Will not be using this car wash ever again. On the day of January 25, 2019 I decided I would clean my car but that was a bad idea. After leaving the automatic car wash I noticed my antenna hanging off the side of my car. Definitely was not happy about that but even more upsetting was when I noticed a crack in my windshield that was not there before. I had to be at work so I did not go straight to the workers but I called them that following Monday because I didn't pay for a cracked windshield I payed to have my car cleaned. The owner seemed very friendly and wanted me to come in with my information and he would take a look at my car. As he was looking at my car we noticed pings the whole way down my windshield like the roller in the carwash was hitting as it rolled down my windshield. It was very clear that his car wash was the reason for these cracks. He refuses to admit fault and claimed his car wash would not have done this. Just save your money and car and go somewhere else.

Does a fair job with a dirty truck. Pretty quick to get into & through. Best choice on Central Avenue for a quick $10.00 wash. Might be a good choice for their monthly - unlimited wash special. Particularly in the warmer months.

I visited the Central Avenue location Sunday morning, July 21 and bought the $14.00 wash. It was very hot that morning, so the car dried very quickly with the blowers. As usual, I used the towel provided to completely dry the windshield afterwards. This morning there was dew on the car and as I tried to dry it before my commute, I noticed extreme streaking on the front and rear glass. It will not come off. I have called and the manager was left a message to call me. I hope to go by there today to determine whether it's wax or harsh soap that has damaged the glass.

What an awesome car wash! It's a "tunnel" type carwash which I think does the best job especially compared to the carwashes in the gas stations. Basic wash is $7, great value.

"They are always understaffed and the wash sometimes doesn't clean the rear of vehicles." This is the review I posted a little over a week ago. I WAS an employee here but today on Febuary 16th my manager saw that I had posted this review stating that we are often understaffed as well as stating the wash does not always clean the rear of vehicles and so he denied my promotion I was promised when I was hired as well as cut my hours so I was scheduled no more than 3 days a week. I asked him to reconsider because I need as many hours as I can get as my father currently has cancer and I was told he couldn't do anything because I was "making the company look bad" I am very displeased with this place and I am very displeased with the manager, Tracy Pate. I have been a good employee here and its pretty messed up that you can cheat someone out of a promotion/work days all because they have an opinion. I had no idea that employees didn't have a right to freedom of speech or even a simple opinion for that matter. So, for anyone wondering THATS the kind of place Car Wash USA is. Best of luck!!

As a former operator I was disappointed with the finished product. The facilities are clean and the air at the vacuums are a nice touch. However I bought the $20 Polymer Pro wash and they don't put any chemistry on the vehicles. What foam was created was wet and runny. Came in with a dirty car and left with a dirty car! Also it's hard to vacuum with crevice tools.

My 2017 Nissan Armada went through Car Wash Express USA at 4121 Central Avenue on 1/20/18 at approx. 2:30 pm.. During the last part of the wash, I heard noises leading me to suspect possible damage. Upon inspection immediately afterwards, I noticed new paint chips on my hood, sides panels, all four doors and significant damage to back passenger door with 2 dents (see photo). The manager denied my claim despite a review of their video. Their video does not reveal the damage before I entered the car wash. The local manager was very professional in assisting me with filing a claim, but unfortunately his manager denied it; therefore, leaving me to seek legal compensation. Estimated total damages ~$3,200. I would not use this car wash without taking your own "before" photos.

Horrible experience ! Payed for the Polymer Pro..our van was still filthy..no triple foam..wheels were barely cleaned..ZERO tire shine..water pressure was so high it blew through the door seal on drivers side..noticed new scratches on the hood above the grill..but hey, I did get a free towel. I am more than familiar with the drive thru automatic wash facilities. Use them in our town. That being said, I am not from Hot Spring but we visit often. I will never return. Come to think of it, the SUV in front of us returned to the gate. Had I knew it was this bad I would have also spoken to a manager.

Got to this location a little before closing. Attendant shut off vacuum's when I was in the middle of cleaning out my car. I will take my business elsewhere next time

Pretty decent car wash. I did the $10 super wash which includes wheel cleaner and triple foam polish and it did what it promised. The vacuum area is very spacious and you got 2 vacuums (one on the left and one on the right) for yourself. Some places you have to share the vacuums with the neighbor. And it’s very powerful.

