Automatic car was didn't clean car, they sprayed bleach on my bumper and sent me back through. Now my bumper is splotchy . I should sue.

The vacuums are good and free with the purchase of a wash, but a $14 car wash lasted no more than 45 seconds. It spent more time drying my car off than it did washing it. The outside of my car was just as dirty when I left, as it was when I got there, and the windows were worse. They offer a paint protectant in their $21 package. That would be the only reason to go there, but your car needs to be clean when you get there.

Quick and thorough.I typically get the cheapie wash, but I got the $20 super wash once and was surprised how much better it is. If you get he good wash I recommend rubbing in tire spray get out of the wash as it tends to streak otherwise.

I go very frequent but I was very unpleased by a older guy (I believe his name was Leaf or so) working on how rude and ignorant he was. I was trying to put my Vehicle into Neutral but it wouldn't go into neutral since on my vehicle its hard to do so. So he was pretty much screaming at me and ticked off. Lucky one of my favorite workers was there ( Jesus ) always very polite and caring. He stopped the machines and helped me with my Vehicle.

Do not waste your money with this business! After being a member for years in Fort Smith I finally Threw in the towel and called it quits! The Managers are a joke and could care less! Even the young employees working there said they treat them like trash! Its sad to see corporate come in and destroy a good business! The Female Manager that claimed she was a regional manager is a joke! They don't have a facebook or google account at the Fort Smith locations because they know they will get bad reviews! When I asked about them the manager said it was against their policy to have social media or google! HAH Will tell everyone I know to not use this business!

Needs some work but still great with the other two sister shops.... Update: Your vacuums are good and BEFORE the wash cycle, that said your wash is too harsh. Central is just right. There are many of us that pay GOOD money for the Express pass and love it but your nozels need cleaning and purging, the dryer isn't as good as Airport but since vacuuming is already done it's fine. Both lanes and readers should be open always. Especially at 11am on a sunny weekday.... That's my reason for 4 stars. I want Albert Pike to be the best in Hot Springs but Central is the leader followed by a tie for Airport and Albert Pike Airport is 4 stars as well. Hope this helps! Still love you.

Really nice place... Really clean, free vacuuming, I get the $10 wash but it rarely cleans my Mercedes Benz wheels so I generally have to run it back thru but they are Cool about it and let me run it again which generally fixes it
