Doesnt work & can not get anyone on the phone! We came up here twice today to wash a couple 4 wheelers & spent close to $30.00!! At first "rinse" would work at a high pressure, then all of a sudden it slowed down & started putting soap out with the water along with the brush (all without changing the settings) so we had to START ALL OVER with the rinsing & still couldn't get them rinsed. We finally gave up & went to another wash when I called & called & got no answer. Also, the pressure got even slower on the last 30 seconds of the cycle. Such a rip off!

I actually visited 9/18/2019 because funds were very limited and they offered the $5 supreme wash on Wednesdays. I was charged $10. I called, left a message, but haven't heard from anyone yet. I took pictures right after I called, so they they couldn't say that they don't offer it anymore.

Tokens machine took my $5. You figure I would've learned my lesson after losing a $20 bill a couple of years ago but I didn't. Auto wash doesn't auto wash. There is only one bay on the manual side that has good water pressure.

Wanted to use the touchless wash. Watched 2 cars go through before me. Tried 2 credit cards but it said it couldn't read them. Put in $8 cash then it said OUT OF ORDER. No one in office and no answer on phone. I'm from Maine and heading home tomorrow. I'm sure I'll never see that $8 again.

Put 5 quarter in all I got was some soap had to go to a different stall put more money into get it rinsed

I put $5.00 into the 1st stall and the was NO tire cleaner, NO bug remover and NO soap from the sprayer, there was soap in the brush, but it was filled with mud particles. The vaccum didnt work and there are only 2 lights in the vacuuming area, so not very safe in the evening. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!

I wouldn't give it any stars!! It is not maintained at all its sad that this place robs u of your money!! I used the brushless drive thru, when I got home I had to wash my car myself after spending $8 everytime you go thru the hand wash it always says use brush for soap. I don't want to use the brush it scratches my car. Its a shame that the one in paragould will make your car look like it came off the showroom floor sparkle makes it look like it came from the junkyard. I wouldn't advise anyone to spend their money here. Its a total waste of time and money!!!! No wonder people go out of town to spend money it can't be spent in our home town.

Went to get my car washed at one of the automatic washes. No one in either of the two washes. First one said wash in use, no one ahead of me. Second one was available put $10 bought a Elite Car Wash for $8 got my $2 in change. Then the screen said out of order. Walked over to the office no one working. Called the number and could hear the phone ring in office. Thought maybe it would be forwarded to a manager but not so lucky! Left a message. Will see if I get a return call. Of course I am from out of state! Say goodbye to my $8!
