Didn't quite get my car cleaned

Typically I do not go to these kinds of car washes because I have heard horror stories of car damage but this place is a few blocks from my apartment so I thought it would give it a shot. I wish I didn't, I entered the car wash with no damage to my back bumper but I got out to dry and vacuum I noticed these uniform scratches on the back of my bumper that looks consistent with the brushes from the car wash. When talking to the employee on duty, Steven, he said that the starches looked old. I did not want to give this guy a hard time because he would not be able to do anything about it at the moment. However, I know for a fact that these scratches are from there because the I was inspecting how dirty my car was that morning before I went to get the car wash. The employee filed an incident report and I will be waiting for callback and will update this review as progress is made.

The attendants were almost like zombies and I now have scuffs on my car that look like they might be a result of their scrubbers being a bit too abrasive on my paint. I regularly go to a similar car wash in South Scottsdale and this has never happened before. I will not be returning.

The machine in the car wash leaves scratches on your car. When you go to fill out an incident report, they are out of that form.Also the manager when you let him know, will say he is looking into it and doesn't.

Only like 80% of my car was dried by the car wash air blowers. I had to do 10 times more work to dry my car after the wash. Plus my car was clean but not a hundred percent clean like it should be when you go through a normal car wash. The staff was nice but the machinary needs in proving.

We try out the $17.99 buff and shine. The First try did not work. Thencar was to dirty. The second rewash. Was spotless and shiny. They give you a air fresh and glass towel. By it self was a plus. For $17.99 is worth it. Will come back again. To wash this old focus. Clean car happy car.

The guys do a great job, however the spot free rinse left spots all over my car once dried on my way to the parking and vacuums. Also I had to go througj the wash twice due to not getting the wax or tire shine.. Sadly this occurs at almost each location no matter the amount you pay and unless mentioned you'd never know. I have left voicemails on the corporate phone number on multiple occasions to no avail.

So easy! I rented a vehicle that had a Clean Freak membership, so I cannot comment on pricing or affordability. I found the locations to be conveniently spaced around Phoenix. My vehicle was discolored by desert driving and came out of the wash looking clean as new. The vacuums were also super convenient: free vacuuming with hoses on either side of your vehicle. There was a vending machine with rags, etc. but I did not go over to it. I was dismayed when arriving home to find that there are no Clean Freaks in the Denver area!

Have a truck with a small smooth aftermarket bumper on front, they don’t tell you till after that the brushes won’t even hit the right side of your car so they don’t clean the ride side. They are trained to retract it for ANY front grill that’s not standard. Beware.

For some reason not all Clean Freaks have the compleate pre-rinse, washing, and rinse/drying compartments as this one does. Worth getting the 16 dollar unlimited wash monthly pass, though the automatic entry gate is sometimes slow in recognizing your coded window sticker. Biggest gripe is dodging/avoiding local homeless and panhandlers next door if you gas up at Chevron.

Tried out this place despite the previous two reviews because over they scored well. First time I took my car through it was sprayed with soap then.... nothing...no rinse off any of the other products I chose for the 'best wash'....so I had to drive back around to wait on line again... attendants we're very nice and I had to go through again..this time all seemed well...car wash done and car was not clean nor did it dry it much.....pretty disappointed and didn't get to try the free vacuums as they were all taken...that's not a big deal but I expected my car to be clean and the wheels to at least look like they were cleaned somewhat. I'll have to drive the extra 20 min to cobblestone I guess because this just didn't cut it. $16 down the drain

Used to be a big fan of this car wash, was once pass holder, cancelled that once service went down. Went in today for an express was and it's only 6:25 and tunnel is completely dark. Way to show your customers good service, I understand that site closes at 7 O'clock but come on!

Always a busy and happening place. Just got new rims and first wash through my rims were scuffed on both passenger side rims. Told an employee who seemed like it wasn't possible for the machine to do. Asked if I was a member and when I explained no he just replied well if I remember you next time I'll give you a free wash but I'm not holding my breathe. Disappointed to say the least

This is my neighborhood car wash. I have a monthly plan which is nice. My only complaints are that when you come out from wash to go clean out and dry off, there can sometimes be a line and you dont know where to wait and sometimes cars will just steal a spot while you were waiting for 10 minutes. Also, a couple of times I've used the vacuums and the tubing has tears and the pressure is diminished.

