It did a good job on the outside of the car. I tried two free vacuums and both were plugged. I unplugged one myself since there was only one person working there. This is also the first car wash place that I have seen that did not have some sort of retail establishment associated with it. It did do a good job at the car wash though, and I guess that is the main point of going there.

First and last time spending $20 for a car wash/wax. Still had to hand scrub the bugs off from an out of town trip. Usually spend less than $10 for the same wash. Thought it would be better for getting off the bugs, BUT NAH! Waste of money!!!

Car Wash USA is a great place to get your car washed and vacuumed. My car was extra dirty so I needed to go through twice. Moreover, I feel safe and secure when visiting the Elvis Presley location. The management and staff are very pleasant and accommodating. 5 STARS!!!!!

I use to love everything about this place but today on (6/13/2019@4:42) I mention to the young staff member of an issue that I discovered after taken my car through. Which was no tire shine was reflecting was appearing /spots still on my vehicle..keep in mind I have the highest membership package . He advised me to take my vehicle back through which I did (same issue). At this time I requested to speak to the manager on duty. He tells me the manager busy and I could pay for some tire shine packs and windows packs. I better not after having a monthly membership which suppose to cover all aspects I mention above. Luckily another staff member walked up and I advise him of the issue. He stated next time I come to ask for him and if I have the issue then he would handle it. However, I don’t think I will be returning to this location 3419 Elvis Presley Rd due to this situation.