Do not waste your money with this business! After being a member for years in Fort Smith I finally Threw in the towel and called it quits! The Managers are a joke and could care less! Even the young employees working there said they treat them like trash! Its sad to see corporate come in and destroy a good business! The Female Manager that claimed she was a regional manager is a joke! They don't have a facebook or google account at the Fort Smith locations because they know they will get bad reviews! When I asked about them the manager said it was against their policy to have social media or google! HAH Will tell everyone I know to not use this business!

Very new equipment, drive thru cleaned very well. Vacuum actually has good suction unlike most of these types of car washes. They give you a drying towel and also have air nozzles for blowing debris from those hard to get to crevices.

Best car wash in town. Hands down without question if you are looking for value and a great car wash. I use what is called a quick pass it is a RFID sticker on the front of my windshield that allows me to immediately go straight to the front of the car wash without having to put money or authorize a credit card. This company has two facilities in the greater Hot Springs area and for $35 a month I can have unlimited washes at both offices one on Albert Pike and the other on the other side of town on Central Avenue. I've always used the Albert Pike branch as it is close to my house it is the traditional drive up car wash in every way they will be renovating it soon to mirror there Central Avenue store which is a beautiful work of art. The Albert Pike branch has the traditional vacuums that are noisy but free and most people pull up clean their car and a lot of them do not pay for a car wash which is wrong. The new Central Avenue branch is set up to where you cannot enter the vacuum area without having paid for a car wash. This blocks the Riff Raff from utilizing the free vacuums and then not paying. The company is fantastic they usually have three workers one will hand you a towel to dry your car from what little bit the air drying doesn't take care of then the others will guide you in pre-rinse your car and then the car funnel takes care of the rest then after you exit the blow dryer you move to the vacuum and detail area what makes it a work of art is the actual vacuums R A self-contained system that is completely separate and distance from your vehicle and therefore it is quiet all you hear is the sound of air being sucked into the tube no noisy Motors the same goes for there compressor is hidden locked in a room somewhere where you don't even know and then they run hose all over and you all you hear is the sound of air as you squeeze the nozzle it is very nice and tranquil to not hear noisy Motors and noisy compressors. Not to mention there is zero way of losing suction because it's one interconnected system it either works or it doesn't it's either on or it's off. The Albert Pike Branch does not offer air compressor to be able to blow the dust out of your air conditioning vents some people use it to blow air on something under their Hood others will even use it to finish drying their car from the miniscule specs of water that are left. Tracy is the manager and he will make sure you are taken care of my mother is a real estate agent and she can literally have her car washed 15 or 20 times a day if she wants to obviously I make sure she keeps a good coat of synthetic wax but otherwise driving a black SUV no matter what side of town she is on she can always take 5 minutes and run through the carwash maybe quickly vacuum up what little has occurred since the last vacuuming and she's on her way with a perfectly clean office. In the past it cost $20 per visit do the math they're the best in Hot Springs but you do have to do the vacuuming and detailing yourself unlike mr. Speedy or their new name Big Splash. Where you will spend easily $100 after tips to have someone do the exact same thing to your car but they vacuum it and they detail it for you and that's $100 every single visit. Come pollen season like it's in right now on my way to work I get my car washed on the Albert Pike branch I don't vacuum on this side of town Midway through the day on a run to the bank or lunch break I go through and have another car wash always being mindful to keep my car waxed this place is perfection of the car wash system and their Staffing is top-notch to boot very nice very professional.

Drove up at 6:15 pm to get a car wash and they were closed. Their website said they were supposed to be open till 7:00pm! I called and they said they close earlier in the winter but there was no mention of that on their website. I noticed in the reviews the same thing happened to someone back in September. Guess they have really long winters around here?!? Kind of hard to get your moneys worth out of a fast pass unlimited wash if you can’t even get a car wash during regular business hours! Can’t say that I could recommend the fast pass to anyone. Better pay as you go....... if you’re lucky enough to catch them when they’re open!!!!!!!!!

Vacuums are great, but the huge scratch down the bed of my truck and the gouge in my fender were not worth the trouble. I'm not driving a jacked up huge truck either. I've been through tons of brush car washes without an issue but will not be attempting it again any time soon. If you own a truck STAY AWAY!!
