Took my truck to Romeos today to get a better clean than the drive thru washes. Drove up to vacuums and the friendly attendant gave me choices for a wash. I chose the $35 wash. Walked inside to pay and the associate at the counter was semi friendly. I paid, picked out an air freshener which is a joke....and went outside to wait for my truck. The time it took to finish the job was reasonable for the amount of cars there. And I didnt mind waiting because inwanted them to do it right. Everything up to that point seemed fine. They finished, I tipped the guy and got in my truck. First off there was water on my vents and leather dash from what i guess is the guy spraying down the dash to wipe down. That is an incredibly stupid way to wipe down a leather dash. I cant believe they would do this. The center console was not wiped down and cleaned. I had to clean it. The floor mats were not even vacuumed. They removed them to vacuum under the rubber mats and put them back in the truck. They didnt even vacuum the rubber mats. On the outside: There are bugs still on my mirrors and front grill. Now these arent hardened on bugs, they can wife off but they didnt do this. There are water spots all over the truck. On the hood, the doors, quarter panels and tailgate. Yes it was enough water spots to where I will have to spend time making it right. The side mirrors were not cleaned properly. Water spots and dirt spots still on the mirrors. My running boards were not cleaned. They didnt evennwipe them down. Still dirt on them and the chrome part of the running board has water spots. Now your probably asking why didnt get the manager. Well I made time in my schedule to get the truck washed and by the time they were done it was time for my next appt. Now when I spend $35 for a truck wash, which is very high for the service rendered, because I expect my truck to come out clean. No water spots, no bugs, and the inside cleaned with no water or spray inside. I hope the spray they used inside did not have any harsh chemicals that will harm my leather. The truck was not done to my satisfaction at all and I would venture to guess if the owner of Romeos saw the finished product they would be ashamed of the job their employees did. I hope that this review will help the management meet with the employees and help them understand the importance of putting out a respectable product for the price paid. $35 is a lot for a car wash. I dont believe they would return your money for a terrible job. I will not be returning to any Romeos establishments due to this experience. This review is not to bash the business, merely a factual experience which I hope will foster a better finished product for future customers. 2 Stars for the decent staff. If they were not friendly it would be a 1 Star.

Went there to get my car washed, the actual wash took 15 minutes. Once it got to the drying area it took them over 45 minutes to get started on it, this is after i had to let the guy pulling the cars out of the washer. I let him know that I had been waiting for a while and had noticed he had taken care of other cars that had just been pulled up. After this experience I think l will start using the mobile car wash and it's the ane price, but on my time.

They do a really good job no matter what wash you pick but I personally always pick the number 5 because every of should take pride in their ride if you can spend money on fatty fast food you can wash your car.

These guys did a good job. My new car was filthy from being in and out of the field. I would have liked to see them do a quick wash off of my front rubber floor mats, they only vacuumed them and someone forgot to wipe down my back strip of chrome so there were water spots all over it. If those two things had been done I would give them 5 stars

I would have given a zero if I could. Waiting an hour and 45 minutes is ridiculous especially when they take other newer vehicles before yours. I do not blame the employees. I blame management and the owners. It is obvious to anyone who runs a business that you do not have enough help to provide good timely service. I have lived her for 15 years and never had a bad experience at Romeos it is a shame the way things have changed. Paid $40.00 dollars to have outside and inside washed and cleaned. You have permanently lost my business. For the cost and time you wasted I can do it myself.

DO NOT GET YOUR TINT DONE HERE. Have dirt on every single window. My back window is still wavy and not properly installed. Left water marks al inside my brand new car. They flooded my trunk with my Amplifier in it and tried to cover it up but left standing water in my trunk that lasted a couple hours in the Yuma heat. Instead of redue it they want to strip the tint and give me my money back. I refused to let them touch my car again. 3.5 average review should be much lower.

Romeos car wash has always taken care of my family's cars and we have never been let down. The inside is clean and inviting, their bathrooms are immaculate, the cashier is so courteous, and their workers bust their asses to clean your car. Thanks guys, we won't go anywhere else despite living in the foothills

Was there for an 1:45. Still had dirty spots on my vehicle, was not properly vacuumed, seats were pushed all the way forward with floor mats bunched under the seats. Wouldn't have minded the wait if my vehicle was cleaned better than it was.

SUPER disappointed in the car wash I received. I got there at 5:40 and before I could even roll my window all the way down they shouted "we are only accepting exterior washes we close soon". Then I SPECIFICALLY asked them to pressure wash the undercarriage of my car because I had been mudding. My car was poorly washed and the undercarriage of my car was NOT sprayed down. I get that it was twenty minutes to closing, but I had just gotten off work and that's when I made it. Piss poor performance guys.

