What a pleasant surprise this place was. I was actually thinking that I was just going to pop in for a quick car wash not really pay attention to how clean it was knowing that most facilities are average at best. But right from the beginning I think I knew I was going to get a great service and great car wash. The person who checked my kharian took the time to go through each of the packages with me and he assured me with confidence I was going to be happy. The vacuuming Was top notch and the wash and dry were incredible. The person driving my car took an incredible amount of time to make sure there were no water spots. The mirrors were not all over the place like they are normally with these places. If you're anywhere near this vicinity and you need a car wash trust me when I tell you you're in the right spot

Just spent 36.95 on there #1 package. What a disappointment. Basically rinsed car off, then covered everything in armor all. Car is still dirty.

Seems like there are issues with car wash filtration and washing system here. Left my car with hard water spots & a nice long new scratch :( price is cheaper than some, but you get exactly what you pay for I learned the hard way. No willingness on part of Mngmnt to resolve :((

Beware! if you value your car please don’t bring it here. Scratched my brand new vehicle and told me ,we are not responsible. We looked back on the video , no damage when I entered the car wash. My car was definitely not like this when I brought it to them. It is very sad that they don’t want to take care of there customers. Guess they have so many customers they don’t care. I for one will not step back into this business. I wish I could give the 0 stars.......

Had a full detail on my 2011 Toyota Corolla which needed TLC badly. Alex and crew did an awesome job. Then car looks brand new again or previous owner dealer sale lot ready....I highly recommend their complete service...!

Okay service the guy that takes your keys was too busy flirting with another man over a gold chain and the cashier was busy chatting outside for a good 5 min. The machines worked better than the people.

I have been going to Cathedral city car wash for about 5 years..Since there is new ownership, the quality is very poor, understaffed, wait time over an hour. I have 9 vehicles..I have a construction business, and several personal vehicles and 2 classic cars. I went to Airport car wash for the first time in 5 years, it was an excellent experience, in and out in 20 minutes..Lower prices...To bad. I really liked this carwash.

I have not been here for a year because it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to do a car wash. I decided to try it again today. There is no business today and yet after 20 minutes my car is still outside - a broken conveyor belt. I can wash the car in my driveway in 10 minutes - never again

Cheapest package where they clean the inside of the vehicle is $18.00. The person performing the finish drying and window cleaning spent a lot of time on the vehicle with poor results. The vehicle still had multiple areas with water on it and wheel rims were given token attention. Not a good value for the costs.

I’m not the one who leaves reviews but I just had to take the time for this one. I Left with No vanilla scent like I asked for or paid for. I know for a fact I could’ve done a better job with cleaning it myself (which I should’ve just done because WHAT a Waste of money) Fingerprints still on my mirrors and windows Wow. What a disappointment guys.

Better off using a garden hose, bucket and paying the neighbors kid 5 bucks; You'd surely get a better a wash. Save yourself from the future headache, especially if you fancy the finish of your paint or wheels. Because they will be damaged.

I have a 2000 320 E Mercedes that i bought here a few years ago. The selling point was 95,000 miles. It is black and the luster had seen better days. I decided to have detailed for the first time, today. Alex offered me a fair price as the car needed alot of TLC. They called about 4 hours later and said it was ready. I couldnt believe my eyes. I did not recognize my car. It looked like a brand new car. The black paint looked it was just painted. The interior blew my mind. The carpet, leather and paneling was perfect. You will never be disappinted. And working in this heat! See Alex, he delivers BIG TIME!!!!!@@

The location is accessible, the service is a little bit expensive, and not on time. The service is smooth and clean, but I give 3 stars for I did not get my car on time. Yes! I can feel the staff trying to be friendly, but all in all, in I'm not a totally happy customer.
