My car was clean at the end, so there's that. Also, because it is actually staffed, everything isn't broken like the unmanned car washes around the city. The price is basically the same as an unmanned wash, to boot, and the process is a bit quicker.

Paid for the $9. Not by any means deluxe, but 8 expected much, much better! We had bird poop on the windshield that didn't come off, bugs on the front bumper and hood that were only partially removed. When the foam was sprayed on, the cloth strips that I'm used to moving back and forth to properly clean were only dragged across the car and definitely only did a second rate job. On the trunk of our small SUV, there was still a lot of wet dirt that this place didn't clean. This is probably the worst excuse of a carwash I have ever seen. Other carwashes I have been to, the attendant has a soapy sponge and puts some elbow grease into it and gets the bugs off first. They also use an automotive squeegee to scrub the windshield clean and then clear the driver's side so you can see to enter the carwash. All of this, plus what this place charges $11 for, at only $10. I'm not arguing the price or what the package includes, but I've never seen an upgraded package not even clean the car! Even the cheapest package should leave the car without dirt or bugs. I would definitely find somewhere else to take your car because this place doesn't clean the whole car.

Doesn't always get my vehicle clean even when I select the best option. My truck is not usually that dirty. Also on my wife's car it tends to miss the back by the license place. Not a big fan.
