Good place for a wash if it's nice out. Only seats are outside under inadequate cover. They got some of the details Tower often misses. If you prepay the wash at the gas station attached they'll give you a discount on the gas

Didn't leave my car very clean not worth $50. My interior was left very dirty, barely touched by a vacuum cleaner, even my cupholders still had junk in it. Seriously, your money is spent better elsewhere.

I moved away from this area just over a year ago and came back for the first time to get my car washed here where are used to get it washed every even wood by the value package ticket because I do volume washing. Now when I come back it looks like there’s less than half the workers definitely not fast anymore because there’s not enough workers and definitely not federal had to go over and wipe all the smudges off the glass cleaned up the stuff between the rims wipe off the dirt and Greece at the lower rocker panels just below behind the wheels. As I watched another patron washing her window off and scrubbing bird turds off her hood. I asked her if she came there often and have you noticed the quality of washing is dropped and she replied “ yes I come here and a quality has dropped really low” this used to be one of the flag starred favorite places on my Google Maps I have now removed it and probably will not return it’s so sad to watch a fall and decline of a once good washing place.

The cashiers are horrible ! They are very mean and very rude !! Never wanna come to this gas station again in my life !! I have a very bad experience today since I wanted to purchase gas from this place, but I wanted to use the restroom first since I really needed to. I asked the cashier for the restroom key she asked: do u want something? I said yes please the key for the restroom, she asked do u want gas ?? I said yes she asked which pump ?? I said madam first I really need to use the restroom. Then she said someone is using the restroom now. For $34 for a basic car wash, they did a good job inside (including dog fur) and outside and they did it fast. There's also a 25¢/gal discount at the adjacent gas station after getting the car cleaned.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We called months in advance to ask how much it would cost to clean the interior and exterior of a 15-passenger van after Burning Man. They provided an estimate of around $80 - $120, which is a totally reasonable rate. When the day arrived, we drove into the place and the guy quoted us at $900. The lowest he would budge was $800, saying that he was already charging $400 to some poor soul ahead of us with a Uhaul. We were outraged that they were attempting to score 10x the rate they had given us over the phone. We did a quick search and were able to get a full-service interior and exterior cleaning with Tower Car Wash for $120, only a 5-min drive away. It's pathetic to see how this place is greedily scamming customers.

They damage the Antena on my car on August 9 and still waiting for replacement. From Ramon, to Steve Sing the "General Manager" are never in. Every time I call, they are not in the place, no one return the call, finally after two month they sent me to the gas station next to them and Manuel the Manager, was not able to fix the antenna, because according to him, they ordered the wrong Antena. This was 3 week ago. That will cost me $150 to fix and I am a senior retired with a very tie budget. I gues they are give me the run around, them will be the limitation for court . And not only that, they left a hole opening in my truck and reining season is coming and my car will get wet inside. But I am ready to fille a small court claim. They should be put out of services and I will report to the State auhotithies.

When they damaged my car the supervisor was I will take your information and we will have it fixed in a couple of days. Manager Steve Singh is a thief he told me 3 weeks later they would not pay for damage.

If you want to come and get your car washed really slowly this is the place! Came with 1 person ahead of me and my car comes out 3 cars behind. Prices just went up to boot. $40 for a basic wash. Never again. 50 minutes! Front window and side windows still dirty. The whole reason for going to an all service car wash is to clean inside and out.

My son lent me his car to camping (while we were on hold with RelayRides for 3 weeks) and I took it in to get cleaned. These guys are great! It came back shiny, clean inside and outside and scented. I used a $6 off coupon you can download from their site. You could pay more and get a lot less.

I have never felt strongly enough about a car wash to warrant taking the time to leave a review, but this was such a poor experience I felt compelled. I purchased the Basic, a $40 wash for interior and exterior. The exterior was fine, it wasnt hand washed but went through one of the automatic machines which is pricy for $40 but was fine. The inside though was crazy. The inside was filthy. I attached three photos after I called the staff over twice to give them two more chances to clean it. It was dirtier than when I arrived it seemed. I actually had to go home and wipe it down myself, I wish I took a photo of the wipes so you can see how much filth and dirt was left after spending $50 (with tip) on this car wash. I tried to remedy the issue privately through management but I never heard back after emailing. If you want a good car wash, there is a great one on Market street in Castro (may be appointment only now though) or Touchless on Divisadero is a good experience as well.

People were friendly and helpful, however, after paying $80 for a full wash and hand wax, I returned to my Yukon to find the Nerf bars had not been touched, the hood by the bug shield was caked with dirt, the windows were done so so. The floor mats we're still filthy. After saying something about the deficiencies, they quickly jumped on my old rig and did a great job. I was happy.

So when it comes to auto detailing, this place is a totally affordable and decent location. Don't come here if you have exacting standards for how your $30 detailing should get done, do us all a favor and wash your car at home or pay $150 for a professional cleaning. This place does a pretty efficient job of getting the car cleaned inside and out. I always pay for the platinum or higher, as the baseline price doesn't get you the most thorough cleaning or wax. I've had the full detail done a couple of times and wasn't super impressed, so stick to the normal wash options. Side note, 25 cents off per gallon of gas is a big plus when you get your car washed!

These guys did an awesome job. They were decently priced too compared to other detailers. I got the pre-sale detailing, and they were running a special at the time. They got their vapor vacuum in some spots in the interior I thought it would be impossible to reach. They cleaned the engine too. The outside of the car looks great. Not a spot inside or out that was missed. All of the other cars in the garage looked great too. The employees were very nice. My car was done in a day, no hassles. Only thing is they are cash or check only, so don't forget this when you pick up your car....no credit cards. I would very much recommend this place.

I've been going to this car wash for over 10 yrs. but they are getting very sloppy. Don't go on a busy day you might get a half ass job done - expensive car wash & as I was getting gas noticed the entire right side of my interior was NOT vacuumed - someone only cleaned 1/2 the inside of my car. I'll think twice before I go back.

They missed a few small dirt and soap spots. Auto City is pricey at $42 for the basic car wash, plus additional tip. I remember when this place charged less than $20. I hope that the employees have had their salaries doubled as a result of these steep price increases and that the profits are not going entirely to the owner of this car wash. Like a number of businesses in San Francisco, the few remaining full service car wash stations maintain a monopoly on this service. So it appears they can charge whatever they wish. Anyone know of a more reasonably priced full service car wash in or near San Francisco? If not, I suppose I'll just have my car washed less often.

Should be called the Auto City Car Rinse -- there was no water pressure, so my car basically just got pissed on and came out about as dirty as it went in. Very disappointed; my car came out barely cleaner than when it went in.
