Just had the person in front of us reverse and slam into our car. Bentonville Police are on their way - but the management here at Castle Bay in Bentonville can't handle us being in the way of a possible buck. Even though NO ONE has gotten behind us in line - the Castle Bay Management has aggressively asked us twice in 2 minutes to move. Didn't ask us if we were ok - just demanded that we move. Very disappointed in how they handled a stressful incident.

Vacuum doesn't last long enough to do entire vehicle. Can't get vehicle clean with self wash but the auto wash on far end is great.

Paid for my auto wash, received my receipt, wash did not start. I was there at noon on a beautiful Saturday and not a person on site. Carwash was crazy busy. I had to leave a message... we will see if anyone returns my call. Poor service when auto washes are popping up everywhere!

My favorite NWA manual car wash. We have a few nice auto washes these days, but if you appreciate the ability to do it yourself with all the tools, this is the spot. Great vacuums. Solid sprayers. Fair prices.

Been coming here for a few years, but not anymore. The car wash has put in place individual credit card readers on each station now. Now it is completely ridiculous on how much time is given when swiping your card. I used the vacuum once for 4 1/2 minutes and the car wash once for another 4 1/2 minutes, which said I was charged $2.50 for. Afterwards, I discovered I was charged a total of $18, which should have been a total of $5 for both stations used. Totally unacceptable

A good alternative to the automatic Boomerang chain of car washes in the area. Definitely come here if you have alot of dirt or bugs you need to clean off as the automatic car washes don't do a good job of scrubbing those off. Same as previous user, not very long vacuum times.

This place has great vacuums! I’ve never had a problem with a machine not working! The no touch car wash is great. So is the do it yourself one! The hoses are always hung up properly so you’re not tangled up in them! There has always been someone there ... when it’s super busy they help direct traffic for cars going through automatic washers. Usually always packed on sunny days! So be prepared to wait a little!
