Terrible,they knocked off my rain guard around my sun roof which was fine but she refused to clean around it,I was talked to like a dog called nasty names in front of my grandchild and when asked to talk with the owner both women told me they were the owners,when I went to O'Reilly down road to get tape for my rain guard I was told it was owned by a guy named chris. These two should be fired!!!

They do a decent job, though I’ve been disappointed a few times they don’t wipe down interior door panels with visible mud splatters showing. I’m unable to bend and twist the way most of the good cleaning techniques require, so I do appreciate this full service car cleaning facility.

They do a great job and having a clean car makes you feel good! The owner is always sweet and friendly even when she's hot and tired. I gave a 4 star rating because the vacuum dept doesn't always catch everything. But overall you will be satisfied with the job they do.

Boss’ birthday?! Drove all the way from Cherokee Village because the company website said open until 4 pm. Pulled into their lot at 3:21pm and told closed. Called to make sure and informed that business closed early today for “boss’ birthday and will not open back up until 8 am Monday” This is how to fail in business 101. I won’t be back.

I live in Omaha but travel to Mtn Home frequently. This place is great! I have a large dog that sheds and brings in a lot of mud. They do an extremely better job than any place in Omaha. They probably cringe when they see the inside of my 4Runner, but every time I drive away I'm impressed. Thanks to all the staff and management .

They do an awful job.I paid for a full detail. My door jams were still dirty,windows were not cleaned well, and tire rims were still dirty. They are very nice when you set your appointment and pay ahead of time. Don't dare complain Owner is very aggressive and argumentative . I will never go back!!

Wasn't impressed with the detailing. I opened up the passenger door and saw a water bottle under the seat that had not been removed. The rest of the car was clean and the leather seats had been treated. Probably won't go again if they simply can't clean out trash.

Use this place all the time the last time car windshield was dirty still on the inside some how they missed one side in the back with the vacuum. I always tip expecting a good job done. This time I was very disappointed.
