I brought my 2019 wrx here and paid for a $20 wash. I pulled into the bay and the machine soaped the car then just stopped. I waited about 20 mins before I called the emergency line yet nobody answered so I left a nice message. I pulled my car out and paid for another wash in a different bay just so I could rinse the soap off my baby. Faulty equipment and worthless employees, do not go here if you value your vehicle.

There was nothing to pre wash your car with such as a brush, so the car did not get very clean for an $18 car wash. I tried to find somebody to show them and no one was around.

Best "quick" carwash in town. I've been going to both locations now for several years and am almost always happy with the results, if it misses a bunch of dirt for whatever reason, I've been able to call their hotline and either be reimbursed or ran through the wash again. (No machinery is perfect and I'd say that's understandable.)

One side of the dryers was not working so my car did not dry. After spending $18 on a car wash, you’d expect it to be a bit better than that. Also, it never cleans the backend of the car. It looks completely untouched. Time to find a new car wash...

Vacuum had NO suction!!! Tried to find someone to refund my money and no one answered the doors smh! I hate to go places that don’t inspect their equipment!!

Cost $10 for the cheapest wash and didn't clean my car very well. There is also a very narrow space to drive the car through. So it's very easy to scratch your rims or worse.

I paid 14 dollars for the extra premium car wash which they describe as the "Mudsplasher". Not only was my car still covered in dirt after the washer "finished", but it was still covered in soap, the wash failed to even rinse my car! And yes, I followed the instructions and parked in the correct spot. No attendants were present to lend assistance, so I dialed the help number, pressed 3 for "my car is still dirty" (apparently this is a common complaint?!) and was given an automated message/lecture on how dirty cars get during the winter up here, given tips on how to wash a car by hand and told that I may have to go through multiple times. Apparently it was unreasonable to expect a $14 car wash to clean my car, or even finish rinsing it. I ended up driving home and hand-washing my car in my driveway, Luckily it was still covered in bright colored soap.... This is not like those massive old school car washes that thoroughly cleans your car with lots of high pressured water and tons of heavy, noisy equipment, this is sham. And not the kind of sham you will need to use after cleaning and rinsing your car by hand either.

I chose the basic wash because I don’t like having wax on my car. I didn’t think this was possible but it actually looks worse than before. No part of the exterior of my car is clean. I also used the vacuum and honestly that leaves a lot to be desired as well. The hose doesn’t have great suction and you don’t get a lot of time for the money you put in. Definitely will not be returning and will not recommend this wash to others. $12 down the drain.

This is the second time I washed my car at the carwash on International & Arctic. Honestly, it's the worst one in town. My car was dirty on the sides and back. I will never come back to this car wash again. I called, and the automated voice told me, that I need to wash my car more often. Seriously? Other carwash places don't have problem with dirty cars. Sorry, never again.

Went for my Alaskan once a year spring carwash didn't expect my SUV to come fully clean without a good hand scrub. I was surprised to see that it was clean after one run thru with the highest level $14 wash.

Paid $18 for the mudblaster, which is supposed to be the best option (at least the most expensive) and my entire back end looks untouched. I didn’t see any prewash options like a scrub brush or anything so I’m pretty disappointed that I paid that much only to have to go through another wash.

The Rainmaker Touchless Car Wash is located in a great location if you're heading West from Muldoon. There is nothing next door that causes much traffic, so getting in and out of the car wash is easy. If road traffic is heavy a signal light is nearby to give you time to leave. Like other car wash facilities there are many different options to add to the car wash. Drive slowly into the bay so you get cleaner on the wheels. Once you come to a stop the rest of the wash takes place. At the end of the wash you have 60 seconds until the dryer stops. Unlike other car washes this one has a digital countdown, so that's really helpful. I suggest pumping the brakes. 60 seconds at the front bumper. 40 seconds at the front windshield. 20 seconds at the rear windshield. Finished at the rear bumper. If you don't do this then you'll have a wet rear. Sadly the air jets aren't powerful enough to completely dry your vehicle, but what car wash can? Bring some cloths and dry it at the vacuums.
