They do an excellent cleaning job. Long wait to check in, with one employee taking payments then running to drive cars in to wash line. Only one person per car cleaning/inside. It took about 45 minutes to complete my wash

It is a normal carwash. Hand wash only. It is a hit and miss. Sometimes it's cleaned well and sometimes they miss some spots. What I hate is that when they park the car and no available space to dry. They leave it to wait for the next space. During this period, the water has already dried and creates spots. This can't be easily removed by wiping it. This also has a reward program but they won't offer it unless you asked for it.

We have been coming here for awhile and I usually get their basic wash and they always do a great job cleaning every inch. I got their rewards card, so it will be worth saving it for a free car wash after 10 washes.

Bummer, been coming here for years. Going to have to find a new car wash. I'm pretty reasonable and I understand it was very busy but that is no excuse for quality to suffer. The price stays the same regardless. I always purchase "the works" but today after they did "the works" it was far from it. Water spots all over the outside and dirt running down the back tailgate door. The inside was even worse. Not wiped down at all not even with a dry cloth. It was vacuumed but it looked like it was very quick as I was throwing small pieces of trash out the door before leaving. I am not one to complain but I pay for all my belongings and always have. I also try to take great care of my things, so it's very disappointing to get a service from a place I have been going to and loved to have such a terrible job done.

This place does the outside and inside. Inside they do ur norm (vacuum, Windows etc.) but they also wipe down ur entire (center console, door panels, dash etc.). They vacuum the center console where ur cup holders are and wipe it down also. Lots of places skip that part. Not a bad job for the price you pay.

I've been coming to this carwash for a while now, and over the last year the car washers (interior) have been getting worse and worse. Sometimes that do not vacuum the trunk or wipe down the interior cabin. Today was my last day going there.

Excellent car wash and customer service! Lowest price was $16 for the full service and was well worth it. They washed and dried the car, vacuumed and cleaned interior and detailed the wheels all beautifully without streaks or missed any spots. I also had another issue in which they were very happy to help. My car suffered to what appeared to be over spray of paint which comprised of tiny specks covering over most of the car and I requested a professional letter indicating the time and cost it would require to detail and remove the paint specks and they were happy to help and provided the necessary documentation so I could bring it to the apartment manager that was negligent enough not to cover my car during their renovation of the surrounding premises.

I have been coming to this place for about a year, about 3times a month for the $12.95 wash which is fair.I am a great tipper ,about 7$ but I don't like when I come in when they have a slow day and they charge me an extra 5$ for a "XL vehicle" when I drive a small two door coupe. also I don't like when I have to wipe down left over wax that has caked on my car because the guy was too lazy to give a quick rundown on where he waxed. over all its an ok place ,friendly and humble. but just make sure you pay attention to what they charge you for.

I have been coming to this location for years. I like to support my local businesses. There have been small issues in the past. But this will be the last time I give them my business. Apparently they only want wash clean cars. I drove out to Palm Springs and back and I have bugs on my windshield and grill. That's why I brought my vehicle to them, because it's dirty. Apparently they now have a $4.00 up charge for bugs. ????? I was a mobile auto detailer for over 10 years. It takes only a minute or two to remove bugs, especially with the soap, chemicals and high pressure water that they have at the beginning of the wash process. I have always understood the up charge for a larger vehicle. I have control of where my money is spent and California Hand Car Wash will no longer get mine.

Really nicely thought out place with safety signs and a coffee service. Prices are a bit high and when I didn't want the special or an upgrade wash the service person although not rude beushed me off to move on. Decent job but not perfect. General quick wash. Seating area is nice. Watch sitting by the water feature when windy. Got water in my eye from splashing. Gave it a 4 star for overall.

I paid 150$for clean up the car fro interier and exterior. I think that for this line of money should be the work very good. But the job isn't good for this money. They forgot clean up the central console and I must go back. Then the exterior work is pretty poor everywhere on the car are stains (you could see in pictures) the windy they clean just what you can see when the windows are up. I'm very sad for this kind of service and never come back.

This place is amazing, I've been on the hunt for hand washing since I moved down here and this is now my go to. The facility is super nice and they even have a little cafe that serves coffee and soft drinks, they have other snacks and misc items too. It is super fast and the workers are very knowledgable about what kind of wash your car needs. I came in just for a basic wash and he pointed out my tires (didn't even think about it) so I upgraded my wash. This place is awesome and I'm so glad I found it!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and have been disappointed the last 3 times I’ve gotten my car washed. Overall, they did “okay,” pretty satisfactory. Nothing worth being overly appreciative about, but these last few times have made me more and more upset with the results of the wash. I paid $32 for a wash, came home and checked my vehicle, (which I should’ve done there, but I don’t ever like to make complicate things—which is also why this is my first poor review ever written) and I was so aggravated at the amount of effort that was put into my well deserved $32.
