Price has gone from 5 to 7 dollars for a normal wash the difference isn't much but as the price has gone up the "free vacuums" suction has gone down I do like their air fresheners though

The service & car washes are good especially compared to others in Memphis. I once thought that it put a swirl on an old vehicle that I had but I got a chance to speak with the gm which explained a lot to me & even buffed the spot out which was probably had been covered with wax.

The machine was out of change , so I had to ask one of the workers to locate the manager. To give me back my change; which took a minute, no complaint. I asked the manager, if he could then get the worker to brush my bumper and windsheid...due to it was never done. He proceeded to brush my hood which has never been done before in the entirety of the year; this location has been open. I've been going their so I asked him to stop cause, I didn't want him to damage my vehicle and he stated that had been for the policy for 9 years or more, they've have never done it until that one time, but I still declined and he got an attitude and stuck the brush that he was using on the car in my face trying to argue the point so I feel highly disrespected and will never patronize this business again!!!!!!!!

The older gentleman directing the car wash was incredibly rude, extremely brusque, condescending and unfriendly. I'm not sure how someone can manage to leave such a poor impression in such a short amount of time but he managed to do so. I will not be coming back here.

I'm disappointed with the service provided at USA car wash. When entering the wash bay the service attended only sprays prewash on the driver's side of vehicle and the roller brushes will not clean the hood of my vehicle.

Excellent service!! Definitely one of the best car wash spots in the East Memphis area. Staff is friendly and will get you in and out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Googoo Car Wash to anyone looking for a permanent car wash solution if you're not into doing it yourself.
