I had my car detailed by these guys. I've been detailing vehicles of all sizes for around 10 years. Exterior- Body had a significant amount of wax that was not fully removed. Rims still had wax to be removed. Under the hoodWas still dirty needed a better wipe down before dressing was applied. Interior- Skipped the headliner paid extra for that. Both trays for change and misc items were still dusty with small grains of dirt. The windows all around looked like they had been wiped with wax microfibers, they're more streaky then when we had it picked up before the detail. Picked up 40 MINS LATE. Let's talk business here for a second..If a customer pays you a car payment to detail their vehicle. You should be treating as if it's your vehicle. You know how nice your want it to be if it belonged to you. If you're given from 9:00am to almost 4:00pm To complete the vehicle, there's no excuses for.. Dirty windows..Dirty consoles..45percent of wax not wiped off..dirt on the hood.. Now I'll say something nice. Thank you for being able to pick up the car. THEY ALWAYS LOOK BETTER AFTER THEN BEFORE THE DETAIL. I could argue with the owner on this post but I've already seen the responses to the negative reviews..It's more of a battle of experience as opposed to a helping hand or a correction toward corner cutting mistakes.

I went to purple turtle they said they were too busy so I came here and these guys looked at my trunk took care of my car and got it done within a few minutes. WOW!!! I brought my truck to Aaron at Morris and explained that I was looking to sell it, but wanted to refresh the look of the outside, specifically some scratches. The truck was showing the typical signs of road use for the past 9 years plus some gnarly looking swirl marks from aggressive cleaning. During his initial assessment Aaron honestly stated that since a few of the scratches appeared to be deep, he couldn't guarantee that they would completely disappear; but he would have a better idea once he started the process. He also assured me that the rest of the truck would look like new. Aaron personally handled the cut and buff on my scratched up rig and it came out looking better than new. He put in a lot of hard work and did an absolutely amazing job. The first person that looked at my truck bought it for full asking price. Thank you Morris Auto Detail and thank you Aaron... I'll definitely be coming back.

I went to Morris Auto knowing my truck was already pretty clean, I just wanted a deep clean. I told the owner Aaron I was sure that my truck didn't need the premium detailing package but I told him to go ahead and proceed with services regardless because I really wanted the paint sealant. He told me it would take roughly 6 hours to complete the detailing due to the amount of snow and ice on my truck. Not only did he finish within the time he promised but my truck looks better than I could have ever expected. I'm extremely happy with the quality of service I received, I'll definitely be taking any vehicle I have to him from now on. Thanks Aaron!

Car came back clean, but wet, and took much longer than I was told. Two weeks later, and my car still hasn't fully dried. Additionally, these guys act like we have another ride or a second car. Dog smell still around. My own personal goods weren't returned either--I had to hunt those down. Not super amused. I'm probably not coming back. I don't recommend that you do either.

Not good! They forgot to put my mats back inside, drove back across town to retrieve. Car not professionally detailed as I expected for $250.00 - wax still visible and not buffed, door interiors still dirty especially hatch back door, windows not cleaned like when you roll them down its dirty a couple of inches or so, rims still had minor dirt on silver wheels, and dash wasn't cleaned. I asked to speak to the owner, lo and behold it was the sleepy young guy I dropped off my car to. Thought this was the old Morris Detail shop that was by the Porsche dealer downtown, don't take your car there or be hyper vigilant about looking it over when its picked up.

Update: Its been two years since I wrote this review and I'm still recommending Morris Auto and giving them 5 stars. Great job! My SUV was embarrassingly dirty, dog hair everywhere, gravel on the floor, stains on the carpet, etc. I had about 1 years worth of Alaskan adventures in that car and neglected to thoroughly clean it out. Shame on me.....until Morris Auto Detail :) I dropped my car off and left it with them for the weekend. They returned my car in the condition it was the day I bought it. My car is so clean!! Now I plan to drop my car off there about twice a year for a good thorough cleaning. THE BEST PART: The price was so reasonable. I wish I had pictures to show you how much work they did. Additionally the owner and employees were friendly and helpful. I plan to recommend Morris Auto Detail to everyone looking for a fresh start or just a basic clean up for their automobile. These guys are great!

Someone etched a bad word on my car and morris auto detail buffed or fixed the clear coat so there is no longer a trace of it. I put off fixing it before because I thought it would be very expensive. Now I'm a VERY picky guy and I've been very disappointed by previous detail jobs here in Anchorage but I have to say that Aaron and his crew did the best job I have ever seen! I can usually find some remote corner not cleaned or waxed but not this time. At 32,000 miles my truck looks better than new. Not exaggerating, better than new. Great work and fair price. I've had 2 cars detailed. 2003 Subaru that was our family "dog car" and a 2011 Highlander. Both cars were detailed prior to selling. Our dog car looked so good we questioned whether or not to sell, Felt like new again, (after 13 years ownership) and didn't have "dog funk" anymore. The highlander also looked amazing. They were able to get super sticky mushroom spores removed. Summer 2016 had lots of cars covered in near impossible to remove mold spores, and they were one of few shops who would do the work. We will be taking all or our cars in future to Morris.

