The design of this place is awesome, definitely the fastest full service wash around. My wife and I took both of our cars through in the last 2 days. We were both a little disappointed with the attention to detail for a $28 wash. Granted we got the half off promotion, the wash was definitely worth the $14 a car we paid. The staff was super friendly and the setup was awesome. The only negative was the little details, bird poop still on the hood and door. As well as some dust still on the dash/doors. I’m sure once the staff gets the system down they will get better.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. $28 for a full service car wash? My vehicle still had water marks on it and the carpets were not vacuumed completely. I'll stick with the idiots up the street for half the price.

I was very excited to visit this new car wash. Friendly staff and nice facility. I purchased the $28.00 Ultimate Package which included "Enhanced Wheel Package". While I understand the concern with the possibility of wheel damage, I can't believe that they do not even touch the wheels and tires, either drying or wiping down. When I inquired, the staff explained that the wheels are cleaned during the drive through wash, but my wheels are not only still dirty, but it seems like the wash just caked it on even further. This supposed included service, "Enhanced Wheel Package" is complete misrepresentation and very disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be utilizing their services again.

I'm not a complainer, but people read these to see how other folks' experience was, so here you go. I just went through for the first time yesterday - bought a monthly plan only to find out that as a single person with 2 cars, I can't use it on both cars. Big disappointment right off the bat. But then they almost didn't let me go through because I had mud on my wheel wells - had to wait to get approved by the manager. (Ummm... that's why I'm at the car wash). That's never happened before - they usually come out and manually spray off my side runners and wheel wells and it's just a normal part of the process. After waiting for a manager, and then another "manager" complaining about my mud, as I approached the entrance, they said they need to take off my trailer hitch so they wouldn't have to 'turn off' the back brushes. I agreed. This morning I had to go out and manually wash the entire back of my vehicle (Tahoe) anyway, so that was not awesome. Anyway, I've been to many-a-car-wash in the area and, although the folks were very nice, my overall experience was questionable. I may cancel my monthly plan... but perhaps will give it another run with my other car that I'll have to pay extra for...

This place is not big rig friendly, it’s pretty disappointing. This is Arizona, people drive big trucks. I will continue to go to Super Star down the road, they can accommodate big and lifted trucks. Raise your clearances

I brought my Black Truck here today and I was Impressed with the concept and speed of the wash. My vehicle shined better than any other express car wash I have ever used. They supplied clean, new, soft towels for me to touch up the side windows and I was good to go. Thank You Mr. Shine!!!!

I went here because my wife’s car looked great.. I did not have same experiences My receipt number 2050127... got the ultimate shine and wash.. I had to clean my grill hood and window interior and wheels when they finished.. no shine on wheels or interior.. was told managers are unavailable because they are in a meeting.. no one leading these kids.. sad.. I wont be back..

Friendly staff nice facility zero attention to wheel cleaning tire shine or anything of that nature what a joke I can't believe that a facility of this size and stature will not touch a wheel even when the $28 price package says enhanced wheel package what's less than enhanced they add dirt to them completely laughable

Had my truck mirror damaged in the car wash. Was told by the manager they would respond in 24 to 48 hrs. Day 5 no response. Manager was very professional when the damage happened but the lack of response in the time promised is very unprofessional. Update. Received a response that a manager would get back to me "shortly" 2 hrs later and noone has contacted me. Evidently their idea of shortly is different than mine. I drove there and was told nothing was done about my incident until today because the ball was dropped. Even after they realized the ball was dropped for 5 days they still didnt find it necessary to contact me. Definetly not a good way for a new business to handle customer complaints. Unacceptable.

I have been here 3 times now and am really quite impressed. The basic wash is a little more $$ than others, but worth it, as the wash is thorough. It is the quality of a costco wash, but with free vacuums and towels. The windows are clean, plenty of space, good music to listen to. Plus the floor mat cleaners actually clean with water! Way better than the competitors, even though drive is 3 miles farther for me, I may even break down and get the membership.

I used the car wash the first week it was open. The drive through wipe it down/vacuum yourself was very good. Nice clean towels (more than one if needed) and great vacuums. I then decided to purchase the full service monthly plan for my second car. I was not happy with the results and let management know how I felt. They were very understanding and explained they were still working things out. Since then the service has been outstanding. This car wash is very different from the typical car wash. It is not a place to buy beer, cigarettes, etc like other car washes. The environment is great. Very clean and extremely courteous people. They strive for a 100% satisfaction. If you have extremely dirty cars or trucks you should go elsewhere. If you mainly do city driving and just like to keep your car very clean this is a great place to go.

A bit pricey but I gave them the benifit of the doubt. The wash ripped weather stripping off the top of my 2015 RAM 1500(found it in the bed of the truck when I pulled into the vacuum station) I looked for assistance about the manner but was told they use high pressure system and the guy was not willing to help in any way. Will not go back for a basic car wash for $8 that can and will damage a fairly new vehicle

This place is a bit pricey but they have great people there and the service is great. I can see people coming here but their clientele I predict would mostly be higher income folks. No offense to them, I just can't afford coming here even though it's closest to me.

