Wow, so impressed with this business! They restored our old 4Runner so well, that we did not recognize the vehicle when we came to pick it up! They even got the mold smell out of the vehicle. In addition the customer service is excellent; from scheduling to picking up- first rate.

Car was cleaned inside and out, done on time, and this 10 year old car looked new. BUT if you have magnetic signs apparently you have to mention that to them One sign was ruined and other sign faded. They had the signs bagged up and in my trunk not on my car. It appeared someone did know signs had been cleaned with chemicals which made writing on them fade. Too late for me. I’d already tipped them

This place is great! Had an appointment for set and as soon as my appointment time hit my car was being brought back and worked on. The owner kept me in the loop with the vehicle the whole time. Very friendly. Good price and they did an AMAZING job on my car. I have a 2 year old so it goes without saying that I had some milk stains that I couldn't get up myself and other things from having a child in the car. When I got my car back it looked like it did when I first bought it brand new. Wouldn't recommend any other place!

I've been wanting to get my car detailed for some time, and was referred to Purple Turtle by my dealership. So glad I made an appointment there! It took ~5 hours (which I expected for the Full TLC detail), but my car looks brand new! I will say, if you want to take your car here, make an appointment ASAP because they book up quickly... now I know why!

My truck was stolen and recovered with a bunch of junk in it, who knows what they were doing in it. I have two small children and was very concerned about putting them back in it. I ordered the 'Best best in Show' package and they kept the vehicle overnight to oxidize and clean the air inside the cab. When I got the vehicle back I could not beleive how good it looked. It is the cleanest it has ever been. It smells great. It looks just like it came off the show room floor. I am very pleased. The outside is shining and waxed. It looks amazing. I'll have to do this more often so I have a nice vehicle to drive around in. Who need s new vehicle when these guys can make your old one look, smell and feel new!

The Purple Turtle staff really helped me out on the price after having issues with another shop.The staff were organized, helpful, and professional. My car looks new! I was very impressed with their attention to detail. The OTHER shop fixed my car after an accident and left dirt and dust covering everything and in all the small places. This was after they detailed it. My car also had a strong shop/oil/fuel smell to it. Even under the hood was a mess after they cleaned it twice. Twice because I took it back asking them to fix it... They didn't after having it for over a day and it was actually messier. I was frustrated and took it to The Purple Turtle after seeing their reviews. The purple turtle had my car for less time than the other shop but cleaned out everything, every nook looks like it was cleaned, even cleaned under the trunk mat which I did not expect. Under the hood is immaculate and most of all the smell is gone from my car (ozone treatment). It honestly looks like a new car inside and out. I would refer anyone to this place. I'm very impressed with their work.

Awesome quality, super value - would highly recommend to all my friends without hesitation. Purple Turtle has been taking care of my family cars for a couple of years now. We have kids, so the cars understandably are not in the cleanest condition to begin with. However, with a TLC package, Purple Turtle manages to turn our fleet into brand new cars, with clean fresh carpets, shiny exteriors, conditioned leather and everything looking literally brand new. Wow. Incredible. I brought a dog-hair, dog drool covered 2009 Dodge Journey with a paint stripe down the entire side of the car from when someone (probably my daughter) scrapped the side of the house getting out of the garage and they gave me back a brand new car. No paint stripe, no dog hair, no dog drool and it shines like incredible. I really couldn't believe it. Every orifice of that car is clean and shiny. Thanks guys.

The guys customer service was a 5 for sure! The detailing was very good, but the reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they missed a couple interior windows and there is a yellow mark on my leather seats and dashboard that wasn't there before. I couldn't get it to come off so that's a bummer, but overall they were very detailed and I would still use them again.

100% impressed with the quality of the detailing. Alaska truly challenges the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of a vehicle (mine was more the interior) and they were able to bust through the muck. I have to large dogs, one with white wiry hair that sticks in everything, and they were able to pull 99.9999% of the dog hair out (think using hand sanitizer, can't kill them all but damn close). Will recommend to friends, family, coworkers, and strangers!

I am extremely pleased with my experience at the Purple Turtle. The staff was friendly and patient, taking the time to go over my vehicle and customize a package based on what was important to me (like the smoke smell in my upholstery) without over selling me on features I didn't need (like the ozone treatment). They did an excellent job making my car look new, again, and successfully removed the until-now-persistent cigarette smell. At the risk of sounding like a hippy, I also greatly appreciated their use of essential oils.

When I brought I my truck in Thursday morning they informed me it was actually not until the next day. BUT they took my truck any way and said they would see if they could get in done. The interior detail was a disappointment. Dog fur on seats, "I was able to pick it up with my fingers". Stains on the carpet that I was able to remove in a minute or two scrubbing with rug doctor shampoo. Dash was still dusty and had dog fur on it. Took two hours longer than the timeline I was given. There was no "walk through" with an employee before or after the detail. Definitely not worth $145. No attention to detail. Seems like they are more worried about quantity of cars they can detail vs quality. Would not recommend to anyone.

let me start off with I am very particular with my cars and how they look. I previously tried Hyundai cleaners and they sucked worst ever. But then I heard about the purple turtle. I was skeptical at first of how much they charge, but let me tell you I will pay them forever now. my car had stains every where from my kids, I took it their and bam in less than 3 hours it was done perfect looked brand new. My stains were deep too. Daniel did a great job at making me sure they would do everything they can to get the stains out and they did.

Excellent service. Pick up on time. Car cleaner than it's been since we bought it. Glad I paid for the TLC instead of the usual quick clean I used to get in the states. Bonus, they found a toy under one seat that's been lost for 2 years and now the seat slides forward and back easily.

They did a great job on my sedan. I had to drop my car off a few hours before my appointment and they were very accommodating. I have shedding dogs and they were able to get all the hair out from between the seats. I felt the price was reasonable as well. Will bring my car here again.
