I took two Vehicles there today, 1 for a hand wax and 1 for a wash. When I got home I noticed that the vehicle that was supposed to be hand waxed didn't look or feel like it had been waxed at all and the other vehicle still had mud on the rocker panels. So we drove both vehicles back and I questioned the manager, Carlos, about the vehicle not being waxed and he said that it needed to be buffed out. I asked why they took my money if the wax wasn't going to do any good and he had no explanation and didn't offer to do anything he just shrugged his shoulders and that was it.
So then I asked about he other vehicle that had mud on it and he said it needed to be steamed cleaned. Really? They could have taken it over to the pressure washer and removed it in a few seconds like I did myself when I got home but I've learned that Carlos really isn't interested in customer service or whether you're happy or not. Okay, there are other places to spend my money.
My family and I have been loyal customers for decades and I use them for details, window tint, smog and oil changes. My parents recently had a problem after a car wash and they experienced the same poor customer service from Carlos before so it seems the quality is going downhill because he doesn't really care whether you're happy or not. He doesn't want to be bothered with it, so be it I'll go somewhere else.