Had two vehicles detailed in the past week. Both returned immaculate! Sparkling inside and out. The attention to detail is noticeable. May seem a little spendy, but worth the price. Great job!

They clearly explained the package that best fit my needs and were considerate in addressing any potential and unlikely additional fees to avoid any surprises. They were very quick and accommodating with scheduling. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed the headliner had some remaining stains from being overly saturated and they were instantly responsive in correcting the remaining stains. My car is a 2006 Lexus 400h and I really enjoy it......I took it to Morris because it was a bit dinghy looking and couldn't believe the transformation after they had finished detailing it! It looked brand spanking new! I expected the leather interior to be clean but it looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Was in the middle of chaos moving to NC and had to have my vehicle shipped. It was kicked back, the interior needed some work. I called Aaron and his wife and they were able to get my car in fast! I only asked for the interior but after seeing it, I wish I would've spent the extra dough for an exterior detail as well! My 6 yr old got sick in my back seat. it was an absolute mess!! I called up Morris and asked them what the cheapest package I could get to clean up the mess. They said not problem I could bring it by any time and they could take care of it in 10 min for $20. They did a localized steam clean to just clean up the sick. I was in and out in no time and they didn't even charge me. I guess they took sympathy on me given my situation. I'm definitely bringing my car back for a full detail !!!

Very impressed with Aaron and his crew! I had a mess, the car was used to transport greasy pots and pans all summer, the car smelled like deep fried food and the grease collected all the dirt. I had used Morris a couple years ago and was impressed so knew where to take the car. The car is wonderful, all greasy gone, dirt and grime gone, smells nice and he was able to work out some of the scratches to the exterior. Perfect way to prepare for winter. I couldn't be happier!! They are miracle workers. I brought my RAV 4 in for detailing. It was completely full of dog hair. I had used it like a kennel for my 4 year old husky, leaving her in the car for about 10-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. To say it was full of white dog hair would not be giving you a complete picture. Add to that, she got a urinary track infection and had left a lot of urine in the back as well. My car looked bad and stank worse!! The guys at Morris Auto Detail did an incredible job. I'd say a miracle, really. They charge a very reasonable amount for dog hair removal, I knew my job would be tough. They called to check in before proceeding to be respectful of my costs. I was very appreciative of the call. They used the ozone machine for smell removal. When I picked up my car I almost didn't recognize it. Inside and out was immaculate. They provide the highest quality service with unmatchable customer service. You will be delighted and if your car looks anything like mine did, you will be amazed.

These guys did an awesome job. There are a few things that I noticed that I felt like I should ask about and they went above and beyond to make me feel like I got amazing service and I feel like I did. I felt like I was being a little bit nit-picky but they didn't even roll their eyes when I mentioned just a few tiny minor things. All of their staff was professional and courteous. I had just returned from hunting trip off of the Denali Highway, and stored a caribou in the trunk. Now it smells extremely clean. Truck was covered in mud and the inside dust and smell like sour meat before I it a detailed.

These guys did an awesome job on my Subaru Outback. My 7-year old car looks and feels brand new. Received the internal and external premium service and am very happy with the results. All water stains removed from leaving sunroof open (oops), every spec of dirt and dust is gone, all scuff marks on doors vanished. Most impressed with the steam cleaning job under the hood. After 11 years of ownership and subjecting it to three dogs, I decided that it was time to treat my car to a detail. The seats were stained and there was dog hair and dirt everywhere. The car has been sitting under trees over the summer so the hood, roof and trunk lid were covered with sap. In short, the car was pretty gross inside and out (sorry guys, for subjecting you to it!) Morris Auto Detail put in a lot of heavy duty work and there's not a stain to be seen inside, nor spot of sap on the outside. My car looks like new and I couldn't have been more thrilled driving off - I'd forgotten how much fun driving a new car is! If I could give a 10 star rating I could.

Yesterday Morris Detail picked up our 1997 Lincoln Towncar which we had recently purchased. It needed a major detail job and we contacted Morris Auto. We have never done business with this company but based upon other reviews, decided to take the plunge. When the car was returned, I was speechless! It looks like a brand new car! It has been thoroughly cleaned from bumper to bumber with a beautiful wax job, etc. I was skeptical as to whether or not the interior carpeting would come clean but viola! the interior looks new also. If you have any hesitation or doubt about using this wonderful company, have no fear. You will never regret taking it to this company . They provide outstanding service and have lived up to their reputation. We will continue to use Morris Auto Detail from this time forward.