The 3 stars may make it seem like I didn’t like the car wash. That’s not entirely the case. I actually really love how it’s never too busy when I go and I’m not waiting to get through. Also really like the towels for use, I spend a lot of time going over any wet spots on my car and wiping down the door jams. But twice now I’ve gone and there are bugs still left on the front of my car! It’s surprising that the powerful machines aren’t getting it. And I’ve been to other car washes and they have someone waiting to not only guide you in but take a few seconds with a long handle brush and go over the windshield and the front. I find that that makes a big difference. Otherwise it’ll just continue to stay there. I spoke to some guy about it, looked like he was in charge and he just said that it’s caked on there and that they don’t work miracles. Not really asking for a miracle.. I just need my car clean. Also noticed on my last visit that my car was much drier at the end of my wash. Which was a nice improvement because before it came out still wet and I had to pretty much hand dry it. So I’m glad for that.

I wanted to try it out since it was closer than the one on 67th and happy valley. I didn't see pricing until I pulled up to the screen. I realized why. It's very pricey for what it is. I can get the same wash, towels, and vacuums for much cheaper. Washes no different and leaves the car wet.

Just got the ultimate, I think, for $16 on a promotion sale for $8 and I'm not really happy with the drying at the end of the wash.. it left a lot of spots on my windshield not really sure it's worth it Just finished driving towards sun and I will 100% have to clean my windshield now..their wash did a really bad job at cleaning and leaving a spot free job. Not worth it. They have nice new vacuums, place is clean, but the wash is not. Wow..the back of my car looks terrible. This wash was NOT worth it!

Overpriced for unlimited.... atleast 1 set of brushes are always broken...dryers leave spots and you have to get out and hand dry after.... your car rides through on a track but then the brushes only clean your wheels in 1 direction because your wheels dont spin so you have to hand clean the rest of them... bad design.... canceled membership and wont waste money here again

It’s like they went over it very lightly. What a lousy job. Mr shine get better workers and maybe I’ll go back

Over hyped cheap quality car wash. First off, too expensive. Been through twice and the car wash is cheap and leaves soap residue all over your car to the point where you have to wipe everything off around it with the cheap rags they offer you to use afterwards. Some of the air pressure guns are weak in pressure as well. Just all around not a good experience each time and the pricing are not worth it either. Stay away.

Great new car wash, "super fancy" according to my toddler. Being new it is still very clean. A bit on the higher end of quick carwashes, but you get what you pay for. You do vacuum yourself for the $8 wash, not sure about the other options.

Not worth the 28.00 if your going to be cleaning at the end of it. Vacuum the rest of the truck myself. They didn’t wipe the dash board that well or my doors. Still dust and small trash in the side pockets. Didn’t vacuum my seats!!

I visited this car wash for the first time on Monday and will NEVER go back. Paid $28 for a full service car wash. (double what Jacksons charges for the same package). For $28 it should mean "full service", meaning take the car from the moment I pay until the start. $28 is a ridiculous price for a $6 value car wash. The quality of the vacuuming was horrible, especially when dirt is noticeably left. Start to finish was approximately 8 minutes. No tire shine. When I went to put my personal belongings back in the car, the back hatch was still wet, and I had to call it out to the employees. There was also trash in my car that I would have loved to have removed, but no one asked if we should remove or gave me the opportunity to remove any trash. Definitely not worth a trip. Your $28 is paying for a conveyor belt that doesn't provide any special service.

The staff here is always friendly and is ready to help. The numerous times I have taken my vehicles here I have always received good service. I dont get the interiors done because I have little kids and they easily make a mess quickly, so I find it worthless for me. But the wash system seems to do a great job. Maybe the blow dryer can have some more fans that can clean off the water from the back of the car. That would be a big plus.

I showed up at 720 am on a Saturday morning. No attendant at the payment kiosks. I bought the inside and outside cleaning for what I believed to be an expensive $28. I run through the exterior system ok and drive over to find the interior section is closed. A kid comes out to tell me it's closed because people didn't show up yet. I vacuum the car myself waiting for a refund. The manager comes over knowing the situation and asks me how it's going for me so far. Haha. I'm sure he couldn't think of what else to say but I had to laugh. He was nice enough to refund the whole amount and give a gift card for half price on my return. But that's probably not happening. It appears to be staffed with teens. And you can't run a business with teens . (Added after management response) The website says you operate starting at 7 am on Saturdays. Period. End of discussion. Now I know I won' be back. Hahaha. Changed from 2 to 1 star

Efficient setup. You stay in your car during the wash. If you selected the interior wash also you then pull over to the other building for their interior setup or if not you can use their towels, air and vacuums as self-serve.

There is zero reason why this place doesn’t deserve a 5 star review. The staff is insanely friendly and you can understand every single word they say. They pay close attention to detail and don’t just try to rush through like they do everywhere else. It’s really clean inside and out and my kids love the car conveyor belt. I cancelled my car wash membership down the street after my first visit here.
