I really like the place and I go to it alot, but today a short guy named Jose hit my window twice because according to him I wasn't pulling forward. But the reason why I wasnt pulling forward was because the car in front of me was too close. The first time he hit it I rolled down the window and told him to not to that, and he said he was hitting it because he knew I could hear him. He then hit it again while I was still waiting for the car in front of me to move ahead. I told him I was going to complain and he said he didn't care.

I went to this car wash there was no soap that came out and when I got to the end there was no one at the end to dry my car and the guys were eating and talking not taking care of customers very horrible lazy employees I will never waste my money again there don't recommend this place they need to learn customer service

I was really happy when I first found this car wash. I thought it was so convenient to just run the car through so I purchased the mid level monthly option. They used to be so friendly and it was so nice and clean there. Just went for my last wash Im afraid. Its a great place if you dont mind making sure you have plenty of time to dry the ever running soap off the side mirrors, all the water left behind and smears from their dirty towels. First thing in the morning they have plenty of dry ones but after that You will need two or three micro fibers for an average sized car to finish up after theyre done. After you pull into the vacuum area youll need another 15-30 mins to remove the rest of the dirt left if your car was anything else but dusty of your car especially the back. I always thought it was strange so many people were buying towels there but then after a few visits I realized how water spotted my car was. After a year of the monthly plan Im cancelling. After a rainy week I went and I had complained the rear of my suv was completely unwashed they didn’t care even when I asked to go through again they said theyd have the manager come talk to me because he had to agree, I explained Im on an unlimited wash plan the guy said its only one wash a day. I dont see that disclosure anywhere. The manager looked at me and wouldn’t come to discuss it. So I left with a 3/4 clean-ish Vehicle. Finished it at home. I would love to see this place get back to business.

Vacuuming is very weak!!!!! I literally had to use another vacuum and that didn’t even get the job done. I had to put my car in the car wash twice because they failed to put the correct cleaning procedures to the package I’ve picked. Although the staff seem nice. Only come her if you need a small job done, nothing major as i did.

It’s fast and convenient for sure. The staff are pretty rude. You have to bring your own towel and dry car because it doesn’t wash all the colored soap and wax off leaves purple and red spots all over if you don’t wipe down. Oh and if they put tire dressing on they will only do a strip of the tire so don’t waste your money on that it ends up looking like a half job.

It is a good decision if you're going to do the monthly option. I don't think it's very good for a single wash. The Tapo Car Wash is the best in town for a single wash. They do most of it by hand and do an excellent job on the interior. If you wax your car yourself and are willing to vacuum your own interior, this is a really good option for keeping the exterior clean with regular visits. I'd only do it with a modern vehicle that has regular wax jobs because this place does use the plastic flaps that come in contact with your paint. We do the 25/month option and it's really convenient to have the car looking perfect all of the time. We run it through probably twice a week and are now very used to always having a clean car! I'm sure we will be keeping our monthly subscription. Heads up, if you're traveling down First and make a right onto the driveway, you'll have to make a HARD right, more than 90 degrees. So go slow and be careful.

I think that this location versus the one off of Madera is a lot better. It is a longer track that moves slower, the person spraying out front does a better job of getting your car, and there is more time for the people who are drying at the end to dry your car. I would recommend going to this location if it is convenient for you.

I have come to this place previously with no real complaints but seems like recently the quality has been suffering. Pair that with the pricing increasing it's becoming not so great of an option. For an example of quality drops I purchased a $10 wash and went threw to come out the other to find dirt and dead bugs on the car still. Admittedly not there most expensive wash and my car was very dirty. At the least however I would expect the wash to clean all the dirt off or for someone to tell me to wash it again before I drive away. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with the direction of the company and will probably be looking to find another car wash.

They have to change the sign 5 minutes express wash to 30 minutes ridiculous wash! I got in the horrible line that was on First St at 4:15pm and got out of carwash at 4:44pm! They cut there prewash and towel drying, so you have to park in the vacuum area to dry your car and there is a line even for that section! I was wasting my time 30 minutes to get the service same as carwashes at the gas stations and pay more! I have 2 cars for unlimited monthly wash with them for 6 years, so I’m going to cancel both!

