For a quick and easy car clean you can't beat zippys. It's not as quality as doing it yourself or by hand but is good for a quick cleaning. I find the tire cleaning isn't worth it as it doesn't really clean your tires well. They have vacuums you can use for free after your purchase.

Spent $14 and my 350z tires were not shined. I ask a guy named Dalton to shine them like they have always done before. But this guy was something else. First, he said we don't do that, then he said that he didn't know where to find the stuff to shine my tires. After he finally finds the stuff, he stands by my car and sprays it all over the rims and tires. He then tells me that he is not going to wipe and shine the tires and for ME to get down there and shine my own tires,.....what????? He said he had to call his manager, go and call him I said..... never saw him again and I was too tired to argue with some stupid little boy that didn't have a clue to what's going on. That really wants me to go back to this car wash.

Nice place to get your car washed. Prices seem a little high but are on par with other car wash facilities. It's never messed up my vehicle and I've never had any issues.ive been here a thousand times and great service every time.

Zippy's Car Wash on the corner of Hwy 157 and Hwy 31 is a place NOT to bring your vehicle. I paid for the $10.00 package and still had dirt and mud on my tires and wheels, after letting the employee's know they were inconsiderate and told me there is nothing that could be done! Said I bought the wrong package. WOW! How is there no number to call with complaints or concerns? This is bad business. If you are going to hire kids that doesn't know how to take care of your customers, at least have an adult that can be contacted.

I have been here a few times. Pretty good wash but does not get all bugs off the front of my truck or all off the windshield. The truck is mostly clean but not the same as hand washing. The free vacuum is nice.

Great place to spruce up your vehicle. Reasonably priced, plus you get free vacuum and mat cleaner. The only area I recommend improving is the rim cleaning. Suggestion is letting the attendants use a long-handled brush on them, just like they do the windshield and rear window.

Wheels were still dirty. Car still dirty. HORRIBLE service. Went straight back and they said "Nothing we can do." I simply ask to run back thru and was told no that's as good as it's going to look and just threw his hands up in the air. Not a single person in line...could have easily ran the car back thru. Headed to the self serve wash to clean my car.

Do not go to Zippy in Cullman! Poor business! Got the 6 dollar wash. Most honest car washes, scrub your windshield and bumper and side mirrors before entering the wash. Not them, they said you have to buy the 10 dollar to get that and the 14 dollar to get sides. It does say on the sign as ypu come in. Does do a good job at washing! Poor business!

Fair to middle quality car scrub, most all features work but solvent doesn't cut the road tar or those 45 mph bug splatters. Larger vacuums with good suction & floor matt cleaner just after your vehicle is scrubbed.

Best Car wash in town. I get my car washed at the very least every other day. The only place I go. The FASTpass is the only way to go. Three ladies and gentlemen that work at both locations are kind and always look busy. The owners are very lucky to have such great employees that busy it everyday like some of the folks do. Good job zippy!! 10 stars of available

I purchased a $20.00 Managers Special wash on my brand new Genesis Coupe. I did not need to use the vacuum the car and left after the wash. I noticed that there were water spots all over the car when I got to my sons house. I returned to Zippy's 15 minutes later and was told that since I had left, there was nothing that they could or would do. I just spent $20 to have my car looking worse than when I got there. No one seemed to care. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but there was no phone number to call and no one there seemed inclined to listen. Avoid this car wash! they just lost out on a repeat customer. Never again Zippy's! Poor customer service!

Been having my car washed here a long time. Most of the time it does a good job. Never had any damage to my car. The guys are always friendly and helpful. Some are much better with the brush and the “elbow grease” than others. LOL I have a small SUV and almost always have to bring it around to have the soap rinsed off the back which then leaves water spots. They adjusted the rinse spray and fixed that a few years back but right now it’s a soapy back window for me!

Went thru the carwash and it ripped off my back wiper. A sign said to report any damages immediately. When I went inside to report it, like the sign says to do, he said to me me, (very rudely I might add) "I guess that's why they put these out there". I asked what sign he was talking about because I only saw the one that said to report the damage. He said he was talking about the ones that read "Not Responsible for Damages".

Too bad you can't enter a negative number! Husband went through with my 2007 VW beetle and lost the rear drivers side tail light lens! Questioned the "boy that was there" and he replied there was nothing they could do about it. Tried calling several times to talk with the manager or someone in charge but no answer...not that I expected any satisfaction! Had to order one online for a cost of $75.00! Too bad we didn't read the reviews before using this dump! WARNING! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE!
