Best wash in Rancho Mirage

This morning, Saturday, June 15th, i was the first in line at 735 am to get my car washed. i had been here before and they did a great job. but this morning was not great, I paid 27.00 to get a great vacuum, wash. dry, wheels clean plus an air freshner. Well , they vacuumed and clean half the inside, wheels looked pretty good, but when he called me to tell me it was done, there was water still dripping from the back window. i told the guy, he wiped a little more off. well there was more water, so i got the towel that i hsd in my car and dried the rest of the back window. door and bumper, also the front of the grill and fender plus the two side mirrors as he watched me. i also did not get my air freshener. i did not have time to talk to anyone, since i had to get my son to his basketball tournament. maybe if my car was a Mercedes or Cadillac or more then a 2019 kia sorento, maybe i would have been taken care of better. guess ill have to find a better car wash next im in town. thanks, disappointed

Overall good service, from check in, cashier, to pick up. Do a pretty good job, like 90%. Today I had to go over and buff out a few spots. No big deal but it is alittle pricey. Gone up!, Used to get a good car wash for $18, now its $23 for the same service. I don't wash my car at home, so when in town, treat myself now and again. This is a historic place, nostalgic.

One of the best car washes in the Coachella Valley. The rates are reasonable and you can even have your car hand washed. The staff is friendly and attention to detail is never over looked. Right down to cleaning the windows.

Under new management not honoring free birthday carwash promotion unless they show you come often if you only come for your birthday wash than no free carwash. However we own several cars and automatically assumed we only come for free carwash. Promotion should be called free yearly carwash for customers that can prove they come often. Also staff was speaking negatively in spanish I speak and understand fluent spanish unprofessional and will never come again.

Not satisfied at all...should of read the reviews first. Paid 30 dollars for a lackluster car wash. Left oil streaks all over my bumper door jams have grease all over them for some reason. Will not be returning.

First off, let me start off by saying how very picky I am about my car. I’ve gone to a few places around the Coachella Valley who have worked on my cars before. I decided to “Elephant Car Wash” a try. I decided to spring for the “ Custom Detailing” package. Interior & Exterior. $174 I paid. They said “my wait time would be 4hrs”. They offer free rides home if wait is a long time. Some people would react to “4hrs”???? But why?? If they are putting that much time into your car, they are putting their heart and soul into detailing your car. Wow!! I can’t even describe what an amazing job they did. My car is beyond anything I have seen. Looks better than it did when I first drove my Prius Prime of the Toyota lot one year ago. The owner himself gets on the floor with his workers and vacuums the cars and helps. That’s the kind of ownership/management where I want to direct my business. Thank you for the stellar job David

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I'm reading other comments as I sit here in my car and I have to say it was not a good job. It looks like they went through the motions but missed a bunch of places. Door jams have places not wiped, the inside really does not look like I went to a car wash. I could have done a quick wipe down myself and not missed as many places. The outside and the wheels look reall good so I will give them that but otherwise disappointed. I thought this place was the be all, end all of car washes in the Valley.

My rental was getting dusty and I wanted to visit Elephant Car Wash. I had the most beautiful black Maxima afterwards! I couldn't believe the attention to detail. I was permitted to ride along thru as a passenger. It was the highlight of my day.

Your car will enjoy being half clean, and damaged. Been here twice. The first time they scratched a rim on my 1-day old Stingray and swore they didn't do it. Yesterday their machines tore a Porsche Crest off one of my wheels and they didn't even apologize, just handed me a bent up crest and walked away. My recommendation is to drive down the road a few more mile to a different car wash.

I don't know what happened to this place buts it's quite sad. From the manager having an attitude with poor customer skills, to the very poor quality towels (literally kitchen towels) used on cars to dry them off. I just don't know what to say. Owner if you see this, please make some much needed changes. Such as hiring management who have a friendly/knowledgeable mindset and by using only microfiber towels. (so that the cars we own and love aren't being damaged by your car wash)

Okay wash but ridiculously overpriced. It is now $28 for a bare-bones service. I'll be getting a more thorough wash in Long Beach for a more reasonable cost ($14.99) from now on. Bye-bye Pink Elephant.

Poor customer service. Technicians were scratching my car control buttons right in front of me with the vacuum wand instead of moving the seat buttons with his fingers. They messed with my control setting. Smudge soil marks all over the car paint. Vacuum was vague and streaks all over inside components. ON A NEW CAR!!! Windows have streaks and water spots. Door jams never wiped. I can tell because it's A NEWCAR!

I've been coming here for years and i truly believe that it could very well be the best carwash in the entire valley. Great location, I love that they don't use brushes, service is usually expedient even when it's very busy, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of work that is delivered. I've never been displeased with the service and they've earned my trust. I have no problems whatsoever recommending this establishment.

Today I took my car to have it cleaned. I usually get their best wash (27.99) and I did so today. I went early (8:10) hoping to get in & out in 45 minutes. They weren't busy, and there was only three cars ahead of me. Please tell my why I still have finger prints on my back windows and feet prints on my backseats (I had my Grand Sugars over for a visit

I paid extra to have the inside of my sons car cleaned. It was dusty from sitting in a parking garage at school in Los Angeles. Then I tipped the assessment gentleman an extra $10 for the trouble to make sure it was vacuumed. What I got was a dirty dusty unfinished car wash but a great vacuum. The man that picks up the car after it comes out of the wash to finish, dry, windows and the inside, aside from the vaccum, procrastinated for 15 min as I watched, so that the other men would help him out so they could move the car line along. I had to ask him to please wash the inside of the rear window, it still had nose prints on it from the dog. The door jams were still full of dust, the console was still dusty along with the dash board. The carpet was very well vacuumed. However, the radio was on loud to a station I have never listened to in my life. $47.00 for a small 4 dr sedan. The manager came out, offered to wash car again, and gave me a card. He was professional. I didn't have another 45 min. Who do you Tip to insure a great car wash?

My car had gold fish crumbs in areas where my vacuum could not reach. When I picked up my vehicle, I could not believe how they were able to clean out all these crevices. My vehicle looked incredible in and out. Ww will be going back !
