I was very disappointed in the quality of the job they did. It felt like a scam and that I was ripped off. The quality was that of a $5 care wash not a $30+. The package said wash, vacuum, and interior wipe down among other things. wash was spotty with bird poo still on the car in multiple places. Inside there was don't and crums on the floor. There were smudges and marks inside the doors. Poor quality. Poor job. And to top it off the staff were very unfriendly and barely spoke a word to me the entire time.

Last month, I reviewed this business and gave them five stars. However, I have since learned that they were lying to me. They recently did an oil change on my van and a 21-point inspection. They told me that I was good to go and sent me on my way. Today I find out that my coolant and transmission fluids were both severely depleted. These are some of the mechanics that you hear about that will lie about anything once they see a woman with no wedding ring. They nearly ruined my car. When confronted, the manager. Mike I believe. told me that it wasn't his problem. The technician, Alton printed out a sheet and told me that I needed a new transmission. Thankfully, the man at the auto Clinic off Kemp pointed me to Steve's Transmission in Jolly who took very good care of my man and had me going in less than half an hour. Don't bother with All American unless all you want is a carwash. Don't ever allow them access to your car.

I took my sons F250 crewcab for a detail he has 4 kids and it was pretty dirty. The price they quoted was pretty steep but i gave it a shot. When finished i was impressed it looked like it just rolled of the showroom floor not a cheerio or french fry in sight or out of sight for that matter. So impressed in fact i purchased a super carwash for my 3 girls. Great work. You bet they have my business.

Man to be honest this place is magic! That's the only way I can explain it. About 3 years ago me and my wife were traveling to Alberqueque, NM and our check engine light came on. We stopped at All American and got it looked at by a mechanic over here. We went to AutoZone got the part and slapped it on with no problems. Fast and easy. He was super helpful. We told him we were from out of town and he didn't take advantage of us. He was very trustworthy and honest and I didn't feel cheated. Well fast forward to now and now our whole family is moving to Colorado and one of our stops was Wichita Falls. I'm towing my trailer and I needed to find some Air Shocks for my truck. Somehow we found the same place after riding around the city! We pulled up and the same EXACT guy who fixed it last time took care of us. I can't begin to explain how this place has blessed me and my family time and time again. I pray that EVERYONE that works there is blessed! Thank you guys for the bottom of my heart! Words can't express my gratitude!

Just finished getting the $18 car wash here, their “highest end” non-detail wash. I have to say I’m extremely disappointed, after going through and the cleaners drying the car I had tons of dry spots and still dirt marks that were left untouched. When I asked one of the workers if this was it he said yes, I asked about the dirt marks still on the car and was told they couldn’t get it off (even though I spent a total of 3 1/2 minutes there). Just save your money and get the $7 wash if you need a quick clean because the $18 is barely worth 5.

The lube center guys and mechanics are honest. That means a lot because of how many dishonest shops there are. They always try to get the best price for you. My car also came out really clean after the wash.

I paid right at $70 for a detail cleaning in the summer. It was a terrible job, but they came out and re-vacuumed, returned items that had been removed that I did not want removed, actually cleaned the windows, and a few other things. So, I gave them a second chance in December 2016. It was worse than the first time. I had just returned from a road trip and there were, of course, bugs on the grill. Still there. Windows were just smeared. Vacuuming was good in the front seat area, not done at all in the back of my van. Whatever they sprayed on the dash and doors was dripping everywhere. They sent one person out, who spent another 30 minutes trying to make the cleaning a mediocre job - all for a LOT of money! They will not get a third chance.

I went to get a state inspection, and instead they said my vehicle didn't pass and handed me an estimate for $1400 in repairs that "needed" to be done. They then said that they "flagged" my vehicle, and I wouldn't be able to take it to another place to get the inspection. So I went ahead and took it to a real mechanic, and I drove away in less than half an hour with the inspection completed. Do not trust these lying scam artists.

Don't go for a state inspection if there is any precipitation! I've had my inspections and car washes here before without issue, and today was terrible. I came for a state inspection, and it was drizzling when I pulled up. They said I was good for an inspection and headed into the the office. 2 min later, the same guy said that state law prohibits state inspections with rain. He said to come back when it stopped. 2 hrs later, I returned, and their only inspector had taken off for the day. So the same guy had told me to come back, knowing I wouldn't have an inspector there when I returned.

These guys do a great job. My car always looks great after they finish. Edit: 10 May 2019: I still go here and they've always taken care of me. My car hasn't had a single issue since September 2016 when I first bought it and started seeing these guys. I use the maintenance and wash service when I go.

I would not visit any of their three locations. Last time I was there there wasn’t anyone to dry my vehicle as I exited the tunnel so I pulled around to the vacuums, vacuumed my vehicle and left without any interaction from any of the staff. Outrageous to pay $18 for vacuums have the exterior of your vehicle spotty with a soapy film and have a non existent staff!

When Firestone BS'd me about not being able to get my car on the alignment rack (I watched the guy pull it close and give up, a good shop would have wood to raise vehicle onto rack) I raced cross town to all star. The service manager knows his stuff, he got me in and out in 45 minutes, when Texas Tire told me they don't "service" corvette sized wheels (whatever that means) wheels are not even on a Vette. All star got my tires on the wheels mounted and balanced quick and easy! Go to these guys for EVERYTHING!

Me and Hubby choosed extra expensive oil changes for both our cars, and got 3 free car washings because of this. My car wasen't to dirty when I left to go back to Sweden for a longer period (my mum had cancer and needed help) so I went by a couple of days before and asked if I still needed to use it before I left? I was told by a guy in the front desk that it was just to come in when I got back. So I got back several month afterwards and went in to use my last free wash and was told "no sorry mam, we have stopped giving those out". Well I was promised to be able to use it after getting back so fix it. She would not help at all and I had to pay the 30usd to clean my car. I use to do it myself cause I'm happier with the result. Waste of money and no service minded people...