23.99 a month for the most expensive wash. It's TOTALLY worth it. You usually pay like $25 for a full service car wash. I'd rather pay 23.99/mo for UNLIMITED washes, since the interior of my car is usually clean. I can clean my interior myself for no additional charge (they let you use their vacuums free). I recommend it. =)

This place closed down for remodeling and hasn't reopened yet and they said they would be open by Oct 21 and today is Nov 10 !! Someone does know to run a business and has poor customer service!! I would gave them a negative star !!

They waived in a truck and it rear ended me while my tires were locked in because they try to fit in 3 cars at a time. I opened my door before the soap started to ask him if i just was hit. The kid(No older than 19) said no and seemed insulted. I drove out of the parking lot and pulled into big brand tires and parked to check. YUP I WAS HIT! FULL IMPRINT ON MY BRAND NEW SUV! Truck that hit me I watched drive off. When I ran over and told the kid yes there is damage, his response was, no there isnt, no one hit you and he then ignored me. I spoke to the "manager" and he made a "report". Gave me the security camera companies business card. I called and James Bell was nice at first. But when he called back he said he didn't get a full view of my rear end (maybe because the other car was on it)but he said he spoke to the kid and decided i merely HEARD A SOUND AND NO COLLISION TOOK PLACE! I SAID HOW DID I GET A DENT? HE SAID WHEN I LEFT THE PARKING LOT MAYBE. I SAID WHY WOULD I OPEN MY DOOR IN THE CAR WASH TO ASK IF I WAS HIT BEFORE GETTING HIT SOMEWHERE ELSE? HE RESPONDED IF I INTERUPTED HIM AGAIN HE WOULD HANG UP ON ME AND TOLD ME TO SHUT MY MOUTH. HE ALSO WAS RACIST/MENTIONED THE KID NEEDED A TRANSLATOR WHICH WAS A LIE, AS THAT KID SPEAKS AMAZING ENGLISH. WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS HE SAID HE JUST ASSUMED MOST PEOPLE WHO WORK AT CAR WASHES CAN'T SPEAK ANY ENGLISH!!! WOWW!! I REPORTED TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY. AND NOW THE SECURITY COMPANY REFUSES TO RELEASE THE VIDEO SINCE I DIDN'T MAKE AN ACTUAL REPORT WITH POLICE!! WHICH THEY ASSURED I DIDNT NEED TO DO AT THE TIME! SO THEY COMMITTED FRAUD. ALSO ON THAT REPORT THE MANAGER GAVE ME THERE WAS A BLEED THROUGH FROM ANOTHER REPORT TIMED AND DATED EARLIER THIS MORNING FOR SOMEONES TAIL LIGHT GETTING HIT AND BUSTED! DONT TRUST THEM GO TO SIMI WASH DOWN THE STREET OR WASH YOURSELF! NO UNLIMITED WASH IS WORTH THIS! The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how cramped everything was in this small space. They route you from one end of the parking lot to the other and along the way there is cross traffic from vehicles trying to leave This causes a lot of congestion and at times people are forced to sit and wait for an opening before they can exit. Kind of ironic that it is called a "speed wash" yet you feel like you're sitting in rush hour traffic. I got the 13$ "Grand Prix" car wash. I had never been to a car wash like this but it quickly became evident how similar the wash cycle is to your typical gas station drive through car wash, right up to the same spinning rubber tentacles. The only difference I could tell was that there were a few people that do a quick water spray on the car and a few guys do a very brief hand dry at the end. My truck came out looking better than it had before the wash but I couldn't help but notice there were still bird droppings and dead bugs on my hood and windshield. To me for 13$ that is unacceptable. The reason I tried out California Speedwash was because I received a free car wash coupon in the mail. I can tell you that this trip was my first and last time ever coming here. The space is just much too cramped. I felt so relieved when the wash was over and I was finally free. I usually wash my truck myself but there are times when I'm unable to but still want my truck to be clean when I take it out. Next time I will just take it to a gas station "touch-less" car wash for less than half the cost and the same mediocre results.
