dirty and had bugs. I went through again and it was like he was upset that i went through again even though i showed them it was still dirty . After the second wash he still didnt hit the spots i showed him horrible just horrible