The prices go up sometimes and wow the vacuums get jam packed pretty often. If you have oils on your car, use the prep area to scrub a little first. It helps. Use the air blowers to get water off mirrors and trim parts. I do love that I can go all over town to other locations with the same pass. I hope they build more. I would also someday love just a dust option. It would be great to go through without the brushes every time when your car is just dusty.

Got a welcome to the neighborhood free car wash here. Redeemed it and the wash was not as great, still had dirt on my car except now I can see the finger marks from the spinning brushes in the dirt. I can get a better basic wash at a $3 car wash. It's the truth and what the result was for me.

This location is by my home. It's very convenient. It's also very busy. Joseph who works morning shift is amazing and very friendly! The afternoon shift is cordial but never changes the buckets of tire cleaner often enough and it's always dirty and lacking suds every time I show up after 2pm. Without fail. The wash itself is good, I pay for the top tier monthly plan and use it at least once a week. I do miss the car freshener pads they used to give out. They changed to a scented soap spray in the car washing process so if you don't have your vent open in the air conditioning you won't get the scent in your car. They also don't tell you about it either. They also put the cars so close together and because of the design of the exit/entrance there's been some very close calls with people not able to move out of the way in time. I think because of the design of the exit the attendants should space cars out more. All it takes is a 15 second delay pulling out and there can be an accident.

Place has gone downhill. Equipment keeps on breaking down and sometimes RFID reader does not work. Long lines to get in and too busy sometimes to get a stall afterwards. You sometimes get soap suds on your back end and air blowers do not completely dry car, You get starches on your car from the brushes. Notice when you dry your car. Staff/manager don’t seem to care. Also, would be nice to have vacuums working. Please read the other poor reviews and you’ll see what I mean. Thanks.

SCAM! I got my car washed last month and they sold me on a discounted TRIAL for one month. When the employee took my card and charged me the $7 he said NOTHING about having to cancel before the next month, so I assumed after my month it would be done. NOPE! They charged my account $16 for another month without my permission. Yes, $16 doesn't sound like a lot of money, but for someone on a budget every dollar counts. I called the location I purchased the trial at the employee said "sorry, dude, that's how it works." ...great customer service, dude. I asked to speak to corporate and he said "they will tell you the same thing." Called corporate twice and still haven't heard back. Shocker. Bad business. Do not go here.

I joined the monthly car wash service and for $20.00 I get unlimited car washes for the month, up to two car washes a day. They open early and close at 7:00 pm. So-so. 50% of the time I do not get the upgraded washes that I pay for because the tunnel technician (the arm waiving guy) does not check the que after vehicles have difficulty entering the tunnel. It's a real problem at all their locations that they apparently can not fix...so I down graded my plan to the basic wash. The rest of the car wash facilities are good.

I have been a fast pass member and used this location for 16 months now and I really hate the fact that I have given them over $500 for membership I should have cancelled long ago. I always leave with soap on my trunk and rear bumper because the dryers really suck. The vacuums rarely work well and once I sprayed water all over my dash from the air hose they offer. The bug station is great, until the brush comes off the handle and you scratch your brand new car. Overall, I would suggest the owners/managers take a drive to 28th ST and Indian School and see who will be getting my business and why. CANCELLING BOTH CARS for lack of caring about my car.

