Not overpriced and does a decent job, though i always have to detail areas that the wash doesn't reach (I drive a '08 fusion). My favorite part are the vacuums. They are on the entire time they are in use with great suction. The shape of the nozzle is more conducive to vacuuming especially in between/under seats. They also offer wash packages where you pay a flat rate and get unlimited washes every month starting at 20 dollars per month for the basic wash.

Seems they have been keeping up with maintenance pretty good lately. I had some grease smeared down my car one day, but I bet that's from someone else's vehicle so that's no their fault. Good wash and excellent free vacs, thanks guys

What a cool car wash did a great Job washing my truck. My black truck looks new now. It has cool bubble affects, neon lights and LEDs. And then it dries it great. Highly recommend trying in this car wash.

My wife took her SUV through there today. Must have been a lot of sand or dirt in the carwash. She came home with her ride covered in fine scratches all over the vehicle, especially over the hood. The scratches appear to only be in the clear coat, but will have to have a buffing job done to remove them. Very angry and dissatisfied. Now, a few dollars for a car wash will cost me who knows what to remove the scratches left behind. Will NOT be going back.

I think this is the BEST drive thru car wash EVER!! It's a little pricey, but worth it. I would love for Osceola to get something like this! The car wash here...or the lack thereof, is HORRIBLE!! Nothing works, the water has no power, it's as if you've hooked up a water hose from your home! A Rhyno Car Wash would be BOMB!!

Only went here to vacuum out the car. The vacuums are really strong! I ended up accidentally sucking up a pencil, but I figured if I wanted it that badly I wouldn't have left it in the floorboard.

Always nice people and never too much of a wait. Pull up and put it in neutral. Vacuums available for use afterwards which is always included in the price of the car wash.

Terrible customer service at rhyno in Jonesboro! Went one time and it broke my antenna off. Called multiple times and messaged on Facebook and could never get in touch. Finally went back to speak to them in person and filled out an incident report. I was told the manager would contact me within a day or two. It has been weeks now and I was never contacted and the issue was never addressed. Facebook messages have been read and ignored and all other attempts to get in contact have been disregarded. Go to team clean! Same price for a much better wash with better service!

I attempted to get a car wash earlier today, and when we pulled up, the rollers that guide the car through the wash had a problem which halted the line. The worker came up and reported that it would take some time to repair the rollers and provided a voucher for a 6 dollar car wash that was only good for today. I notified him that I do not live here and requested to get my money back, which he replied that he could not do that. When asked if I could speak to the manager, he replied that the manager would be back on Monday, which I reminded him that I am not from here. All he said was that he couldn't do anything else for me. This was unprofessional, and with the circumstance, they should have offered a refund for the wash I bought and did not receive.

Took my brand new car thru here less than a week after buying it and ended up with scratches on the drivers side hood, above the drivers door and above the back drivers side door, we went back and filled out a claim form and employee took pictures on a Sunday, someone called me a day or two later saying he would review the video and call me back and never heard back. This $11 car wash cost me $11 plus $122 to have a brand new car wet sanded and I still have a few scratches and two slight indentions in my car. Needless to say I will not be back and I do not recommend this car wash due to the fact they did not take responsibility for damage to my new car.

Had been wash user several times a week and was satisfied till today. Went thru the wash and noticed that attendants did not use spray gun on left side of vehicle. After the wash I still had mud on the left side of my vehicle. Parked at the vacuums and walked back and complained about the wash job. Was told the spray gun on left side didn't work and they would not rewash. Asked for the managers name and phone number and was told they would not give it out... Glad there are other carwashes coming to town.

its an automatic car-wash so its not going to be perfect. but if your looking to get a car clean quickly this is the place not to mention the free vacuums that are provided that makes up for a lot. also free air fresheners are given out on Fridays with a wash

I could have got a better wash for $2 at a self wash, but instead I paid $15. Save your money and frustration and just go some where else. I still had dirt on the roof of my car, my trunk, and not to mention whatever they sprayed on my windshield left some kind of film making it harder to see.
