They take cleaning your car seriously. Hand rinse to start and towel dry to finish, even for the basic wash.

Short and sweet car wash. Nothing overly special about it other than it's quick, but the results are fairly good. My sole complaint is that the couple of times I've been there after a long drive into Fairbanks, is that I still have some bugs on the windshield. I usually have to go to a gas station and clean it myself, albeit with extra elbow grease.

They broke my side mirror an offered to glue the piece back together with 10 free car washes.. nope not happening. It's a powered/electric defrost mirror. Pleased they replaced it.

Hours and not very good. I am right outside their door at 6:03 p.m. they give you 30 minutes from the time you get off work to get a car wash on a day that they have 50% off. Well I was sitting here writing this 6 people drove up and took off

I usually get the basic because it’s not a true detailed kind of place- they are just moving you thru as quick as possible but today I spent the extra $ for the ultimate thinking I’d get more wash for my buck. But no. No extra detail at the start- nothing on my tires, no scrubbing on the sides or windows- just the same spray down and into the building for the car wash automation portion. Don’t waste your money people. Just do the basic because that’s all you get no matter what you pay for.

They get you in, then extort you for more as you're in a position of no return. It's run by some sketchy Russians who've imported more than just vodka in this town. Not worth the money and not worth the service.

Went for the 25 dollar wash, came out with new scratches and dirty water streaks. There's still plenty of dirt and it was hardly dried at all

Now I've heard it all. Took my truck in to West S&D for a wash like I've been doing since the place opened. It was dirty, but no more-so than most other wash days this time of year. It had road mud dried on, but you could see through it. About 70% coverage, sides and back. The money girl came out and said, "We won't guarantee it'll come out clean. It's too dirty." That was a first. In the past it has been no big deal to run it through a second time if it didn't get clean the first time. I've never been that picky about washes this time of the year anyway, but her attitude really didn't set right with me. Either the place has changed hands or the girl taking the money was having a bad day. No more $plash and Dash for me. Was getting too expensive anyway.

Everyone there is always nice, they make sure all the bird poo is off my car which I absolutely love! Totally worth the price to use and tip them. Both locations employ every kind energized people

Jiffy Lupe on Peger in Fairbanks Alaska are quick. The staff is personable and efficient. Never had my inside windows clean.

They're open year round, which is awesome. The staff is always great. The wash is contact, so it'll scratch your car over time, but it cleans the car better.