Im giving this car wash 5 stars because of an employee that works there named Josh. I used to go there to wash my old beat up 03 sonata on my lunch break and Josh is always nice and profession and i forgot my debit one time and he still put me through like a real one!!! The world needs more people like this dude. I recently got a new toyota camry and pulled up to get a basic wash and Josh was there working hard being friendly. And he was like "how can i help you"? I was like "i just need a car wash" he set me up with a fast pass membership for a discount and threw in a wax option!!! I woulda signed up just to show love to my boy but he made it so much easier with the extra savings so now i got that fast pass keep this new car lookin fresh. I finally broke down and got the $16 a month plan. It's easy. I don't ever have to wait because I just drive into the VIP side and the machine scans my vehicle. It's a great wash and I can use it as many times as I want. In AZ it's easy to get dust, bird droppings, or "rain" spots on your vehicle, I can pull into any clean freak location at any time and get a wash. I literally am saving money as well as my paint on my vehicle by keeping it clean. Never considered myself a "clean freak" but maybe I just am!!!

It's a pretty good establishment. The only thing I don't care for is it sometimes when you leave the back of the car is still dirty. In fact it looks a little worse now because being a dark charcoal color and dirty, I now have clean brush marks in the dirt. so basically it looks like one of those cars were people write with their finger and says Wash me. I've gone to other car washes and don't have that problem but I seem to have that problem in just one. I guess if you want a clean car for next to nothing in cost, do it the old-fashioned way.. do it yourself

This is a really good place to go through their automatic car wash. Just pay them or get a pass, drive up, put the car in neutral. The machine does all the work, drive off, it comes out clean every time. It does most of the driving but leaves a little bit wet. Then a couple of minutes in driving in this heat and it's all dry. It's my experience when I pay for the $15 wash, I get a free pass for the following wash, but have to come back within 14 days.

This car wash fails to wash cars. However, the employees are polite and the facility is well laid out. I highlighted the untouched dirt (from rain...easy to remove) on the side of my SUV after a run through today - the team was very polite and ran me through twice. The picture is the result of the second run. Must be a calibration or brush issue - car wash I normally use does not perform this poorly on my vehicle. For $15, this is not even close to being of value. To their credit, the team offered to hand wipe the side off. If your SUV is dusty, I’m sure it’s fine. If you have road grime from recent rain...probably not.

This is the best car wash I have ever been to. The washing machine is very good. The vacuum section is the best part though. There are vacuums that actually work and there is also a small air blower that allows you to blow off water that didn't get dried off by the machine blowers.

For the price you pay you get an amazing car wash. I come here every few months to get the car deep cleaned, but when I drove more often I purchased their membership and got it washed every day. Well worth the price if you need your car spotless all the time.

After being a member for 2 years, the value just doesn't seem to be there anymore. I've selected an upgraded wash package on a few different occasions that included a tire shine formula. But when I pulled out and around to the vacuums, my tires looked exactly how they did before I entered. I asked for air fresheners on 3 different occasions recently and they did not have any. Finally, I was told today that they discontinued that product. So what is the monthly $16+ rate actually getting you? I haven't noticed anything new regarding the soaps, the lines take just as long and they are still compressing the cars waaaaay to close. Sorry, but I just don't see any value paying for a monthly fee and will not be going back. Also, using this car wash 3-5 times a month will start to rub the clear coat/paint off the front/back bumpers of your vehicle. I've always disliked those rubber wipers...

Automatic monthly pay is the way to go, otherwise you might need to wait in line for 10 minutes or more. Nice relatively new top of the line equipment. Cleans very well, good wax coating, powerful air blowers. Pressurized air at vacuums for drips. Good vacuums, have to wait sometimes for a spot at the vacuums. 10-17-18 changed rating back to 5 stars. Equipment back in working condition! 3-15-19 changed rating to 4 stars. A few of the brushes don't even touch my car.

My car is never sparkling clean when I leave here. They either suffer from very hard water and or inexpensive equipment. The dryer also seems to be ineffective because my car is always dripping wet when I pull out. If I didn't dry it by hand my car would be covered in water spots.. I recently visited another automatic car wash on 40th st and Thomas, and my car looked amazing. I won't be renewing my fast pass when this month's over.

The bugs from the front bumper didn't come out after the 15 bucks wash. Valentino, the attendant, happily helped me apply bug prep to the bumper and tires and ran me through the wash again and it was so much better. He also hooked me up with a discount for my next visit.