There are two Romeo Car Wash establishments in Yuma, Arizona. This is the first I've been too, and I am happy to report that this is a full service car was, unlike many of the limited number of car wash places in Yuma that are not full service and charge customers as if they are. Anyhow, this particular car wash is clean. The service on a Thursday mid afternoon was fairly expedient and decent, and the staff was friendly and professional. I rate it four stars because their prices are overpriced for the quality of average service performed; just a personal opinion. Overall it's a good place to get a full service wash.

I understand the importance to use and support our local business community, but ive been to this place on three different occasions. With each visit i experienced extremely long wait times. The excuse is always that we're under staff personnel working today. I arrived at this establishment and was the 4th car in line for vacuum cleaning, they were cleaning 2 out of the three cars on arrival. I proceed in to pay an took a seat out side to wait. I noticed another one 4 cars outside in the dry off area waiting for wipe off. I also noticed that they only had three staff members trying to operate the business. I continue to see people arriving complaining about their cars which would pull the limited staff to fix such issues. You can guess what this practice does for time as we the customers wait patiently for our cars. If you dont mine 1 1/2 -2 1/2 hour wait times , this is your place Yuma!!!!!

One star is actually too much for this car wash. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself. Every time that I have gone I have paid close to $40 and have pulled of pissed. Can you tell me how you completely miss cleaning the inside of the vehicle, or wiping the windows or the doors? I mean that is a part of cleaning a vehicle and especially when I pay $35. Handicapped people in wheelchairs with no arms could probably do a better job than this car wash. When you go to complain the manager acts like your complaint isn't of urgency and it's no big deal of a problem. I ask for money back and was told "We don't give money back or credits. You can stand here and wait another 20 mins or so for us to fix it". Um wrong answer I have already been standing here for an hour and 15mins. They offer NO military, senior, or just because discounts but yet quick to take your money. Worst car wash and customer service ever.

Excellent service and a great value. My wife recently traveled over 3000 miles with our dog in her car and it showed. For $23 the crew at Romeos made it look like new again. Hand dried not just the exterior but the inside and the door jams, blew out all the water from the mirrors and crevices with compressed air and washed every bit of glass. Will definitely bring my vehicles here on a regular basis. Of note, this thorough process took about an hour but I challenge anyone else to get your vehicle this clean in less time.

I bought a new car from Alexander Toyota. They took it there to have the Windows tinted. In less than a year and half the tint became very light. Now I am getting them redone. Would not recommend this place for window tinting.

Slow ... slow ... slow. The workers at Romeo's are the least motivated, most disorganized I've ever experienced. While visiting Yuma, I took my parents car there at 3 PM on Saturday for the basic $15 interior/exterior wash package and it took 90 minutes before the car was finally ready to go.

They are okay, but not what I expected when I had my car detailed for $150. When I told them about some of the things that were missed he said part of it they don't do and I would have to bring it back to have the rest redone which meant I would have to wait in line. So did it myself

Best car wash in Yuma hands down. Customer service is good. Got my windows tinted here and in less than a year started to bubble. As long as you have your paperwork (keep the paperwork) for your tints. The guys there actually hooked me up and replaced the windows that were bubbling. Free of charge and I didn't have my papers with me. I consider myself a regular here so I'm sure they know what my car looks like. The only issue I have although this is the place to bring your car is that there should be more time spent on these cars for drying them when out of the car wash. As soon as I begin driving which is to be expected. Water is dripping from my trunk and side view mirrors and in Arizona that sand sticks to it and it looks nasty. But other than that I'm pretty satisfied. Also beware that I think that the brushes on the machine that was your car may or may not be chipping at the paint. I've noticed chips here n there and I know I don't drive my car anywhere through rough conditions ect. The wait times are extremely long however. More employees might be needed as I've waitied for 1 hour and longer for my car at times. If I'm paying $38.00 for their premium wash I expect it to be premium. It's not a detail but damn that's a lot of money to not have your car looking pretty good compared to a $7.00 wash. But still a good place to wash your car.

I have pulled all my vehicles from visiting Romeos Car wash. They knowingly DAMAGED two of my vehicles causing MAJOR battery and electrical issues and do not want to do anything about it. Daniel said he was going to speak to his boss, as of today, a month later, still no phone call. I then send a bill to cover just 2 battery's and the secretary there said "Take them back, I have nothing to do with this". Talk about customer service right?

Caused permanent damage to my vehicle by either not using a quality water filter or using chemicals that react with heat. Auto body shop quoted at near $700 to paint over, says they have seen similar damage coming from Romeos. My car was fine when I got there, came out damaged. Read a yelp review that said the exact same thing. Wonder how many other people have experienced this?

