This car wash is awesome. They gave out free car washes the first few days because they were still tuning the equipment. It has rubber brushes, so it won't scratch your paint, and the poly shine actually works against rain. 35 bucks a month for unlimited washes, and free vacuums that actually work. They also have different sized nozzles for hard to reach/stubborn spots. If you don't like the tire shine, or don't need it for one wash, just ask and they will turn it off. Rich is an awesome guy, and you should go here for all of your car washes.

I get my car washed here all the time. They have different monthly packages so you can go as much as you like. The vaccums are free if you buy a car wash and you don't have to get a token like the other car wash in town. Highly recommended.

I give it 3 stars only bc it was free that day, it came out looking almost the same...covered in pollen. Vacuums were great though.

One of the best places in Conway. Good wash overall, just make sure if your car is extra dirty to go through and give it a good pre wash first.

Do not waste your money with this business! After being a member for years in Fort Smith I finally Threw in the towel and called it quits! The Managers are a joke and could care less! Even the young employees working there said they treat them like trash! Its sad to see corporate come in and destroy a good business! The Female Manager that claimed she was a regional manager is a joke! They don't have a facebook or google account at the Fort Smith locations because they know they will get bad reviews! When I asked about them the manager said it was against their policy to have social media or google! HAH Will tell everyone I know to not use this business!

I went during a week of free car washes. I didnt understand when I first pulled up but an accociate came up and helped me and got my free one rang up. The lowest the car washes went was 3$. Which is amazing for a drive through. I was handed two very large drying towels for when I was done with the wash. And then with a wash vacuums are complimentary!!! Which is SO GREAT. it was cold so I didnt do much drying except my mirrors and quickly vacuumed with great suction. Will definitely return.

Great employee's (all 2 of them) at this location! Really friendly and dont try to just move you along as some do. They have personality! And, it stays super clean. While I was vacuuming, one employee was changing out trash bins and then quickly moved right on to blowing off parking lot and adjacent areas.

They don't warn you that once you enter the long driveway you can either back out or pay the min $5 Basic drive thru car wash to get through to the HEAVILY ADVERTISED free vacuums (why I went). The car wash was ehh but free vacuums were nice. 3 stars because I'm still bitter I had no option but to buy a car wash due to the car that pulled in behind me. Grandpa was right, nothing is free.

I had the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I am a regular customer at this location. I got my car washed before a weekend roadtrip. After leaving the location I stopped at the gas station to fuel up before hitting the road. As I was fueling I noticed brown spots all over my vehicle. I attempted to wipe them off, cut the stains would not come out of the paint. I drove back to the location to speake to someone about the spots. I pulled back up to the kiosk where I explained my situation to the guy standing there. He immediately dismissed what I was telling him about the brown spots. He said there is nothing brown in the carwash to cause it and no other car had that issue. I explained to him that I literally just left the location and the spots were definitely not there before I went into the carwash. He became extremely argumentative with me and continued to insist it didn't happen there. He said you can run it back through to see if it would come off, so I asked him what if it didn't come off? He basically said that's too bad if it didn't come off. I asked to speak to a manager at that point. I spoke to the acting manager who was very professional and helped me fill out an incident report. I asked him for the name of the guy arguing with me. He stated the man's name was Corey and he worked at the main office. If this guy is a representative from the main office, I will never frequent this business again if that's how a representative from corporate treats a customer. I am still awaiting a call from someone to speak to regarding the damage to my vehicle and to discuss how I was treated by Corey during my visit.

The car wash works well. What i love is being able to vacuum my car at no extra charge. Other places in town make you pay extra, but not here. So nice.
