Great cheap car wash w very understanding owner! The tokens are in the door where you come out of the carwash. Car wash has nothing to do with the gas station so dont go in there and of the locals tell u to get tokens elsewhere dont.

I recently washed my truck at the wash and wanted to save some money so I brought my own bucket, brush and soap. I swiped my credit card and rinsed my truck down then stoped the credit machine to wash my truck, afterwards I re-swiped my card to rinse. This morning I looked at my bank account and noticed that I was being charged 20.00 for each time I swiped my card even though I only used about 10 minuts for each time; I was a little upset. So I called the wash to leave a message not thinking anyone would be there because it was a Sunday. To my surprise someone called me back about 10 minutes after I left the message. He told me that my bank will read the transaction as 20.00 until it goes through, this is a safety mechanism emplace for if someone forgets to turn off the payment system it will only run them up to 20.00. The actual price is 1 cent for every second or 5.00 for around 8 minutes. Even though when I checked my account this morning I was upset everything turned out fine. I have to say the service is great as well as the location. A nice clean warm place to wash my truck and as Ive come to find out it isn't that expensive. The man told me to stop bringing my own bucket and stopping the payment trying to save some money which I agree, there not charging as much as I was worrying about and they are providing a service so I won't be doing that in the future ( It actually wound up being more of an inconvenience on me anyway). I highly recommend this auto wash. Cheers & keep it clean.

The car wash by the Honda shop Just lost my Business the kid cleaning the bay was spraying all the dirt from The ground up on my washed truck because I was a foot back in the other bay and then proceeded to argue with me for five minutes As my time ran out didn’t even get my truck washed I left so he didn’t damage my paint job with all the dirt from the ground

Paid for and had receipt for $8 wash. Got charged for $12 wash. Last time thru the car wash it did such a lousy job cleaning my truck I had to go directly to the gas station to clean my lights so I could drive safe. Won't be back.

I've always tipped. Whenever I ask if 'he' wouldn't mind power spraying my rims a lil extra he NEVER does (has to be purposely, because he runs completely over my rims). As far as the whole prep time he does is literally TWENTY SECONDS for spray and brush combined around whole car. Does NOT even touch my hood or windshield or top of car. My side windows...NOT AT ALL. Hits very few spots around car. It's very disappointing. I'm very cordial and my tip goes out the window every time. He wears a frown, no eye-contact. He's ALWAYS unfriendly and seems very unhappy. DOES AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. I will not go back anymore. I miss the old friendly gentleman(s) who took more pride in their work and had good customer service. IF I COULD POST SOME PICTURES HERE that I just took, THEN MAYBE THERE WOULD BE SOME IMPROVEMENT(s). I will go to the other car wash by Fred Meyer in Soldotna from now on.

I was turned away from Self wash because my "vehicle was too dirty" I'm not sure why I'd take my vehicle there if it was clean?

This is the worst car wash and unfortunately it's the only fast car wash in the area. I've been here countless times. Awhile ago a manager stopped me and said I should use the self-wash bay. I'm a mom of two young kids and they're always with me. I don't have time and my kids don't have the patience to wait for me to self-wash my car. I mentioned to the manager I hate coming here because it's so expensive and it doesn't do a good job at all and that I'm used to paying $25 for a car wash where the people make sure your car comes out clean. He said, "Well aren't you just a California girl." I happen to grow up in Utah where the washes are the same price, make sure your car is clean, and will run you through again for free if it isn't. I wouldn't be writing such a long review except that, again, I was stopped today to be told use the self-wash, I'm not dressed to use it and it's already torture enough for my baby to sit through the express, let alone me having to wash it myself. Can't stand this place and I wish I didn't have to go here.

Does not do a good job of washing your car. Have had problems with this in the past. Leaves a strip of dirt on the bottom areas of vehicle and a dirty haze over the rest. I wash my car regularly, so this isn't due to any excess of dirt and grime before going through the auto wash. Tried calling the phone# listed to make a complaint and maybe get a credit for a reason, but was told there was nothing wrong with there carwash and that my vehicle was probably over dirty. In Kenai there is the same type carwash and always always works great! I won't be going to Soldotna Auto Wash in the future.

1st wash was $15 and stopped half way though. Guy came out and gave me a token to go though again on the other side. Car looked awful after 30$ worth of washing. I'll go somewhere else

The car wash stopped half way through. No rinse, no wax and no drying. This is the third time in the last year or so. The only reason I use it is because I do so much shopping at Fred Meyers. I will not use this place again.
