Does a pretty good job. But if you have a dark vehicle with lots of road grime, it won't get it all. But that's the same with pretty much all car washes around here.

It does an okay job at getting your car clean. Seems like it always misses the back and hardly ever gets all the bugs off the windshield. For $13 for the ultimate I expect it to come out clean and my tires shiny.

The car wash knocked over the gas door cover (no big deal at all honestly) when I called the manager to ask if it was there before I drove 20 miles back to get it, the manager text me and said they were on another line(again no big deal) . Told them my issue they responded with the crew working said there was no cover there. I was already almost there since it took forever to respond and when I pulled in the same crew went and grabbed it from the bay she helped me greatly . The manager had never asked them and just lied to me. Neither of the crew members had been asked to look for it by anyone until I got there. Shady management. B

Really liked it. Great monthly plan, for $35 a month you get unlimited $20 washes and the vacuums always free with any wash. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it missed a spot on the front of my wife's car.

First time ever using one of these places. Was greeted at the front by a woman who gave me a complementary towel and info card and went over their $35 a month plan which allows you as many of the $20 washes as you want at any location. Good deal honestly, though I just went with the normal $20. She guided me into the wash bay gave me a few instructions and away I went through the wash. Over all for an automated carwash it did really well. The truck came out clean and shiny. The only reason I gave 4 was due to it missing a good chunk of the tree sap onto of my roof. Other than that it did excellent.

Do not waste your money with this business! After being a member for years in Fort Smith I finally Threw in the towel and called it quits! The Managers are a joke and could care less! Even the young employees working there said they treat them like trash! Its sad to see corporate come in and destroy a good business! The Female Manager that claimed she was a regional manager is a joke! They don't have a facebook or google account at the Fort Smith locations because they know they will get bad reviews! When I asked about them the manager said it was against their policy to have social media or google! HAH Will tell everyone I know to not use this business!

AGood place for a wash watch out if you sign up for monthly washes they don't tell you up front that it automatically renews but they took it off when we asked free vacuums

So far I'm not happy with this company , I was not told it would be 35 dollars taken from my bank account every month ,so I called the company and talk with a man from there , he said it was taken care of and low and behold anotherv35vdollars was taken out again ! There is an absolute problem here !

I love the free vacuuming here. They even have compressed air for cleaning out the little crevices in the dash and other places. The staff is a little dry, but can you really blame them...it is hot outside. The wash is fairly good, not as good as a hand wash but good enough. I go there every other wash.

Washes ok, but a bit overpriced. Not as good as hand wash and brushes leave swirl marks on premium paint job.

I was vaccuming out my moms van, when i had a really rude employee approach my sister and i yesterday. We had never came to this car wash before. Which mean we didnt know anything about the "monthly plans" that i read about in the other reviews. He could've been more polite though. This guy told us we couldnt use the FREE VACUUMS without going through the car wash FIRST! Not only that but i hang the hose up and im like "Why does it say free?" He had already talked to my sister before i heard because i had the vacuum, she tells me what he says. Which was "You can not just use our vacuums with going through the car wash FIRST!!!" ( He was Very Rude and Snappy!) She replies with (what if i wanted vacuum my car out & then go through the car wash, so i can just drive off ?) He replies "WELL IT JUST DOESNT WORK THAT WAY HERE!!" (Being even ruder) So at that point she told me what was going on. If i could rate NO stars i would. Im not happy with my first attempt to try a new place. WHY IN THE WORLD DOES YOUR SIGN SAY FREE VACUUMS? *UNPLEASED ABOUT YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES! *IM NEVER COMING BACK REMEMBER WHEN YOU GET AWFUL REVIEWS ITS BECAUSE YOUR FALSE ADVERTISING!
