Car was broken into and enjoyed by a filthy cigarette smoking bum. the mobile detailers we’re prompt friendly and got everything cleaned up....and it was bad broken glass, blood, other bum items. Would definitely recommend

Ordered the Crime Scene car wash option but there were still minor details that were not spotless. Had to ask them to re-vacuum because they missed a few spots. Keep in mind that they don't use the usual chemicals for cleaning, so the vehicle is only going to be so clean. Navigating into the back area where they clean the car is a delicate struggle because they share the space with the gas station and another smog check facility. I would only recommend if you are already here getting gas or smog check and car isn't too dirty. Not a place to get deep clean.

I booked a car detailing with this company and paid in advance. The following day someone from the business contacted me to ask if I had been to Burning Man. I said that I had, but that the car was only minimally dirty and I could send pictures proving this. The owner still refused my business. This policy is not listed anywhere on their website. I understand having a policy against cleaning some vehicles that are excessively dirty, but I don't understand why this company cares how my car got dirty when I am trying to pay them to clean it.

We just had our car washed with Auto Fresh Mobile Car Wash. They came to our house. Detailed the car. It looks amazingly new and smells great. Best car wash I have ever had. And for $35, they came to us and detailed it. Best of all, they barely use any water.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. Car was still filthy after they finished to the point where I was using their tools to try to further clean it as they stood around and did nothing. Cup holders weren't touched, backseat and trunk wasn't vacuumed etc. And they charge $40. What a ripoff. I told Miguel the manager that I thought they did a horrible job and showed them all the places where the car was still dirty and instead of apologizing or further cleaning he said that all I should expect for a basic car wash is the body and windows. Total insanity. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Came in for a car wash and wax, the staff was extremely helpful. I was impressed how detailed and diligent they were. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be a repeat customer. The car washes start at $30 for a sedan and wax will run you another $30 for a sedan, but given their eco-consciousness (use only 1 cup water for entire wash per car, plant-based solutions, neutral run off) plus their customer service and quality of work, it's a purchase well spent.
