It is a good car wash, but not brushless, so I do worry that it may have a negative effect on my car's paint job. Get the $35 monthly service and go once a week. As for the vacuumes, some work and others don't... Good luck?

After a long day of working a day camp with gravel roads, my friend and i took our car to this car wash. Assuming it would be an easy process, we rolled up and started doing what the employees told us to. However, there was an unbelievably rude woman who made it seem like the world was ending when we went too far to the left than what she motioned for us to do. She made us roll down the window just so that she ask, with an snarky attitude, if we had ever been there - proceeding to scoff when we said no. This has been the worst experiences I’ve ever had with rude employees. I would give zero stars if i could. Hopefully you can have a meeting with this woman and figure out where all this insecurity is coming from. I’m sorry you have to deal with her on a daily basis.

I like the fast pass. There have been a few bad weather days and I can swing in any time I like at any location in town and reasonable.

I was the only customer this morning and the female employee asked me “did you pay for a car wash?” as I’m wiping down my vehicle with their provided cloth! Won’t be coming back... the one on Summer Ave. does a better job anyway.

Key factors, its a holiday and there are multiple cars here in line, who had already paid. Dillion or whatever his name is is talking to a client who is ahead of everyone else. Hasn't rinsed his car so that it can be washed. He is holding up the line as if the clients time is not important. Completely unprofessional. If you want to have a conversation with a client why dont you wait until his car is washed.