It was a great clean. But they said they would be done be 530. This gave them over 3 hours. I get there at 530 and it takes another half hour. I had to cancel dinner plans. I understand it takes a while. Tell me 6 then.

I paid $149 to have my car "detailed" but the water stains left behind are just awful. I will admit my car looks better than it did before but now the seats are water stained. They had my car for 6 hours the end results was not what I expected. I will not be bringing my car back.

Definitely looking forward to my next visit here. They cleaned the interior of my car so well, it was like I had picked it from the factory they day my car was built. They did an amazing job at shampooing the back seat from spilled milk (sat there for about 4 days, in yuma heat). Can say I had a great first time with them. Oh and their waiting room is comfortable, my car took about 2.5 hours, nice nap on the couch.

I did not read all the negative reviews before bringing my 2015 MDX to Romeos. I'm glad I didn't. They did a great job detailing my car. I had hard water spots from being parked by sprinklers for a week that wouldn't come off with a regular wash. They got all the spots out and my car looked beautiful inside and out.

They have horrible service they didn’t vacuum my seats, they didn’t wipe down correctly, they basically did a half ass job. So disappointed will never go back again. You can call a mobile car wash service and they will come to you and wash your car better. I’d hate to see how they wipe there ass!

Left our truck looking pretty nice, I enjoyed the little waiting area/convenient store. I was a tad bit confused at the entrance on not knowing where to park or pull up. As a first timer it was a bit frustrating but other than that it was good.

They did a good job on washing my car but it took over 1.5 hours with them moving cars ahead of mine for no obvious reason. This made a car wash which should take no more than 45 min, with the level of dirtiness and how busy they were, take more than double that amount. There were 4 cars ahead of me and, by the time mine was washed, at least 8 cars had gone ahead of mine. Store was very clean and has a variety of items to purchase. They have a small waiting room inside and another outside. There are not enough seats, though, for the backlog of people waiting for their cars.

I was a little disappointed with the inside detailing. Carpets were still a little dirty when they were done. Not dirty but still loose stuff like a little grass or lint. I paid the higher price for cleaning of my new car.

I was totally impressed with customer service of this stop. I was helped by Antonio Zavala. By far he is a really friendly guy from other washes. And as he works he makes it a fun job and to talk to him as well. I brought him my Mercedes to him which I hadn’t been organized with and left it espectacular. It was so well detailed cleaned. For sure I’ll be stopping by again. And have your crew work on my car again. Especially this specific guy. Thank you guy ms and thank you Tony.

Make sure if you come you have no plans for the day as you will be here at minimum one hour. Don't get me wrong they do a good job but it's by far the most insanely slow car wash I have ever been to. I've tried multiple times on different days and always same result.

Visit them every couple of months for the "Ultimate" package, and yesterday was a great experience. The presoak guy, Samuel, did just a super job in prepping the car for wash. He went above and beyond with soaping and prescrubbing the vehicle. Everyone else did their job as well, and we left there with a sparkling clean car.

They did an excellent job washing my truck (I went for the $8 outside only package). They need to be more transparent on wait times however as this took an hour and 20 minutes for just a wash and dry. I will come back but I will make sure to budget plenty of time

Been coming here for years. No problems. Good car wash. The water in the mirrors after yew drive away is annoying but they will re wipe it. Just drive around the block to get the water out. Guys are quick and try to get you in and out fast. If you have any issues and bring it up to upper management. I’m sure they will fix the issue on hand. The wait time is long. But it’s the best car wash in Yuma and there are always long. Prepare to wait. The have seating areas so sit and be patient. Try working out there in the sun doing this for hours. Not easy.

They did a great job, and you wait inside the convenience store where they also have a lounge area. Only reason they don't have a 5 star is because they didn't completely dried the side view mirrors, so while I was driving, there are dried water stains on the side.

If you go there and use a credit card make sure to check how much they actually charge you. I was there and signed a receipt for the $24 car wash. When I looked at my bank statement they charged me $36. I used to take three cars there at least once or twice a month. I will find another place to spend my money.

Been using Romeo's for quite a few years. They are very consistent in their quality service. Almost always opt for the "Ultimate", and I can think of only one time in all the years that the car wasn't as clean as I expected. They quickly rectified my concerns. They are very thorough with vacuuming, the outer wash is superior, and the detail cleaning is superb. It always feels like money well spent as I get in my sparkling clean vehicle after they tell me it's ready.

One of my friends recommended Romeo's Car Wash. This is my second time here for the services. I paid for the deluxe plan and they are super detailed with cleaning every spot of my car. I really appreciate the work and thoroughness. They are a bit under staff so if you are washing your car here with the extensive service, then expect a long wait.
