It's a car wash... and the only one in Ketchikan at that. Wash it yourself or use the automated wash. Either one does the job and is reasonably priced. Plenty of vacuums too for interior work. There are vending machines for cleaning basics as well. Be careful during the school year though, there are several school buses that pick up and drop off here.

Not only is this a good car wash but the service is excellent! We had a bike rack on the back of the car and the sensor on the automatic car wash didn't allow for the rack and caused the wash to be interrupted. We called the number that was listed and help arrived within a minute. Without any question, we were given another car wash in the other drive through car wash (this one accounted for bike racks). Highly recommend!
